Dr Adams is the best dentist I've been to through the years. She's the first that have been able to give me a painless shot, (not an easy job sometimes). She's very attentive when working, if there's any sign of distress she immediately stops & adjusts as needed until I'm ready, NOT saying " it'll only be a little while more" like some of my past dentists. After doing a shoddy job on my veneer bridge which lead to it breaking they told me that I would have to wait till the end of next year before they could get me and the extra bridge mold that we made and I paid for was thrown away and she didn't even do the work herself unprofessional and unreliable and they were supposed to fix it for free in which they did not so that was a lie.8600.00 dollars later and I am still missing four teeth . read more

Dr. Adams is great! The level of care you receive at her office is second to none. Dr. Adams is kind and gentle. Her office staff is amazing. Last time I came in there was an issue with one of my payments. It would have been much more frustrating but MJ helped clear up what happened and things were resolved very quickly. Going to the dentist is never the most pleasurable experience. But since I have to go, I'm glad I have Dr. Adams as my dentist. read more

After coming here for a few months now it's been the most amazing experience, this office goes above and beyond for their patients! Most of my life I've been a huge stickler when it comes to going to the dentist after having bad experiences elsewhere. This office has changed that for me big time. I had major tooth pains and ended up needing an emergent root canal. I showed up at 9 am and Dr Adams squeezed me in! Her staff was very friendly and helpful and she was able to remove the infected nerve, prescribe me some antibiotics and knock out a root canal that day! Dr Adams ordered me a new crown and it arrived quickly. She just removed the temporary crown and set the new one in 20 minutes... I didn't need any anesthetics and the bite was perfect the first time! I would definitely recommend Dr Adams and her staff! read more

Dr. Irina Adams is part of Dr. Rayhan Marvizi's dental group at Apollonia Dental. After having other dentists fail to fix the bonding on my front tooth after it chipped, I decided to try someone new. Dr. Adams was amazing! She talked to me about why the new bonding wasn't staying in place and what she could do to solve that problem. She and her assistants walked me through the entire process step-by-step, giving explanations that many dentists fail to do. I went in on my first visit and thought it would probably be just a consultation, but she ended up squeezing me in to do the procedure as well. Overall, Dr. Adams was a knowledgeable and friendly cosmetic dentist that worked quickly and effectively, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing to fix chipped teeth. Dr. Adams and the staff here are fantastic. I moved to AG 2 years ago, and have been dreading the process of finding a new dentist since I'd been going to the same one since childhood. Starting from my first call to schedule an appointment, the receptionist made me feel well taken care of. I had two appointments to fill a total of 6 cavities, and both were quick, painless, and totally affordable. The facility is beautiful, and the entire staff seems to work very well with each other. I 100% recommend this dental office! I hadn't had a cleaning in over 3 years and suffer naturally from poor gums so I wasn't looking forward to my appointment. The hygenist, Michelle, literally refused to proceed until I had a gingevectomy and wisdom tooth extraction - which I appreciated because she saved me A LOT of discomfort - while previous dentists insisted on administering shots in the infected tissue areas. The office then recommended me to a great maxillofacial surgeon in SLO and upon healing, advised 4 quadrants of deep cleanings. I was of course nervous, but Michelle did an amazing job and walked me through the whole process step by step. The pain of the overall procedure was absolutely minimal and did not in any way resemble what I'd read online. The best part of all of this though is that their dental office is DOG FRIENDLY! So naturally mine came with :) I never thought I'd say that I'm looking forward to going back to the dentist, but I honestly am! If you're looking for great service and genuinity I highly recommend making an appointment. read more

I was a patient of Dr Adams. I developed a pain in my right front tooth that bothered me so much that I called her office and asked about what to do. The receptionist talked to the doctor and got back to me. She said the doctor said it's just from sensitive gums. A month or so later I went in for cleaning and Dr Adams cleaned my teeth. I told her about the tooth but by then it was feeling better. She said it was just sensitive. It continued to hurt periodically but I just lived with it and used some sensitive toothpaste for sensitive gums that she had recommended. A few months later I developed some bad headaches. Really bad, 10 out of 10 on the pain scale. They lasted for 2 weeks. Advil helped a little to reduce the pain to about a 5, but nothing else worked. Then my face started to swell up below my eye on the right side. My husband made an appointment for me with his dentist who examined me, took an X-ray and said it was an infected abscess. Took all of 5 minutes. He said it needed a root canal and the tooth by then was dead. Needless to say I did not go back to Dr Adams. I did call her office though and explained to the receptionist that I was cancelling my next appointment for cleaning and I had switched to another dentist. I asked if Dr Adams could call me though because I would like to tell her what happened. Maybe she could learn by this mistake of hers, so someone else won't end up with weeks of headaches and a dead front tooth. Something like this is serious, could spread to the brain. She NEVER even bothered to call back. So not only do I feel her practice is substandard, but she appears to not care in the slightest about her patients care, or in good competent dentistry. read more
