Well, a couple of days ago, I noticed tiny, tiny little bugs in front of my back door, on my kitchen floor. I had a can of Raid, so I sprayed and vacuumed them up. Yesterday, there were more, now they were by 2 doors, and all over my bathroom - even in the tub! He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting, offered a game plan that I could execute on my own, and then told me how long I should wait before calling him back to help if what we did didn't work.
