Been using their service over 5 years and probably won't be calling their service anymore. Tried to make an appointment for my routine annual Ant service and the Korean old guy on the phone was absolutely nothing but rude and tried to reject my service. I don't know if they were new management, but their customer service is not the same anymore and I'm done with them. Due to my busy schedule stuck in the food bussiness, I have always made an appointment like a month advanced for them to get flexible with my advanced upcoming date on my service, however the old Korean guy on the phone said "We are so busy and we cannot adjust your schedule!! I think you better find somewhere else. Ok I'm kinda busy with client and I gotta go!! If your "business" phone isn't 24/7 like it states on Yelp, please change it because it's entirely rude and unprofessional to yell at a potential customer "do you know what time it is?! Call back during business hours!!!!" I was in disbelief ! Apparently his business number is his cell phone number. After reading that I'm not the only person he yelled at on the phone doesn't make me feel any better but only makes me wonder how the heck are you still in business and clearly tells me they won't be in business much longer. If you have a pest problem, I highly advise you to reconsider before contacting this company. You may be better off dealing with the pests than these people. So, where to begin.. my neighbors had a bed bug infestation a couple months back. This is the company that came to "fix" the problem. I BEGGED them to treat my apartment as well as I share walls with them. They refused but inspected and said I had no trace of bugs. Needless to say, not long after, I started finding bed bugs in my living room. Unfortunately, I didn't know that's what they were at first, but after the company was contacted it took them a WEEK to finally get to my apartment. Do you know how fast bed bugs multiply?! Actually, I don't know why I'm even asking that since they also told me that bed bugs can't travel through outlets (from my neighbors to me) which was a lie. So they came to inspect my apartment again (by this time I had collected 5 bed bugs in various life stages and had them in a glass of water so they could see it) and they had the NERVE to say that they still found no trace of bugs and it appeared that I found these bugs somewhere else and brought them in to make it look like I had them (so that they would treat my apartment). Are you kidding me?!?!?!! So I follow their asinine instructions in prepping my apartment and leave out all bedding and pillows as instructed (not packing them up like my clothes). Not only did they basically tear my apartment upside down with no regard for harming any of my belongings, but they took my throw pillows from my couch and put them into the kitchen (why?!) after treating/spraying them. This is where I'm even more irritated. I have microfiber pillows, two red and two beige. They stacked the WET pillows on top of each other (there was plenty of room to leave them out individually) and now my expensive beige pillows are stained with red on them and completely ruined!!! And somehow this incompetent company thinks they aren't responsible. Amazing. I tried calling the company numerous times and the owner doesn't speak much English and the workers are incredibly rude right off the bat (before even knowing there was an issue). I called this office today to ask the managers name. I work with many small businesses and get their name so I can mail info that may help the owners expand benefits and reduce costs! I'm always flabbergasted when a company has an employee answer the phones that thinks it's okay to hang up on a caller. It took two tries but they were thorough and treated my bird mite problem when another company (First Choice Exterminators) failed to.

I have a 6-year-old son but this all started when he was 5-years-old. My son was waking up to bites. I would end up taking him to the hospital for antibodies and medicine for the itching and swelling. Do you know how scary it is to have your young child who can not truly express himself be in such pain and not know what the cause is to prevent it? this is a terrifying moment in my life. Not too long after his second visit to the hospital, I started to get bit. After experiencing the bites myself, I now understood what my son must have been and is going through. I hated this invisible bug that was taking bites off us. My husband who is in the military was away and could not help us. I was at the end of my rope. these bugs were biting us from head to toe and both my son and I were allergic to what ever it was biting us. It took over four months of bites and hospital visits before it came to an end The first company the apartment I lived in hired did a poor job and frustrated us even more. They claim I needed to give the treatment they so called provided a cure time of at least seven days. What cure time! I'm not even sure what they did. I have fishes in my apartment. They were dying one by one after they treated. The second company who was hired left cans of chemical in my apartment. Through it all, we were still being bit and we were going to the hospital for medication. I was told our bites were from bedbugs, fleas, and mites. Yet I wasn't given any proof of these bugs in my apartment by anyone. they didn't tell me what to expect or how to prepare for. I wasn't given anything but excuses when I called to complaint. I was more worried about the chemicals they brought into my apartment and if it really did do any good. It wasn't until Eastern Termite & Pest Control came out and inspected my apartment to fine dead spiders everywhere and fleas and even a new bread of fleas hiding in my mattress box. I don't have pests except for my aquatics (fish). They explained to me how the bugs could and most likely have gotten in. They also explained to me how to prepare for treatment unlike the previous companies. Eastern was clear about the preparation and what everyone was responsible for. There was no question in my mind that wasn't answered. I understood what I am to expect if I didn't do my part. They were professionals who brought piece of mind to my family. Their office called to schedule. They gave me a time frame, which is uncomfortable for me but understandable. I gave our apartment manager permission to let them in. They killed the bugs without a seven day cure time or killing off my fishes. They did tell me the difficulty of killing spiders. They also gave me other methods of keeping spider free. If I had a choice, I would easily introduce them to all my friends and family. I felt safe and protected by Eastern. How great it feels not to be bit but most of all not to take my son to the hospital. read more
