This is the second time I unfortunately need to leave a bad rating. When I showed up after scheduling my appointment almost two weeks earlier, was told they did not have the parts. As I was already there, elected to still complete the oil change. Was very surprised to have been charged $59.00 for an oil change! I left and discovered my heater no longer worked. When my daughter and wife brought it back (within 15 minutes after first picking up) was told it was coincidence that it stopped working after they picked it up. Service manager was condecending to both my wife and daughter, also told them that the service representative who handled the vehicle was not familiar with Hybrids. When the other service manager (Kim) was brought into the discussion, she was also unprofessional. They insisted we had no proof the heat worked before I brought it in (even thought it was snow and sleet so the car was completely "thawed" and ice free when I arrived. They advised it was probably leaves or a squirrel that "finally came throthr and broker the heater", but could check it for an additional $125.00! When my wife told me this, I told my wife to just leave and we will be taking it to a local mechanic. I called another mechanic in my town and he told me to see if it might be just a loose wire that may have been knocked out inadvertently during service...He was right and I ended up getting the heat back! own two Ford Fusions and now in the process of purchasing another for another family member; not only have you lost me as a service customer on the two I currently own, but will not purchase a new/used vehicle or reccommend Prime Ford. read more

I went to buy my first brand new car and the experience was NOT Very good...at all. I found the car I wanted (2013 focus ST) and they were not very friendly, not very respectful and insulting with their trade ins. I contemplating on buying the car for $500 more from another dealer just to not deal with them. Apparently they don't accept deposits, says the manager after I told him I wanted it and was out of state. Thankfully it didn't sell and I got it. I would and will never buy a car from there again. Took my fiancé's vehicle in for service when we pick the vehicle up we were told that there was a leak in the windshield washer tank when I started to ask how that could've happened being it wasn't leaking the night before it was immediately approached or spoken to aggressively by the service writer stating that they don't put holes in things and at that point I walked out. Very unprofessional very accusatory staff will not bring any vehicle there ever again including a brand new car that I have that will need service for several years I will drive many miles in the opposite direction at this place to get service ever again let alone ever considering buying a vehicle there if that's how the ownership of this dealership allows employees to talk to customers. read more

Truly a fantastic car buying experience! Our salesman David was kind, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He never pressured, only supported us through our car buy experience. David even called to check in about a week after our purchase to see how things were going. We had noticed a noise and hadn't yet called but mentioned it to David who sprang into action setting up service and even picking up and dropping off the vehicle for us fixed and ready to roll at no charge. I have been coming here for service for almost 10 years, when it used to be millbury Ford. It is ok but nothing like it used to be. I used to be known by name. Now it is different people working there every time I go. I have two vehicles serviced here and am here every 3-5 months. There have been several minor irritations such as washer fluid not being filled and one major instance being a messed up brake job. I work for another dealer ( not Ford ), and go to a lot of dealers as part of my job. I have to say, compared to others the waiting room leaves a lot to be desired. They say free wi fi but I have never got it to work. The carpets are dirty and the area needs updating. read more

I bought my F-150 here. Overall it was a good experience. The prices are pretty good, although they absolutely will not budge on them. There was only 2 things that I had an issue with. One, I had to practically blow the guy to have some new floor mats included..didn't realize new trucks don't come with new floor mats. The second thing was that prior to picking up the vehicle the service tech had to disconnect the battery. Apparently when you disconnect the battery you have to drive 100 miles or else it will fail inspection. Picked up my brand new truck with a big R rejection sticker. I had to leave work early again to have it retested. read more

After a disappointing experience at Imperial Ford in Mendon, I was so excited to step foot onto Langway Ford. I arrived at closing on a Friday and was pleasantly encouraged to come back the next morning. I did and when I did, I met Elmer. Elmer was so kind, so helpful and showed me the respect I did not get at Imperial. I test drove the Fiesta and loved it! I felt I got a good deal and was able to drive my car home that next Tuesday. The finance manager made the financing process easy. What a pleasure and I will be back when it comes time to buy another car - I mean, another Ford! read more

So I "built my F-150" online. The Ford site then asks if you would like to search local inventory for matches which I did. Langway had the F-150 Super Crew Lariat with 96% match ( main difference was that it had the "eco Boost 6 cylinder and I wanted the V8) So figured that I would set a test drive up. Got a quote vie email. The kid that took me for the test drive was a nice kid. The truck proved to have the power that I wanted from a V8 with the twin turbo V6. So I asked to speak to someone about trading in my 09 Mustang GT California Special Convertible, which only had 18,000 miles on it, was kept in the garage every winter and was immaculate. I had researched and I knew what the retail, trade in and home sale prices would be for the Mustang. And knew what Ford was offering for rebates at the time. The price for the truck = quoted so I was fine with that. The trade in value for my Mustang talks was where it started to get like pulling teeth. The salesman started with 15% below what the KBB trade value was. Hashing it out, back and forth, waning on...here I am thinking..."if this goes on for much longer I am walking"! He says, "you wont get a better deal on this truck anywhere else" I said no kidding; that is why I came here...the question is "will I get a better deal on MY MUSTANG anywhere else"? I told him that if he was unable to work with me on the trade, I was leaving. He came back and had a final offer that was "the highest that he could go" and it was still $500 too short of what I figured was acceptable. He asked me what I thought a dealership could sell the Mustang for and I told him that based on all of the comparable vehicles which I looked at (and technically there were not any comparable as mine was a limited package) I told him $24,000 - $25,000 but you would likely list it for around $23,000. He laughed! Anyway we agreed to a deal which included a sprayed in bed liner. The liner was one of the items I wanted and was included in the "build it" model. The liner was to be installed by Ziebart. and I was told from the salesman that I just needed to call them and tell his name and they would take care of it! This was ~ $400-$500 value so I was happy with the deal now. Kind of typical up to this point as far as the auto buying experience goes. So on Christmas Day we drive buy and the Mustang is placed right out front with an orange tag "WAS $24,900 NOW $21,900" WHAT A LIE! When WAS it ever on their lot for $24,900? They technically did not EVEN own the car yet! My bank was still waiting for the pay off check! Then it starts to get crazy. I called Ziebart and attempted to schedule to have the liner installed. The girl who answered had no clue about this. They did not deal directly with the Ford customers according to her. I asked to speak to the Manager and got the owner...who was adamant to describe to me how long he has been in business etc and that he cannot help me. As I was asking him if he could just verify with Langway he hung up on me! I called back and he redeemed himself somewhat when he offered to call Langway to verify. He told me to wait for his return call and I did. His call never happened, instead I got a call from Langway, and they wanted to "take care of this mess". They told me that they understood how frustrated I must be and that they will see to getting this right and to stop in and drop my Truck off and they will provide me with a loaner and that the truck would be ready on Friday, it was Thursday. So I get there and they put me in a Focus! A flipping Focus! I just bought a $52,800 Truck from these pukes and they want to put me in a flipping $19,000 used Focus? Talk about NOT GETTING IT! So, I bit my tongue and agreed on the Focus. The guy tries to get one ready, he has to spend 20 minutes looking for a dealer plate, then looks for the keys which takes a few more minutes, he asks ME to put the plate on (without a screwdriver, used a dime) while he gets the keys, when he returns and tries to start the car the battery is dead. He goes and gets more keys...and you've guessed it, the battery was dead. So third time is a charm right? I waited this time to put the plate on! I drive off, get on the main road and looking down at the fuel level see that it is on E! The next gas station opened at this time was a couple miles away, thankfully I did not run out of gas. So I am told on Friday that the Truck would now not be ready until Saturday. I told them that I would have to get a Truck for a loaner due to what I was working on Saturday. They would not get me a truck! They did not care that I needed a truck for Saturday, they have 100's of trucks but could not lend me one! I spoke with the owner and he was nothing short of an @$$ to me. He told me that he was going to "cancel the deal" meaning the deal for the trade and the truck. You would think that after purchasing a $52,000 vehicle that you would possibly get treated a little better? Langway gives Ford a bad name! read more

Dealership is ok and most people working there are very nice. I highly suggest if you are greeted by Shabana you ask for a different sales representative however. She is rude and unknowledgeable. Informed us there is a button to switch between AWD and 2WD (no such button) told us about features not equipped in the car we were looking at and not helpful in the least bit switching between old and new car. I just bought a Ford Focus SE from Prime on Friday. I did a lot of research on the car and price searching so I knew what I wanted. David Haynes definitely took care of me making sure I was comfortable with the car and answered all my questions, sometimes twice. The price that was offered was very aggressive and untouchable by anyone else (trust me I definitely made sure of that). I told him to lead with his best offer and they did. This was my first brand new car thus my first experience dealing with a dealership. I have to say I was impressed by Prime and its staff. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. My most recent purchase a 2018 Ford Escape has been less than pleasurable. Thank goodness for my salesman, Kyle as he is the only one who seems to care. My brand new car has been in the shop twice for leaks (which is a story on its own) but now they have had my car for 6 days because the back lift gate won't close correctly. I have called and texted and can get no response. Apparently my "service adviser" has been out. Is there no one in service who is taking care of my vehicle? Is it not a service DEPARTMENT? No information given, no update and no explanation as to why my vehicle is at a body shop. Calls not returned and very disappointed. I have always owned a Ford but this may be the last. read more

My wife and I had a very good experience buying our vehicle from your dealership. We bought a used F150 from Millbury Ford/Mercury many years ago and had great luck with it. We then traded it in at the end of its life cycle and bought a used Honda Accord from Langway (which I still drive to Boston 5 days a week for work). We have also had great luck with this car. That is what made us come back again. We hope this SUV gives us the same good fortune our last two did. Both Tom Koopman and Lorne Hatt were very good to us. While we test drove other vehicles from other dealerships, we were most comfortable doing business with Prime. Lorne was not aggressive and gave us the space we needed while being a big help when we needed it. Tom was a great figure in the background helping us along the way. All of your other employees were very accommodating asking us if we needed anything (water, coffee, etc.). If there is one complaint we would have, it was not being able to take the test drive by ourselves. While Lorne was very pleasant and informative, it is nice to be solo and talk amongst yourselves while driving. Other than that...it was a great experience. Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. I almost never comment on things because I believe there are 2 sides to each story. I was in the market for a new truck. I had got prices and wanted to check with prime. It was like they were doing me a huge favor to speak with me. 5 salesman at the main desk 40 minutes go by and they didn't even budge to appraise my trade in. I told them I'm done and would be leaving and it was like they could care less. I purchased a truck same day at another dealer, much better price and service. This is my 5th truck. My trade in I owned. I was already pre qualified by ford financial. This was a easy deal. This dealership is like a gypsy oil wagon. If you don't shop around and see what a good dealership can do for you, then you should. I can only hope upper management reads this. I Purchased A 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Pickup, I Drove It For Two Days And Returned With A Four Page List Of Problems, They Kept It For 11 Days And Did Not Fix Everything. Under Massachusetts General Laws They Were Suppose To Do A Safety And Emissions Inspection, They Only Did A Safety Inspection. Now I Know Why, I Have Spent 1000.00 Dollars On Emission Problems. I Have Mailed Complaint Forms Out Today To The BBB, The Attorney Generals Office, The Mass RMV And The Consumer Protection Agency. I Am Working On A Letter To The Finance Company So They Know What Happened. I Will See What Kind Of Response I Get From These Agencies Before I Go To Small Claims Court With All My Receipt's. read more

*BEWARE* *BEWARE* *BEWARE* So I went in to look at a used F150 that I saw on their website. The first salesperson that I dealt with was Justin who could not be bothered with me and took me for a 3.4 mile test ride loop and was not going to let me take the truck up on the highway. I was utterly disgusted with the service I received. But I wanted to look at a Dodge Ram that they had on the lot as well. So I requested a different salesperson and this is where I met Dave. He was fantastic and I ended up making a deal that night on the truck. I had noticed a few issues with the truck on my test drive and he assured me the they would be taken care of when I picked up the truck. Justin made things painless with financing the truck and explained everything out very well. I left the dealership with my new truck feeling very satisfied. That is where the positive feedback ends. When they "Detailed" the truck they wiped everything with a solution that had the consistency of tire shine and left every hard surface inside the truck feeling greasy including both the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal as well as the steering wheel; real safe. Once I got the truck home I notice that the passenger side tail light was cracked. Also a coolant leak appeared and a shake in the steering wheel was not addressed that I had pointed out. I replaced the tail light since it was cheap enough only $30. I called Dave that Monday morning and he scheduled me in on Monday night. They cut me a check for the tail light and Russ in the service department told me that it was just a simple seal that it was not a big deal and I could continue to drive the truck until they could get me in the following Tuesday. That Friday I was on my way to the cape and in traffic the truck lost enough coolant to develop an air pocket in the cooling system and it started to over heat. luckily had had some basic tools with me to fix it on the side of 495 at 9pm. Monday leaving work the misfire that they supposedly after I pointed it out to them on my initial test drive showed up so I brought the truck in that night and they could not get me a loaner vehicle. They had the truck for a week. The only way i could get any information on the truck and what they were finding was by calling. When I got the truck back they had apparently fixed the leak as well as put two new tie rods in and put new spark plugs in, as well as putting a dent in the door, covering the interior with grease, damaging both sway bar endlinks, cracking the driver side tail light, and putting close to 75 miles on the truck. I filled the gas tank when I left the dealership and after doing the math that 75 miles was very rough resulting in 9.2mpg when i was averaging 15.1. I got the truck back and immediately noticed that the leak was not fixed I called on Monday and was told that they could not get me in till the following Tuesday but Russ promised a loaner vehicle. I called Monday and made sure I would have a loaner when I dropped the truck off that night and was told that they would see if they could find me one. It took me calling the general manager Scott Webber for them to get me a loaner. So I went in to find that the loaner was an Enterprise rental car that I had to wait for over and hour for and that I had to put the $300 security deposit on my credit card. They had the truck for almost another week and the same routine, I could only get any information by calling them. When I picked up the truck I was happy to see that the leak was fixed. But that was it, the end link was still broken, and the taillight was still leaking. Their service department is downright awful and can not be trusted. I called Justin and had him refund the cost of the extended warranty because I want to cut all ties with Langway Ford. But i then had to wait almost two months for the refund to come in, but that was not without having to threaten with a lawsuit and the BBB to get them to get me the money. Because I could not trust the service department to fix anything without about damaging other parts in the process I replaced the sway bar endlinks myself. When I jacked up the front end of the truck to change them, I discovered that both front wheel bearings where bad as well. That caused me to go through the rest of the paper work. That is where I came to the inspection report for the state inspection sticker. How can they put a passing sticker on a vehicle with bad front end parts. I also noticed they some how bypassed the OBD-2 readings. They put a sticker on a vehicle that was not safe for the road. If you feel that Langway Ford is the dealership for you, Make sure you get the general manger, Scott Webber, business card. I stopped at Prime ford a month or so ago looking to upgrade my truck for work. I sat down with Jay and we came up with a fair deal for everyone. I went and met with the general manager Scott Webber to finalize evrything. While reviewing the paperwork I notice he added $1,600 for accessories. When I questioned him and showed him the ad from the website he became furious. After yelling back and forth for about 5 minutes I left. I went back in to apologize for the argument we had and shook his hand. This smug weasel quietly told me to "go Fu*k myself" as i left. I may have threatened to drag him over his desk by his ears after hearing that, so I left. Last weekend I decided to give them another chance. I talked to Dave, who sold me my last truck when it was Langway. He informed me that his greneral manager Mr. Webber would not like to do business with me and i am Banned from the dealership. I laughed and said ok no prob if you dont want my money I'll go elsewere. Prime Ford and Scott Webber need to rethink the way they treat customers and conduct their business. read more

I bought a used 2011 Ford F-350 from Kyle in Sales. The truck had a check engine light that came on after owning the vehicle for approximately 42 days. I called Kyle with the news and he advised the truck was within its 60 day warranty and that I should bring the vehicle in to get fixed. I live an hour and a half from the dealer but I made the trip and dropped the truck off on a Tuesday. I was provided a loaner by "Mike" from service. I was called a short time later and notified that the EGR cooler on the truck was clogged and that the vehicle would not be covered under warranty due to the amount of miles I had put on the truck since the purchase date. The warranty, which I failed to see and was never told about stated 60 days or 2500 miles. The estimate for repair was $1400. I spoke with a manager and he agreed to fix the vehicle at no cost to me, I was extremely satisfied and very much so appreciated him doing the work at no cost to me. The diesel tech while working on the truck ended up breaking a few bolts and additional parts now had to be ordered, extending the time the truck had to be at the dealership. I dropped the truck off on Feb 27th and it was ready March 4th. I picked up the truck from the dealership and my experience with Mike in service was excellent. The following day after bringing the truck home the check engine light comes BACK ON. I immediately called Mike and made him aware of the situation. He advised I get the truck scanned and see what the issue was. I have the truck scanned at Oreilly auto parts and I get the code P20BD. I call Mike with the news and he says he'll get back to me. Mike calls me back and tells me the code is for a reductant heater in the DEF tank and advises I don't drive the truck in extreme cold. Mike states that the vehicle is out of warranty and the dealership will not cover the cost. At this point I've owned the truck for still less then 60 days. I call my local Ford dealer (Jannell) and explain the code and the issue, they tell me that the reductant heater is core is covered under Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 18M01 and that the work would be completed for free. I drop the truck off at Jannell Ford and they call me a short time later explaining that the issue is the "Reductant heater line" which, of course, is not covered under warranty. So now I am paying for a rental car and the truck is sitting at Jannell Ford waiting to get worked on to the tune of $706. I was happy with the purchase of the vehicle and happy with the original service provided by Mike in Service and his manager. Overall this truck has been an absolute headache and has turned into a money pit. Hopefully when I get the truck back from Jannell Ford there won't be any more issues but who knows at this point. read more

I was VERY disappointed in my experience with Langway Ford. After signing the paperwork for my 2008 Ford F-150, they told me it would be about three days to "go through" the vehicle and fix the items I alerted them to. Not only did they not fix the items in question, (safety issues) but took a new spare off the vehicle and put it on the truck with three new tires (the spare was brand new)leaving me with a very used spare, did not do the brake work until the second time I brought it in, kept the vehicle for 11 days total, and when I initially picked up the vehicle, it was damaged with a dent over the passengers window over the truck bed and had scratches in the tailgate, and was driven 75 miles. The salesman agreed with me and backed me up with management. Apparently Langway like to lend its truck out to employees as the damage done could have only been done by putting something in the bed of the truck and slamming into the spot over the window. After complaining to the manager, he cut me off and when I asked him if he was going to let me finish he simply told me, "No". I am currently dealing with Ford Corporate, the BBB and the AG's office over these folks. I would not buy a floor mat from these guys. read more

Slick and shady...I would give Prime Ford zero stars but that was not an option. I drove an extra distance to this dealer because they had the vehicle that I was searching for online. Their salesman David was kind enough to work with me to confirm the vehicle in stock and safe for me to drive the distance to see and test the vehicle. When I arrive I ask for David but they introduce me to another salesman who was unresponsive to my email inquiry that I had sent the day prior. Should have walked out Prime Ford at that moment but we were there for the vehicle which we agreed to purchase for the advertised price of $70,651. I advise them that we'll leave a deposit and complete the paperwork the next day by email due to that fact that it was late and we had a long distance to travel. I return from the bathroom to meet my wife and they have my wife filling out loan applications with total disregard to my position. Then after pinning us down to complete the paperwork, their finance manager, Shamus, asks for a $500 deposit which I provide in the hope that we can proceed on our journey home. Next day, I receive a call from Shamus with a sky high interest rate on the vehicle. I call my bank and they provide me a much lower interest rate after which I leave Shamus a voicemail to contact the loan officer at our bank to finalize the financing. Receive a call back from Shamus indicating that he left me a voicemail (which I did not receive) that suddenly his lender had lowered the interest rate to match the rate of my bank. So why did I not receive the best rate possible as the customer of Prime Ford and why was I still dealing with this dealership? So now I receive the paperwork and review the numbers on the loan documents to find that they changed the advertised price of the vehicle to $71,901 without my knowledge!!! Not pleased with the fact that Prime Ford tried to slip that by me as their finance manager thought he would be able to make me understand the increase in price. Cancelled the purchase, demanded my refund back as they told me they could not refund a credit card. So slick and shady with the addition of poor management continues to the very end as I am told that instead of a credit to my credit card, I will receive a check in the mail. Demanded a general manager contact me so I discuss how poorly managed Prime Ford practices business. No return call from management. Bought the vehicle from an honest dealer. Sending copies of documents (including the advertised sale price) to the BBB so they can advise consumers of Prime Ford's improper business practices. read more

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bought a ford focus here is 2015. When we bought the car we were told to come back a few days later to pick it up. I said "ok but i have to work that day so can you be sure its ready to go." It was not ready. The sales person was concerned that the rims off his truck were stolen. I was late to work and his response was, "just get someone else to go in." I also never got an inspection for the car and an empty tank of gas. Being my first new car purchase I was not aware that I should. I chose to just let it all go because I was happy with my new car. They then called my cell phone and emailed me every single day following for me to give a review which I did not want to do because I did not have that great of an experience. This continued for three months. I finally gave in and had to leave a phone review and finally they stopped calling. The car then had a major recall on it and the entire car died and was in the shop for two weeks getting fixed. The guy who helped us with this was actually great. But, the car my new car shouldn't have had such a big issue. I was told when I purchased the car and got my loan through Ford that Ford would always give me a great rate on future purchases once I proved I would make all my payments on time which I did so when we had our daughter and needed a bigger car I went back because they had told me I would get approved no problem. I actuallt went in to the dealership looking for a ford escape. I was shown two and was told that I could get it for what I needed my monthly payments to be. We were there for 6 hours once it came time to sign the loan the payments were much higher than I originally was told. They said there was nothing they could do due to the fact that I was not approved for the loan they said I was. After being there for six hours I just wanted it to be over so I bought the car anyways. When we went to pick up this one had gas and an inspection sticker. We got it home and realized one of the keys did not work and the other one had a security feature on it that would not allow the car to go past a certain speed, drive without a seatbelt etc. I had to wait for a new key to be ordered and then bring it back to be programed. I was told it would take an hour. Three hours later with my two year old it was ready and they asked me "if anyone had discussed the cost with me." ugh. Yesterday driving home with my two year old i lost all my brake lights and my radio died. Called today to see if they can help me. Of. Course. Not. Never again. I also had a friend go here to test drive a car. The saleman made him feel as though we sell plenty of cars so it doesn't matter if you don't buy. read more

I hate car shopping. It usually takes forever. even with an appointment. This was different. I had shopped online for a new to me F150. I found 2 possibilities at Prime, made an appointment, and went in. I was seen within minutes. I was there about an hour, had the truck I wanted, no bait and switch, no BS, financing was done, everything was wonderful. Scott, Jim, Vince, and Brian are a great team. I couldn't be happier. You guys will love this story: I agreed to buy a car from this place at full asking price. As I drove the car back into the lot the airbag light came on and stayed on. They said they would fix this and call me. I never heard back so I called and they told me they sold the car to another dealer. Turns out, the airbag problem was costly to fix. So instead of paying to have it fixed for their own customer, they pawned it off to another dealer as is to make another few hundred $. The sales manager Harold was very rude about it too. HORRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!! We bought a used vehicle and were treated badly from the start!! Talked down to by salesman Jack, badgered me during pricing offers...finally bought after 3 days, they did not like my credit union check at all. We paid for the car in full, traded our old car, put plates and drove away with a PROMISE the new registration would be ready in two days. NOT SO, They never had the title to register it, and the car has mechanical issues! They made up different bills of sale to cover the transaction, then offered a dealer pate after 16 days of no title!!!They acted like it was our fault, salesman was no help..Our car is still not right mechanically..I should have read the reviews before handing them our money...very bad reviews for many years, certainly not like the old Millbury motors ..these people do not care about anyone...stay away! read more
