While there was some communication issues initially with the dispatch/reception, when their worker Yobani came he was very helpful and explanatory. We discovered that the skunks were coming from a small hole in our fence and likely had a den there so we opted to repair the fence and forgo trapping. They explained everything in as much detail as I wanted and answered all of my questions. They checked up with me everyday and needed to come out twice: once for an opossum and once for a racoon. They provided suggestions for entry points around the house. Very importantly, once it was called all clear for animals, Ben went under the house and thoroughly checked it all out so that I could close up the vent that was completely pulled out of the opening. A technician accidentally left our gate open, but instead of ignoring it, he personally texted me to apologize and took full responsibility. We rarely see spiders or bugs throughout the year. When summer rolls around and the ants start showing up, they come out and handle it quickly. If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. As an animal lover, I was looking for a company that would humanely capture and relocate these guys. Matt answered my call right away and got someone out within a few hours! What we initially thought was 3 skunks, turned to be at least 6. Shad came by and placed traps for us (shout out to Shad!) and we caught one the next evening. I called the next morning and Mike came by to remove skunk #1. Later that evening we caught another, and shad came the next morning. Last evening, we caught 3!!! And back came Shad. Once we get all of them out, we are going to demolish the shed where they have been nesting. Luckily breeding season just ended so we're hopeful none return until next year. On day three, I called to ask if we could try another bait in addition to the peanut butter they had used. Instead of simply answering my question, the representative responded in a rude and condescending manner, telling me they "know what they are doing." On day five, they suggested the traps might not have been set correctly - even though their own technician had set them both, and no one had touched them. After ten days with no results, we asked them to remove the traps. We then bought a Squirrelinator trap online and caught the squirrel within three days. I paid $250 and received no results, no apology, and no concern that their service had been ineffective. Based on my experience, I'd recommend hiring a company that treats its customers with respect and delivers better results.
