My husband had an uncomfortable experience where he felt pressured to leave a larger tip after paying by credit card, and it was enough that he doesn't want to return. Since then, I always bring cash so I can avoid that situation. Personally, I don't feel this is the type of establishment where tipping should be demanded, especially given the pricing and the fact that I've rarely had the same massage therapist twice. I usually leave around a 10% tip, but even then I've sometimes felt like it wasn't well received. I wish management would address this with their staff because it takes away from an otherwise consistently great experience.
