Took the 2 kiddos yesterday. Let's start with the 1st disclaimer. This place is a little rundown looking, but don't let that stop you from having fun. The employees are nice -and polite. I wish that they were a little more attentive and have a little more energy... but it was really late and scarce in customers. I will say that the employees are helpful and don't have any attitudes. That's a big thing especially since they work around kids mostly. Positive energy is taken to a high note with me. They do their job correctly by asking age of the kids and making sure rules are being followed. They have side conversations, and don't interact with the kids much...... they aren't rude about it... but it would be nice if they interacted a bit..... The facility itself is clean. No trash everywhere... everything looks wiped down... it is a little "run down" since I saw half painted walls and the foam squares are a little beat up. The equipment in itself is still good. Nothing made me feel like I shouldn't let the kids on it. Pricing is ok... I honestly don't think it was worth it because there's not much to do. But don't get me wrong. The kids still had fun and spent 1.5 hours there... but they repeated most things. The only thing that you need to be aware of is be patient at the cafe/bar. The 2 times I went to the place to see if I could buy a drink or a snack, no one was there and I couldn't wait too long since the kids were asking for my attention. We spent the early morning at Jumping World, the girls ran, jumped and played games until they were done. We were in no hurry and it was raining very hard so we didn't move until it passed by. They had areas for all age groups, but there were no small kids there so we moved to the bigger age group. A lot of the games were down so we played the best we could on the other games. There was a Groupon deal so we took advantage of that. We will definitely be back this was very close to our house and even though it was summer it was not too crowded. They even have an obstacle course that the girls tried their hand at as well as the basketball jumping area. There was a hurricane simulator but I felt they were too young to get in. They won one duck and lots of candy in the grabbing machine. read more

Worst experience ever. Start off I booked a party. Socks are included in the price. Over half of the guest were not given socks. I was told by the party host that I would get $5 in game cards for each guest without sock. She kept disappearing and I never got them. This place is so small. Rock climbing is wall climbing. Prices are great, but this is the worst jumping location I've ever been to! Maybe I've been spoiled with the trampoline parks in Utah and Kentucky, but there just wasn't a lot of fun things to do here. Their portions for the little kids is small. For the big kids they didn't have any really big foam pits or anything fun like that. Both my kids were ready to leave after about 45 minutes. For the price, it was fine! First time here. Honest opinion... the place is not as bad as some of the reviews here.. only negative thing would be the smell of feet lol.. but what do you expect with all the kiddos running around sweating. The place was clean and plenty of seating area to wait around while the kids play. Kids were enjoying themselves with no problems.. everyone was friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend for a nice day to play and get out all that build up energy. Plus for adults would be they do sell beer incase you would like to have one while you wait. They have snacks like chips, nachos, variety of drinks and hotdog. I think the arcade games are pricey with being $1.50 a game or more. The prices are not of good quality.. I wouldn't bother collecting tickets to win one.. D&B has better prices. The prices to play is affordable nothing over the top. Def would recommend. read more

I'm complaining in the front counter staff and location manager! They allowed for a disgruntle customer curse and scream at my 4 year old Autistic child and the out of control lady also did to me when I intervined. The staff didn't do anything and I asked them why did they allow this behavior to happen from the customer! It was unacceptable! I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location! Employees not enforcing safety rules. small children are supposed to be on one side bigger kids on the other side. I paid $70 for both of us to jump but couldnt because i was busy keeping my kid from running into smaller children and while he simultaneously got knocked down from bigger children who were leaping across the lanes instead of running up and down them. all the attractions with the exception of the trampolines were out of service. I purchased a game card to try and salvage the trip but almost all the games were also out of service. Trash everywhere, the equipment was very dingy and run down. My daughter went here for her friend's birthday and she said that it was really fun but the had a lot of downsides. For example, her friend had a water ball ticket but a few seconds in she was too sacred and when she picked another friend to do it they said only she could go. The toys they got for a lot of tickets fell apart before they made it home...which granted is typical for these type of places but disappointing for kids. For the price the lack of flexibility and quality isn't on par.1 minute after their time they said sorry you can't do anything else on the trampolines or obstacle course. This place is terrible, don't waste your time even coming to this location. Place smells, restrooms smell worse, are very dirty and always out of paper towels. Very small with limited area for jumping. And the teenagers that work here and are supposed to be watching the children, like nothing more than to argue with parents. Customer service does not exist. There's also 16 picnic tables sectioned off for parties, even if there are no parties you cannot sit at these tables? This place needs new management and staff. I will travel to Katy for a better experience, nicer play toys and better customer service. read more

I had my daughter's fourth birthday here last weekend and it was so much fun! The kids loved all of the games and jumping areas. The pizza was good and the staff was friendly. It wasn't crowded and the place was clean and so were the bathrooms. I would definitely go back. read more

Trash ass employees, literally walked in paid for the kids and adults, then in the middle of the jumping. They came as a group and stopped us and said wheres the kids stickers. We told them that we didn't get any for the kids and we would pay once we leAve and it was only 8 dollars, they brought the manager and cussed at us. We decided to pay and leave and she talked talking badly in spanish about us. She thought we dont speak spanish but we do. Is this how they treat people, especially someone with kids. It's always difficult to find something to do with a toddler on a rainy day in Houston. Jumping World is one of the options although not my favorite. We went with my 3-year old son and another kid about the same age for a play date. At 8$ / hour (kid under 4), the price is reasonable. The kids had fun at the toddler court but were very distracted by the arcades which are right next to their area (and require to purchase a card - so extra cost). There was no area for parents to sit while waiting / watching for the young kids, which made the hour feel longer. It might be more interesting with older kids. read more

This place is a definite no go. Zero stars do not recommend. It was dingy and run down, unclean and everything was out of service. The foam pits have pieces of foam coming off the blocks and they got stuck to my kids' clothing. The workers have an attitude and you cannot hear anything over the trash music they were playing. The games cost $1.50 a piece for 20 seconds of play and you only get 1 ticket for playing the high priced filthy games. The music was loud and obscene. Totally unacceptable music for kids. So, the jumping area is divided into zones by signs- Less than 11yr, older than 11 yr, Do not jump across lanes, etc.. all to make sure kids dont get hurt- bigger kids are not accidentally falling over younger ones, etc. Well, everyone was jumping around as if those signs were in some alien language, which is EXPECTED because they are KIDS! so, its the job of the attendant to make sure that it is being followed. THat was definitely not happening. INFACT, there was this one tiny cutie, about 4 yr old (?)...she was jumping across every single lane infront of anyone and anything. I ( the non jumping adult) had to actually walk to the attendant and point her out and explain to the teen attendant why this was dangerous. Thankfully, the kid walked out aroudn the same time.. but damn. Secondly, my 8 yr old ( 55lb tiny) cousin walked upto this second attendant and asked him why older kids were jumping in the younger kids section ( she was scared because this grown young man almost jumped on her).. he said that the signs didnt matter and that anyone could jump anywhere. Threw a party for my oldest 11 year old on Sat.(Oct.19) Cost$400 Party went well and staff was great but my 2 year old caught hand, foot, mouth disease in the toddler section. It's not horrible just eat before you go and don't expect the arcade to be anything special. A lot of the games are out of order as well as half of the vending machines for drinks and snacks. Not a bad deal if your looking to jump all day for just $25. Other than the jumping it's really small and nobody is walking around cleaning or sanitizing anything. They opened 15 minutes late and the receptionist didn't ask what package we wanted just rang us up for 1 hour. Small little gestures like saying you're welcome when I said thank you instead no response or common courtesy. From start to finish, one of the worst customer service experience as I could imagine. Check in was a wreck, the staff is rude, and they seem more interested in scolding adults than watching/making sure kids play safely. I was trying to think why I wouldn't give this place 5 stars, and honestly there weren't any. The place is super fun, I jump with my kids. The staff are always on top of things, making sure kids are safe, leaving at their proper times, making sure the dodgeball is played fairly. It's clean, organized, and best part has a great "American ninja warrior" obstacle course that's quite challenging. Just keep in mind it will be busier on weekends, we went around 5 on sun, and was perfect. During the week it's almost all to yourself. They also have arcade games as well, we never need to even go near those. read more

My friend and I went on friday for the Dodgeball Tournament, as soon as we came in, we asked a black lady in the counter if the Tournament was taking place. She told us "yes, it starts at 8". So we paid, headed to the dodgeball field, and they told us they never do dodgeball tournaments because "not enough people show up". We asked for a refund (since the tournament was the only reason we showed up) and we were denied. Other than that experience, the workers looked so unenthusiastic and brain-dead. Dont waste your money throwing a birthday party at this establishment! The teenage workers are rude and to have a stress free party is not possible! They said not to worry about anything our party host takes care of everything! I paid for 20 kids which covers 20 bottles water and 4 pizza. This place wasn't all that great. The trampolines weren't too bouncy or impressive like most places I've been and the foam pit is small and looks dirty. There's a section meant for smaller children on the trampoline lanes but not one staff member attempted to keep little kids from trying to jump on the teen/adult side. My teenage cousin would've seriously injured this little girl while doing a flip if he hadn't been paying attention. The ninja course is cool and the games, while I didn't try any, looked fun as well. I wouldn't leave your valuables in the cubbies. Have someone who isn't jumping hold your purse or phone/wallet/etc. The only reason this has two stars is because the women at the register addressed a woman who blatantly cut in front of us while in line to pay for jumping time and they serve beverages and the restroom is clean. My sister and I brought our children to the Sharpstown location today in October 17th to play. This being our first time coming to any JW location and being in the middle of a pandemic I called prior to coming to confirm the hours, price and to know if they had food available for purchase so we wouldn't have to make multiple stops. After we arrived and paid for our visit, one of the 3 children didn't want to jump because of how hungry he was. I went to purchase food and drinks for everyone and to my surprise I was told that there was no food and hadn't been food all day because the truck never showed up. Now calling 30 minutes prior to our arrival this information should've been shared with us so that we could have fed our children prior to coming. I asked if I could purchase a pizza from the pizza shack on the very same street and the management (I'm assuming he was the manager) told us no. I am highly disappointed and infuriated. This is our first and LAST visit to Jumping World and we will be sure to spread the word to our family, friends and colleagues about our mistreatment here. I am disgusted. read more

This place is so awesome. My son Seun , had his 12th year birthday party on the 4th of June here , and it was the best. The General Manager MS Nagadi and the party host MS Leila, are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to be involved in all parties. They made sure there were no hitches and the pizza and drinks were right on time.
