We had them do a complete termite treatment 7 years ago and we had annual inspections for 5 years to make sure there was no repeat activity. Recently we discovered some new trails inside a closet and when we looked at the original report, we realized the garage wasn't treated so now the activity is on the other side of indoor the garage wall. Looks like we now have to start all over with a complete treatment. The front of the house did not have the holes drilled into the cement (just into the soft joints) like they did the back patio. Since this is near where the activity is, I'm wondering if that's what caused the issue to return. The people were definitely pleasant to work with; I just didn't realize we would need to start over with such an expensive process so soon after the first treatment. read more

If you are seeking pest or termite control in the Valley, take your business elsewhere! I personally met the owner of this company today, Patrick. He showed up at my house unexpectedly outside of the scheduled time window. Luckily, I was home. The issue was in my backyard. Patrick agreed there were termites in the back patio but would not treat "because the termites were not in the house". He then proceeded to let himself into the home and looked in every room/closet without permission/consent. In addition to, Patrick was hostile and condescending when any question was asked. I did not feel safe or comfortable, nor was the issue inside the home. If you are a vulnerable individual (i.e. single woman or disabled) I would never use this company. Patrick's dementor is aggressive and he feels entitled enough to enter and search your home without permission. The home has been treated for termites by Patrick's company 3 times, 2 of which were in the last 2 years. His products do not work. read more
