We came here twice in 3 days. The staff is very friendly. If you want a more intimate setting, dine indoors. If you want a little more atmosphere, sit in the bar area. They also have outdoor dining. We ordered takeout for a large group from Aubrey's recently. Their online ordering software is easy to use, and has multiple options for allergies. Among us, we tried the burgers, salad, and spinach con queso. We also ordered a kids cheeseburger, just to get a plain burger as all of their food has a million toppings. Aubrey's is delicious!!! Just don't add salt. I got a thunder road burger which seemed a bit bland for the addition of pimento cheese and tobacco onions. The burger itself was tasty. The coleslaw that came with it was a bit liquidy but had good crunch and good flavor! We got potato rounds as an app and while the ranch is super good, the potatoes were, um, throughly salted and then some. The tortilla chips with the spinach con queso were just as salty but the dip was flavorful! They don't have a simple burger so if you want that go with the kids burger! Their gluten free buns seemed to hold up also! read more

All the food was tasteless. The catfish was dry, chicken strips were soft, fries were soggy, tomato bisque was straight up low quality canned soup, mac and cheese had very little cheese. This place was a highlight of our trip. As soon as you walk in you see a large dining room with large booths high enough you can't see your neighbors and plenty of privacy. To the right is a separate glass walled off room with a bar and TVs very sports bar feel and that's where we sat. Service was great. I got the chicken with bacon and cheese and it was delicious. I enjoyed spending time here for beer and Burger mondays. They deliver with 40 taps and great delivery on a fresh ground patty of beef. Ask for it medium, it's perfection. Beth the senior bartender, has a good command of the crowd. She makes quick work of awkward interactions and knows the menu inside and out. We had a couple beers and she suggested jagermeister to start our occasion off right. She recommended the thunder road burger and it was a great way to kick in the new day. The lunch bar crowd seems pretty vibrant, plenty of usual players. The menu gave everyone at the table options they were happy with. Pasta, small plates, soup and salad pairings. Service was slow and friendly. Good ambience. Aubrey's offers farm to table type food. The hostess and server were friendly. I had the soup of the day, a corn chowder, which was served in a large bowl. This would have been enough food since it was so generously sized. For dinner I had the Tuscan chicken. Large tender chicken breast. I would have like more basil on top since I had only 2 leaves. We shared a key lime pie that was tart and sweet, definitely a shareable size! A place we will definitely return to sample more on the menu. First off, the service was slower than dial-up internet in 1998. I aged three years waiting for a menu. By the time the food arrived, I had emotionally moved on. Now, the nachos -- and I say this with the deepest sincerity -- tasted like someone lost a bet. Bland, soggy, and somehow offensive to both chips and cheese. A true crime against appetizers. To make things spicier (not the food, just the experience), I ordered a gin and received... not that. What was it? No one knows. Probably gin's estranged cousin. But let's give credit where it's due -- the turkey club was actually delicious. Moist, flavorful, and stacked like it knew it had to save the meal. It's the one hero in this tragic tale. If you're staying in Pigeon Forge, the extra few minutes away from the strip is worth it because this is some good food. Everything was flavorful. The staff was incredibly nice. It's a casual environment but their food is for sure a step up compared to the other places in the area. I got the Rattlesnake pasta. It was really good. I thought it would be a tad bit spicer than normal Alfredo but it really is just Alfredo with green peppers and spinach. There wasn't a wait and our waitress was phenomenal. She really went above and beyond during our time there. Best service I've had in a long time. They serve you complimentary bread with butter. The bread was slightly sweet and didn't last long at our table. It was very good. I ordered the special of the day which was chicken parmigiana. The sauce was homemade with chunks of tomatoes in it. All the turkey piled in the middle meant that the crusts were basically empty. Wouldn't get that particular dish again for those reasons, but what WAS there in the middle of the bread was good. I had PIZZA ROCKEFELLER Grilled chicken, jack cheese, diced tomatoes, jalapeño peppers and Aubrey's spinach con queso on a flour tortilla crust which was VERY good. Crust was interesting but very crispy. We shared some SPINACH CON QUESO which was better than any spinach cheese dip I've had. Service was outstanding and very friendly.
