Extremely rude staff. I attempted to Call and place an order, The lady that picked up was so rude it was pathetic. She even abruptly put me on hold without saying anything. I'm glad she done that! OK, I've been coming here since August 2024 and today it is February 2025 and when I first came in the first 4 months, everything was great, oxtail dinner, extra gravy, rice and peas with the cabbage and the plantains were all on point . Then the jerk chicken needed a little more jerk seasoning, just taste like grilled chicken But the oxtail dinner is always on point, now it is February. This is 7months after I've started coming here and they're starting to fall off and I'm starting to get disappointed because I live way out towards Naperville and we don't have anything like this, so I look forward to getting food to take at home But the last 4 or 5 times the have been extremely dry and hard. I'll echo another review that has already been posted and emphasize the point that they can be hit or miss. On a good day, the jerk chicken is tender, juicy and well seasoned. On a bad day, it's super dry or a couple times it was under done. On a good day, the curry goat or chicken is warm, tender, super flavorful with ample portions. On a bad day, you get served a portion that resembles a light snack for a toddler.
