We had an excellent experience with Ercan! From the minute we contacted him after seeing his yelp reviews, he was super-responsive. We had a few things we wanted taken care of. We had our backsplash and baseboards replaced a couple years back, so we needed some caulking because the original company did such a poor job. We had Ercan caulk all our baseboards and also he repaired some caulking that needed repair in our bathrooms free of charge! Thanks Ercan! Now that's service! In talking with him as he was doing these repairs, we really learned that he's a jack of all trades so-to-speak! He told us he really does almost anything - flooring, painting, plumbing, an all-around handyman. We quickly realized when he was here we should have had him paint our baseboards....So he came back and painted our baseboards a couple days later. I cannot say enough about the overall experience!! The manager came the afternoon of my inquiry. I was disappointed when he arrived and started to work by himself using my husband'stools and help. He came the next day with a helper, supplies, and finished. But my husband had to keep checking and asking him to go over his work again, 2nd coat. They were too messy for what I am used too. They did not clean up after they were leaving for the day. They said the whole job would be $400 and it was $400 + $98 for needed supplies.
