This new place is going to be a great addition to places to go and visit when in Tennessee. This being new, there were some glitches. The food service will definitely need to be improved. The wait was very long. As far as the Brewery, the selection of beers are great and the cocktails top notch. Try the beer flight before making a selection. Beer was solid, no faults, good mixture of options all well brewed. Service was terrible - Kids burger came out after ~50 minutes (my 5 year old said I don't like sloppy joes b/c it was so crumbly). 20 bottles of empty ketchup in the place, not a drop to be had - how does that happen!? After getting a shrug from the waitstaff we actually left after 1 hour still waiting on burger, fries and wrap. When paying for the drink bill they were clueless how things were so bad, they were like yeah we only have two cooks all the tables are waiting. Dude! Absolutely amazing! We went back again for a second night because we loved it so much! The owners and staff were very friendly! The food, gosh the food!!!! We had- hummus and pimento cheese platter, cheese curds, the pretzel, smash burgers, strawberry salad, and the boneless wings in the kickin bourbon! Amazing!!! Hot, fresh and full of flavor. Service was not great. Just because one thing is done way before another, does not mean you serve it and make an excuse. Waitress mixed up our beers, didn't know what they were, left them for us to figure out. Food was pretty good. Picnic tables not great for sitting, but the music was blaring so loud inside (some type of game being played), couldn't sit inside. read more

Restaurant has an industrial clean feel. Nice music system. Hostess was nice but was told 25 minutes to be seated. It took an hour! Clearly need more servers. Sitting at the bar would have been quicker but was full. I went to the cash register at the bar and got a beer sampler to enjoy while we waited. The bee bait was by far the best one to my palate from the four I tried. We shared the Nashville hot chicken sandwich since we saw it was LARGE. It was exceptional. read more

We really enjoyed this place. We needed a place that was dog friendly because we had our 15 year old dachshund with us. It was really hot and we were allowed to bring her in. The food was great. I wasn't in the mood for a big meal so we ordered appetizers. The fried green tomatoes were delicious and crunchy. The Brussels sprouts were good, not great. Worth getting though. I ordered a charcuterie plate with vegetables, hummus and pimento cheese and it was incredible. The beer was good. Food was HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT eat here. The Brussel Sprouts were so black all you could taste was char. They were bitter with it. Our onion rings were greasy AND burnt. How do you do that? My burger I paid $17.99 wasn't edible either. It had syrup dripping from it from the "bacon jam" that was put on it. It was literally dripping wet with crystallized sugar no bacon at all my bun was so soaked couldn't pick it up and one bite was ALL crystallized sugar. Our fried green tomatoes were ALSO BURNT not sure why everything was burned it took forever to get the good. We didn't eat them either they were so overcooked we couldn't chew them bc the crust was so hard. Tons of money wasted and we left hungry. NEVER AGAIN! People need to be honest in these posts it would have saved us a lot of money. read more

Stopped in after searching for local brews in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. We tried a flight ($10,) of three IPAs and a stout. All were fantastic! Visited on our vacation and had a wonderful time. My husband loves craft beers which is what drew us but the atmosphere and service was also excellent. Although we went for lunch, this would be a wonderful evening spot. We loved their outdoor patio which included some games and unique seating areas. I had the chicken flatbread and my husband had the hot chicken sandwich. His only complaint was it wasn't very spicy but the server did his best to accommodate and brought out some Tabasco. Limited menu, service lacking, beer wanting. We had a party of 7. Pretzel appetizer and loaded fries came out in 10 minutes, pretzel was not good, but beer flight took awhile. Server was helpful but overworked. Was not able to take our entree order because kitchen was"too busy". Beer was wanting, they have a ways to go to make good beers. Lager was bitter, ale was ok and the two IPAs were not balanced. I wish them well, but management needs to up their game here. Open for over a year, tourists may not know the difference, but having visited brew houses in many places, this will not suffice. Love local brews so I hope they can do better. Because of the tourist volume they will probably do OK but if you are a beer lover, go somewhere else. We ended up leaving after 90 minutes and going to a pizza joint to eat after the flights and appetizers since dinner was not going to come soon because the kitchen was "too busy", and the beer was not worth ordering in glasses rather than flights. read more

The server asked how everything was, so I told her. She wasn't sure how to handle it, so she told the manager. She said the manager would be over shortly.
