I brought my nephew here on Saturday, we used a Groupon so it was a great deal. It's a huge facility, lots of attractions for the kids. They offer snacks, pizza and drinks. Had my daughter's 3rd birthday here! It was spidey themed and everything was perfect. Katrina was an amazing host and we couldn't have been happier with the decorations and experience. So much more chill than urban air. My only complaint is that they charge $50 for outside anything other than the cake. Even when I asked to bring water bottles for the adults. They still accommodated me but not without very much paying and pressing that I wanted 15 waters in the room (two dollars a piece for). Just silly. It's water, not outside food. Otherwise VERY happy with the party. Would recommend to my friends and family. read more

I promised my daughter that I'd take her to the trampoline park on her day off from school, and I chose to take her to iRise. I was able to check-in on Yelp which saved me 20% off. With the 20% off and purchasing trampoline socks, it was $20.30/per person to jump for 1hour . We went around 12-1 on Monday and we were the only people there which was awesome. We were able to have the entire facility to ourselves for about 40 minutes until other visitors arrived. She had fun jumping and I did too. The facility was decent but it did kinda smell like feet or a locker room . My nose is extra sensitive so maybe it was just my nose. The white guy up front that help us was very polite and got us set up quickly to jump. *****Tips***** 1).Checkin in Yelp to possibly save 20%. 2). I was honestly confused where to check in at first. Front desk seemed slightly disheveled - but they were busy from the looks of it. We went for the all day passes. Prices are honestly really good. Bathrooms aren't the cleanest. My girls had a blast so to me that's what matters most! So many different places within the building. They tried it all! A Sunday afternoon adventure to iRise provided fun for all that was in our group. We intended to have a birthday "party" here, but found out the only way you could bring in a cake of your own was if you booked the party room - which was way more than we needed and much more costly. So we opted to simply get the unlimited pass for everyone who wanted to participate, while several of us sat on nearby benches or tables to supervise and watch. A check-in on Yelp provided a 20% discount for one participant. Don't miss out - make sure you check in prior to purchasing your admission! Park was clean and well maintained. Lots of activities: many trampolines, an interactive trampoline, ball-type pit to swing over and jump in. Our grandchildren were exhausted by the time they left, as they were in constant motion. They had a great time, along with several adults in our party that chose to let their inner child take over for a few hours. Parking is plentiful. Access can be a bit interesting, since this is located in one of the sections around the Willowbrook Mall circle. Traveling east from SH249 on FM1960 provides a direct route to the section iRise is located in; if you're traveling west on FM1960, you will have to enter at the mall entrance traffic light right after the railroad tracks, then drive partway around the mall circle to the entrance. Good thing I checked out a map before we came, because I certainly would have been stymied by the concrete dividers on FM1960 that prevents you from turning left. A good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to bring the kids - of all ages - here again. read more

My kids love this place. Been about 12 times and I'd say that for the price it's worth it for the amount of fun the kids have. They make you sign a waiver because there is a chance of injury dealing with trampolines. My daughter bounced too high and fell on the pad but she was okay. The obstacle course in the back is very cool for the kids. I wish I could get in there but I am too big. They have a zip line that the kids love. Also interactive jumping games that show the kids on the screen in a video game as they jump which is a hit. My son loves to play in the basketball court and the bounce house obstacle course. There is plenty for kids to do here to fill up an hour of fun. Sometimes there are older kids playing too rough so you have to watch out if your kids are smaller but that was just a one time incident. There is seating for the parents so you can see where your kid is at mostly at all times unless they go towards the back. Will probably go this coming weekend!! read more

I took my daughters for their friend's birthday party but UNFORTUNATELY the customer service provided from the front desk girl ELISA I believe is her name with black long curl hair was just horrible. This young lady lacks communication skills and respect towards others. After I approached her to know what she had said to my daughter she got all defensive and her attitude was just beyond belief. My daughters had a great time but with the service provided by her I doubt us returning. read more

Had twins party at this location. It was hot! The party helper only came up once to meet me but after that I never saw him ever again. Someone bought up our pizza & juices and left! I did everything my myself with help of a few guests. The pizza was not fresh, its was so nasty the kids didn't even want to eat it. Wasn't even hot , it was barely warm. Never again! I love bringing my grandson here. We drive all the way from Humble be he likes it better than urban air. It's nice nice lots of activities and decent price.. I just feel they need better management. Every time we come the young staff is having more fun than the kids. There's never anyone working the zipline so parents get stuck retrieving the rope for all the kids in line instead of watching after their own child or are forced to be rude and walk off to keep and eye on their own child/ren. read more

I had my daughter birthday party here this past Saturday, we wanted an indoor place to have the party due to the weather being so hot outside and it turned out that the AC was not working Leslie the manager try to accommodate, however, the place was extremely hot. They had no fans to try to help with the heat, I had two guest that overheated and started throwing up. It was very upsetting to had paid so much money to avoid the heat to have the same heat inside. I was sweating the whole time and my guests where very uncomfortable. Leslie the manager was very nice but I wish she could had refunded some of my money due to the problem. I have reach out to the management team by email about my sons injury and have yet to hear back. My sons hand was run over by the front automatic doors and we didn't get to spend the time that we had paid for because of the injury. All I am asking for is a refund. I would also like to say the "first aid" kit that was offered is very outdated and needs to be replaced. Expired Neosporin- which was also open with no cap. Expired hydrogen peroxide. The manager - she is special - she just stood by and have zero to no care to the accident. I ran to to him as this happened but she just stood there. I understand accident but this was no on the jumping equipment. So please spare me the talk about signing a waiver. The least your team could do is call and check to see if he was okay. I have had a friend that had a rough experience with hosting a party here, so we did an hour jump and then moved to another location for a fun event day. We had the BEST experience! Made my reservation a week ahead for a last minute surprise party for my daughter. I got a call confirming then night before along with my food order and looked forward to the next day. Next day, I arrive a little before my party started and my party room was not available. I was very upset and disappointed, I've had wonderful experiences here with my kids including on my son's birthday 3 years ago and perhaps it got the best of me but the manager took initiative apologized and even offer an upgrade. Once we were given the upgrade and probably THE BEST party host (Gage) the party went so well. The manager came again and apologized and I also apologized and appreciated for her attentiveness, upgrade, and providing me and my guests a great host. He was on top of everything, if I needed anything I would just call him on the walkie-talkie he provided me. If my guests needed more napkins, cups, plates or drinks he would immediately come to our rescue. All my guests both kids and parents had a blast! Everything was perfect, clean, and at the end my daughter was thrilled for having an amazing surprise party. There was some minor changes done to the place and I am assuming because of COVID, but my family and my daughter's friends just needed an outing like this so we can completely understand the small changes done to keep kids a little safer. Thank you iRise for making this an unforgettable experience for my daughter and I, I really appreciated the ending results when there was a rocky start. This is My favorite trampoline park to bring my boys. Sadat & his team have gone great things upgrading the obstacle course & even added a bouncy house obstacle course and huge inflatable slide. There is basketball and a big obstacle course/playground in the back & a playground for the smaller kids in the front with awesome slides. We always get fountain drinks & snacks when we come & my kids love the snacks they have to offer. My kids love it here. We have been coming since we moved into the willowbrook mall area so for a few years & this is the best it has been under Sadat's management. The staff is friendly & helpful. We love it. read more

My son Has worked at this location since October the 1st period he was supposed to be paid on October the 20th however today October 22nd he has yet to receive his paycheck. I spoke to Naveed who claims to be the manager he stated that he does not leave paper checks at the facility because he cannot trust his employees. Several calls to the owner Atif have gone unanswered, this was my sons first job and him not being paid is against the law, and I will make sure that this doesn't continue to happen. We were very excited to have her party at this place because is an indoor trampoline park I paid a lot to have her party here. The day of her event we notice it was hot inside when guest started to arrived they were complaining it was hot and sweating I was very upset that this happen the day of my daughters event. I would've never booked an event if I knew the ac was broken or it had problems it was very embarrassing having to apologize to my friends and family about the situation some people left early because it was unbearable. I tried to keep calm and not let it bother me but it was hot !!! Some food items melt because of how hot it was. I paid a lot of money and left unhappy I don't think I will ever consider booking here in my life I'm a person who goes out the way for my daughters birthday and this ruined it. Leslie the manager knew I was very upset about the situation and offer to refund a fee they charged but I still paid 600$ for a hot environment I would've just had my party in my backyard and rented a Waterslide like I always do. I have driven past this place a thousand times, but have never paid any attention to it. Today I took my five year old to a classmate's birthday party. After you read my experience at IRise, I hope that you stay clear of it. The first red flag was the proximity of the play area to the front entrance. While you would expect parents to keep an eye on their children, this is not always the case. Without any kind of a gate at the entrance, unattended children can easily run out into the parking lot, or worse be taken by the wrong person. The second and the most alarming, were the restrooms. Typically, you would expect the restrooms to have multiple toilets and sinks, but not this one. Hang on to your coffee, it is about to get worse. I walked up to the restroom and realized that the door was locked. My initial thought was maybe I need to ask for a key? Before I turned to walk away, a grown man who looked to be in his forties, walked out of the restroom wet, carrying a gym bag. After entering the restroom, I noticed there was one toilet, one sink, and a shower! What business owner in their right mind would have a shower in a public restroom where hundreds of children come to play??? CREEPY!!!!!!! The third and final nail in the coffin for me was the condensation dripping from the AC duct on the ceiling into the foam pit where children were playing. After observing these things, it made me realize how unsafe this place is, and how irresponsible the owners are. Ironically, parents are asked to sign a waiver to limit the establishment's liability. I used to frequent this place with my kids but recently it looks dirty and the grip sock police (employees) wont stop harrasing the kids to see if their socks have grip. They even grabbed my kids shoulders and asked her to touch the bottom of her socks, definitely a no from me maybe they should make it a rule that we HAVE to buy their grip socks and no outside grip socks allowed so they can stop harrasing these kids while they play. read more

My husband, and two toddlers were with me. A simple "hi welcome in, give us a few moments and we'll be right with you" would have sufficed. But no, we were simply ignored so we walked out and left. TL;DR: great for younger kids (10 & under), clean, friendly staff, not an extensive menu so we grab food elsewhere. We love this place! I have a 2 and 4 year old, and this is perfect for their ages. My 2yo is fearless and loves the foam pits, while my 4yo loves the basketball & dodgeball courts and the trampoline video game. We usually come in the middle if the week in the middle of the afternoon, so it's not crowded at all, and my kids will run for hours. The playground is a good size for them too. I agree with other reviewers that the staff doesn't monitor the trampolines, but I've never seen staff doing that at Altitude, Urban Air, of Jumping World so that's not a big deal to me. I'm the parent, and this isn't a babysitting service, so I expect to be keeping an eye on my kids not using this as time to play on my phone. ‍ The best benefit is that often we can jump for over the hour we pay for (usually around 2 hours); I have never seen them tell kids they have to stop like I have at Urban Air and Jumping World. (Note, I get why and am not upset when that happens, it's just nice to not have that happen). The facility is clean enough, the bathrooms kinda gross so we try to time it where we don't have to use them til the very end. They have a limited menu and seem to cook to order in a very small kitchen, so if you wanted pizza or something I can imagine it taking a long time. Irise Trampoline park We were at Irise trampoline park at Willabrook yesterday for my son's birthday. Was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had! When we arrive 10 minutes before our party was due to start the girl at the desk informed me that the people before us were refusing to leave so we had no party room. We waited for 20 minutes in the lobby area, by then everyone I invited was waiting with us. The girl came back and said the party before us still wouldn't leave and she was going to call the police. She directed us to what she called "the premium party space", upstairs overlooking the park. A little worried about her calling the police but thankful to have somewhere to go, we went to the upstairs party space. At that point all the kids were out jumping and it was me and their parents upstairs. Waited for another 20 minutes and had to go downstairs and ask where our hostess was? They said someone was coming and I said I need drinks and water. A girl comes up with two 2 L bottles. I said can we get some cups and ice please, also water bottles. She said yes and proceeded to be gone for another 20 minutes. She brought up the two pizzas we ordered with no plates, no napkins and no drinks. At this point I'm extremely annoyed because I have 2 pizzas and 2 bottles of soda. Also embarrassed because the kids were getting thirsty from all the jumping and some of the parents had to go buy water at the concession. One of my guests had walked outside and said that a whole group of employees out there. My ex-husband got involved and asked to speak with a manager. We were not wanting to pay full price when we had almost 0 service and completely were embarrassed in front of our guests. Next thing you know, the manager comes up with a police officer to speak to my ex-husband claiming we're refusing to pay. What?? At no point did we ever refuse to pay only asked for a discount for the poor service. This is when everything goes sideways (as if it wasn't already) The cop wanted my ex and the manager to go outside and talk about it so they did. While outside, the manager moves away and starts throwing up. She then informs the police officer and my ex-husband to stay away from her because she has Covid. At this point my ex was extremely irate because this woman was in the building with all the kids with Covid. My guess and I were all leaving. I went to pay the bill and they still refuse to give us any discount for the horrible service. I tried to make a very long story short. The point is, do not go to Irise trampoline park at Willowbrook. Whoever is running that place clearly has no clue what they're doing and no regard for exposing families to Covid. We just had our daughters party there April 16,2022 , it was the most horrible and embarrassing experience I have ever had. Our host was only seen once, he never came back , never brought the food and drinks. When the party was almost over I had to walk up to the front desk to let them know what was going on. I talked to both managers both gave me the most sorry excuses. One said that the host went on lunch in the middle of my party which made no sense . The other manager said she had no idea what was going on or why it happened. Then both managers kept giving me sorry excuses like they only had one oven , they had multiple parties going on which was a lie , I only saw one party besides ours. I love that this park is great for kids 2-7. My son always finds kids his age to play with and he is old enough to enjoy all of the different parts of this place. On our most recent visit however I was disappointed with the management. They were over staffed, yet under trained. I think I counted 8 employees, yet not a single one was monitoring the jumpers. 4 were at the check in counter and 4 were hogging the basket ball jump area. It's not like the place was empty either. There were about 15 jumpers on average during our time there. My son jumped into a half empty ball pit and came out complaining that his socks were wet. I took it upon myself to keep fairs for a while to worn other kids and parents from making the same mistake. About 30 minutes later one gentleman finally put up a sign saying that area was closed. They may have assumed that people would stay out because half the balls were missing, but kids (and one adult that I saw) don't think that way. I hope it was just water... I still think this is an affordable way to tire out a young child, but be prepared to monitor for safety yourself. read more
