First and foremost, Retta (The person that you will speak with when you call) is amazing! She always is able to accommodate any changes that I need in our servicing schedule. She is also very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Secondly, our technician, Kason, is very courteous, thorough, and efficient at his job. I am disabled, so sometimes I am only able to talk to Kason through the speakers on our front door camera. Kason is always so patient with me, he is fantastic with our dogs, polite and courteous to my wife when she is home, and most importantly, he is great at making sure there aren't any critters or bugs of any kind sneaking into our home! Despite my no soliciting sign, I have had several other pest control companies knock at my front door in hopes of earning our business. For how often Iron Mantis comes to our home, nobody has been able to come even close to the pricing that we are paying! I am very happy with this company! I had my house treated last year and after the initial "flushing out" of bugs that happens, I never saw bugs. Great customer service and super friendly staff. I had a problem with ants recently outside and inside the house. They sent a tech who took care of the issue outside and inside. He was a specialist on ants and explained in detail the products been used inside and outside the house . He went over any safety concerns and how the product used inside the house is harmless to humans. He also left extra sheets to place if we saw any more ants. I love these guys and gals, absolutely the best. They came out and sprayed , (crickets everywhere) and I now have none except the dead ones.
