Terrible. Went to get a screen replacement and they home button was not working. Went continuous times to tell them to fix it and still didn't work. Asked for a my old screen back & a refund. Our incident occurred on June 5th, 2018. We were originally going to the Apple store to get my brother's iPhone 7 screen fixed, but there was a long wait and we saw the signs advertise for repairs for only from 15-40 min and decided to give iProtech a shot. They gave us a quote of $110 which was cheaper than the apple store's quote of $140. They gave us an original wait time of 30 min. We ate lunch and came back. They were still working so we gave them an additional 25 min. They were still working. We stood there waiting for another 20 minutes when they finally finished. So overall at this point it took them over an hour, which was more than what their signs advertised. They kind of go back and forth with different people's phones, and others also were waiting and asking about their phones. Everything looked almost fine once they were done and we almost left until we realized the home button was sticking up. We went back and told our main repairer who tried to convince us it was fine because it still worked. We told him our concern was that if even a little bit of stuff like dust or water got in, it would ruin the phone, and because it's an iPhone 7, additionally the original condition is supposed to be water resistant. He told us "no who told you that? iPhone 7 isn't waterproof." So I googled it to show him and asked him "okay, would you be able to repair the phone later if water did get in?" Then he finally gave in and tried to fix the home button. We waited an additional 20 min. When he was done, the home button was worse than it was, because it was now moving around. So he took it back and worked on it again for another 5 min until finally it was fixed. Overall, the process was almost 2 hours. Another issue is they used a knife to try to open up the screen, so now there are cuts on the side of the phone. Next time, we'll be sticking to the Apple store. read more
