Had my daughter's 3rd birthday here! It was spidey themed and everything was perfect. Katrina was an amazing host and we couldn't have been happier with the decorations and experience. So much more chill than urban air. My only complaint is that they charge $50 for outside anything other than the cake. Even when I asked to bring water bottles for the adults. They still accommodated me but not without very much paying and pressing that I wanted 15 waters in the room (two dollars a piece for). Just silly. It's water, not outside food. Otherwise VERY happy with the party. Would recommend to my friends and family.

It was so fun that I was playing in the trampoline park and then suddenly my phone broke when I was trying to take a picture

I promised my daughter that I'd take her to the trampoline park on her day off from school, and I chose to take her to iRise. I was able to check-in on Yelp which saved me 20% off. With the 20% off and purchasing trampoline socks, it was $20.30/per person to jump for 1hour . We went around 12-1 on Monday and we were the only people there which was awesome. We were able to have the entire facility to ourselves for about 40 minutes until other visitors arrived. She had fun jumping and I did too. The facility was decent but it did kinda smell like feet or a locker room . My nose is extra sensitive so maybe it was just my nose. The white guy up front that help us was very polite and got us set up quickly to jump. *****Tips***** 1).Checkin in Yelp to possibly save 20%. 2). Buy or bring your own trampoline socks or pay $3.50 /pair for theirs. 3) Leave valuables at home or you can rent a locker from the facility.

I was honestly confused where to check in at first. Front desk seemed slightly disheveled - but they were busy from the looks of it. We went for the all day passes. Prices are honestly really good. Bathrooms aren't the cleanest. My girls had a blast so to me that's what matters most! So many different places within the building. They tried it all! Loved the little "city" they had downstairs.

I love bringing my grandson here. We drive all the way from Humble be he likes it better than urban air. It's nice nice lots of activities and decent price.. I just feel they need better management. Every time we come the young staff is having more fun than the kids. There's never anyone working the zipline so parents get stuck retrieving the rope for all the kids in line instead of watching after their own child or are forced to be rude and walk off to keep and eye on their own child/ren.

I had my daughter birthday party here this past Saturday, we wanted an indoor place to have the party due to the weather being so hot outside and it turned out that the AC was not working Leslie the manager try to accommodate, however, the place was extremely hot. They had no fans to try to help with the heat, I had two guest that overheated and started throwing up. It was very upsetting to had paid so much money to avoid the heat to have the same heat inside. I was sweating the whole time and my guests where very uncomfortable. Leslie the manager was very nice but I wish she could had refunded some of my money due to the problem. It is not fair that they didn't reimburse some of the money to compensate for the I convenient.

I have reach out to the management team by email about my sons injury and have yet to hear back. My sons hand was run over by the front automatic doors and we didn't get to spend the time that we had paid for because of the injury. All I am asking for is a refund. I would also like to say the "first aid" kit that was offered is very outdated and needs to be replaced. Expired Neosporin- which was also open with no cap. Expired hydrogen peroxide. The manager - she is special - she just stood by and have zero to no care to the accident. I ran to to him as this happened but she just stood there. I understand accident but this was no on the jumping equipment. So please spare me the talk about signing a waiver. The least your team could do is call and check to see if he was okay. I just don't understand how you have failed to follow up on this accident.

One of their favorites! Interactive video jump game.

I have had a friend that had a rough experience with hosting a party here, so we did an hour jump and then moved to another location for a fun event day. We had the BEST experience! We arrived Sat morning before they opened and were promptly let in at 10am. The staff was very warm, welcoming and got my group of 8, 12 year olds excited to jump. The place was clean and we had the entire place to ourselves for the first 20 minutes or so! My kids had a blast. By the time we left right after 11... the place was getting crowded and over run by very littles, so I suggest early!

Pretty expensive place to let your kids play . . . ESPECIALLY when half of the games are broken & the air conditioning is on the blitz!

He looked really uncomfortable. The harness was too loose, and it was riding up and hurting his neck. I talked to one of the managers, and she seemed concerned enough to take care of the issue. Well, we came back to the location today... My husband saw the following: "There was a situation at the Sky Rider when a smaller child was completing his run, and the receiving employee was unable to corral him. That child then went backward on the track while a larger kid came barreling towards him. They collided; luckily, no injuries occurred but the injury potential was alarming." Accidents happen. I get it. But there was no way we felt safe letting our kids on it again. That was the biggest draw with this location. (The spring location has the Sky Rider too, but it's a much shorter track. The kids don't love it as much.) Then, when we went to get the boys' free snacks, we were told those were going away. It's the economy, and I get that we're all trying to save money. But couldn't someone have sent out an email just to let parents know so they can bring their own snacks? We don't anticipate coming to this location again unless we just happen to be in the area.

We attended this place for a classmates birthday party and paid for socks. We ended up being charged for the entire amount of the birthday party even though it was not our child's party. Before you ask, this was not the cost of the socks as we paid that on a separate charge which we did not dispute. Unfortunately due to false promises by establishment we are now outside of the window of being able to charge back. We continued to have emails promising a refund with no action. (see emails below) I would never attend this place and DO NOT recommend this place for anyone due to this. This is complete craziness that they would even allow for this to occur.

The little snack room to the side is a nice place for kids to get together and take a break and eat something. It's nice to have a playdate there because your kids are enclosed and gated in and can basically entertain themselves and you can still talk to another adult without losing sight of your kid. Definitely send your kid in socks because it can smell a little like feet as is any gym. Also bring a physical credit card to pay because they do not take tap pay as I learned after I unloaded my child and all his things and only brought my phone in. Parking is easy and a plenty. It's in the back row of buildings in case you miss it the first go around.

I wish that they were a little more attentive and have a little more energy... but it was really late and scarce in customers. I will say that the employees are helpful and don't have any attitudes. That's a big thing especially since they work around kids mostly. Positive energy is taken to a high note with me. They do their job correctly by asking age of the kids and making sure rules are being followed. They have side conversations, and don't interact with the kids much...... they aren't rude about it... but it would be nice if they interacted a bit..... The facility itself is clean. No trash everywhere... everything looks wiped down... it is a little "run down" since I saw half painted walls and the foam squares are a little beat up. The equipment in itself is still good. Nothing made me feel like I shouldn't let the kids on it. Pricing is ok... I honestly don't think it was worth it because there's not much to do. But don't get me wrong. The kids still had fun and spent 1.5 hours there... but they repeated most things. The only thing that you need to be aware of is be patient at the cafe/bar. The 2 times I went to the place to see if I could buy a drink or a snack, no one was there and I couldn't wait too long since the kids were asking for my attention. The kids were in the basketball area and one of my boys had recently scraped his leg pretty badly on his bike a couple of days ago. Kendrick was working that area and was watching the boys. They were rough with each other and hurt my son's leg again. Kendrick saw he was crying and holding his leg and took care of my boy without me even noticing. He provided first aide with peroxide and a new bandage for his leg. The. He gave him a free icee to cheer him up. That type of service deserved this review. It was lo g overdue.
