HOWEVER: I took my 3 kids in with me and had to wait in their lovely, clean, warm lobby. They had a sweet kids area stocked with toys, books, and a tv with dvd! My kids had fun! I also wanted to give a shout out to DOMINIC! He treated me and my kids so well, with such care and kindness. He realized that we were waiting extra long and gave us a car to drive home! He took the time to explain all of the issues with the doors, gave his best advice, and was clear, honest, and good to us. What a guy!!! We felt like he truly cared, and that's saying something for a car dealership! Would recommend and will return for future repairs.

They had even run our card for a $7000 downpayment, and we were about to start transferring our belongings from our trade-in to our purchased vehicle, when suddenly our salesman came back to us stating that there was a "computer error" due to "learning new software" and that our monthly payment was actually going to be over $100/month higher (for 72 months) than we had already agreed to and signed-off on. The sales manager, who had obviously been involved from the start, came out to apologize for the "computer error", not taking any blame for their inability to perform 5th grade math. I was then accosted for apparently acting angrily. "You didn't have to raise your voice. There are other customers here." In my 55 years I had never seen such gross incompetence. Any sales manager with integrity, honors the deal and owns up to their mistake, even if they are going to lose some money. It's the right thing to do. My advice? Drive right on past these kindergardners. They're incapable of doing the right thing. If I could give a zero-star rating it would be giving them a hefty compliment.

He quickly found the answers to anything he didn't know and was a pleasure to work with. We liked him so much that when we couldn't find anything we liked, we asked him if he could grab a car from the connected Nissan dealer for us to try. We found a few horrible sales people at other dealers and wanted to stick with the guy we had if we could. I think he's going to do well even though we didn't find anything there that we really liked.
