Stumbled across this place by mistake and I'm glad we did. Dad got seared scallops and there was plenty of them and they were flavorful w/o any fishy smell. I got the summer salad and there was plenty of chicken and it was cooked perfectly! Salad was also plentiful! I did order a turkey wrap that I haven't dug into yet but it feels pretty heavy. I'll be ordering from here again as there were many items on the menu that I'd like to try. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. I am a foodie, it's what I do. A friend recommended I check out Iris and... well, here is my review. This is my 2nd time time ordering from here. The 1st time, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers "well done" (no pink) and stressed this to the gentleman taking my order. When the food arrived (cold), my sons took a bite of their burger and they were VERY pink (gross)! I immediately called Iris to informed them and the gentlemen's response to my complaint was "I will look into it." The pizza is NOT the best in town, nowhere near close to being the best, yet I still decided to give them a 2nd shot. Today was the 2nd time I ordered from Iris and was looking forward to having a much better experience. The pizza dough was not cooked, needless to say that went in the trash, french fries, onion rings were soggy and I could taste the old grease it was used to fry the food. Did I mention the food arrived cold? Yeah! The only "good" thing were the chicken fingers, which I recommend if you order during summer months where your chances of them being delivered hot are much greater. Overall, I was beyond disappointed with the quality of food delivered and the service I received when I complained. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be giving this place a 3rd chance! I really like iris food. There is sufficient variety on the menu to please a crowd.. and I like their shakes, if you're looking for a treat (ordering delivery will melt them, so prepare to stick it in the freezer if you go that route). Most recently I got a Caesar salad with shrimp (+ $4). At first, I thought 5 shrimp for $4 was a rip off, but these prawns were giant! So they filled me up. I highly recommend this place. I for some reason who lived 4 min drive from them decided to order dinner for my partner and his kid. (you know stay in, watch a movie get delivery) I guess I decided to just call it in the old fashion way as oppose to the grubhub, doordash, delivery route. A female answered the phone, took our order which I had asked before placing the kids chicken finger, "how many tenders does it come with" response was 3 or a low number so I said "can i get ONE then please" ordered my food, ordered my boyfriends (which his DA got fish) she said about 30-40 mins which I thought was reasonable. 2 HOURS GO BY, and I call to ask where the food is due to living in such a close proximity and regretting just not doing pick up. She tells me oh the driver is on his way. We wait like another hour almost and I call again because I'm like "you said 30-40, this is now like three hours, we ordered fish... like what is going on?" next thing I know the driver pulls up and I hang up. He's lax AF and walks up with A TON of bags. States that the order total was BEYOND what I was trying to pay as she added x7!!!!!! orders of kids chicken tenders to my bill. I was like I just wanted 1, and with how long this has took I'm not paying for this. So I had to play PHONE TAG with this VERY RUDE girl that had me so upset I was about to drive down there and handle this face to face. She was like if you don't pay you're not getting your food and I said this isn't what I ordered I just want what I said originally and you can take the rest. She was hanging up the phone on me, I had to keep calling back, this was a scene in front of the kid and the driver wasting his time on my porch until he knew what to do. So after another 20 minutes go by trying to get ahold of this restaurant, the girl keeps answering the phone and leaving the phone on the hook so I can hear her but not be helped. Finally after these childish games she says I can't have my food even after the 3 hours and that's that (also in a ton she wanted to fight my physically, which lets go). So I said I want a full refund and I let the driver go, then they tell me they don't know when i'll get my money back because a manager doesn't work there are night. NO WONDER WHY THESE GIRLS ARE RUNNING THIS PLACE LIKE A DAMN JAILHOUSE THAT WANNA FIGHT CUSTOMERS. They have the freedom to do and talk however they want with lack of MANAGEMENT. Although I did get my money back that whole experience was a nightmare and it came down to they messed up and should have not wasted all that time and food and just gave it to us and apologize for any inconvenience. For a really decent price you can get their delicious salmon dish with rice and veggies or sautéed shrimp dish. I forgot the price point but I recall it being very reasonable for amazing quality. Their pizza for $13.99 is AMAZINNNGG! Gooey and hot cheese and sauce it's really good. Update: Their fruit smoothies are delicious and fresh, the shrimp and corn chowder is also so yummy with the perfect balance of corn and potatoes with little bits of shrimp. Very good on the tummy. My delivery guy was also quite sweet. I always call and get the same guy on the phone, he knows my voice by now and I feel like he is the owner. This place is a go to for us because EVERYTHING is delicious and there is something that appeals to everyone. Kids, vegetarians, hungover adults...... not only that the people who work there work hard and are just kind. Give them a try. When I received the food after giving a generous tip even when the delivery lady came to the wrong address it wasn't what I ordered. They gave me an eggplant sub which isn't what I ordered. Took 1 hour to deliver a small pizza and a salad and the driver knew the salad wasn't there and just assumed I would be okay with it.. so I called the restaurant and the conversation went like this: Iris - "IRIS, how can I help you?" I've never ordered in at Iris, so my review is based solely on delivery (through GrubHub or Slice). Iris is my go-to just-not-gonna-cook-tonight place, and I've never been disappointed. The strawberry field salad is delicious and filling (especially with avocado added on top!), and the mozzarella sticks are always crispy and fresh. Well that was terrible To begin with, the delivery took over an hour on a Tuesday evening. Then I had the pleasant surprise of opening my order to the wrong burger with a wilted tomato. Getting over that, I found the burger completely inedible. After a forced two bites, I moved onto the fries (a food that has always seemed trustworthy) and found them to be both mushy and stale at the same time. Good food! The delivery actually came fast. I got my food in about 35 minutes, which I was not expecting. I also got a free 2 liter bottle of soda for free with my order. This place is such a great place especially at a time when making customers happy is last on the list for most businesses these days. Iris will reasonably go out of their way to make you happy. Did you know you can get a gourmet breakfast delivered to your home Saturday or Sunday morning?. You can sleep in, I do suggest you try some banana walnut carmel pancakes (AMAZING). Steak and cheese was phenomenal. I am hesitant to order steak and cheese due to the fear of it being messy. But this was easy to eat, yet still plenty of steak. Great work. I have ordered a bunch of times from Iris because there is no delivery fee and pretty inexpensive. Like any establishment that serves food there is usually good and bad along with inconsistency. Things that are enjoyed are the Seafood and most of the appetizers. Delivery usually takes a long time. In excess of one hour and the 'meats' chicken, deli, ground beef, etc all lack taste and freshness. The salads are pretty good. Delivery drivers are usually pretty cold, as they say nothing to you whilst at your door. Still unsure as to how I feel about this place. Probably will stay away for a while and check back in to see if any changes happen in the next few months. read more

Great service! My wife and I stopped here for lunch on the way home from Logan recently and we weren't disappointed. The selection is varied and perfect for a quick lunch. We opted for a couple of subs which were freshly made and substantial enough that we needed to box them up. It was the service that was most impressive, however. On my last order, I tipped the guy 20% through Grubhub and he wouldn't deliver to my door (my building has an elevator so he would not have to take stairs). On top of that, literally every item in the order looked like he had rested a dumbbell on it.
