Got live updates and options as my car was being looked at, and they even detailed the car to an extent that I have never seen it cleaned before. Very quick and easy pick up process. Some of those things might seem simple and not notable, but in my experiences with dealerships I think it's far and few. All around very enjoyable experience. Enough so that I paid full asking price plus shipping across the country. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the vehicle arrived. The rear taillight was filled with condensation, and there were deep scratches on the driver's side rocker panel that extended to the bare metal. Neither of these significant defects had been disclosed before the sale. The sales team's response was equally disappointing. I was told the condensation in the taillight was normal and would dissipate and was offered a bottle of touch-up paint for the scratches. Both responses proved to be unacceptable. The taillight had to be replaced under the CPO warranty at a cost of $1,720 (failed seal), and the damaged rocker panel required a professional repaint costing $1,154. To make matters worse, I made four attempts to contact Sales Manager Anthony Wallace to discuss these issues, yet I never received the courtesy of a return call. I expected so much more from a Porsche dealership, especially when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Obvious defects should be disclosed before the sale, and customers deserve responsive service when legitimate concerns arise. Based upon my experience, I cannot recommend Porsche Stratham.
