Eric was prompt on initial communication however he was late, his experience was not good for my project that he quoted me on. Immediately, it was evident that he didn't read the information I had sent him and he admitted it was his error in assuming he was hanging onto on a different material type. He didn't have the right materials, didn't have any suggestions and simply wasn't resourceful enough to go to Home Depot and get the right supplies. He still asked for the full price quoted which leads me to believe he quotes quickly knowing he may not be capable of completing it as he will be asking for payment whether job is done or not. I waited a month to post this review because I still can't believe it happened. I hired Eric to install a murphy bed from Breda Beds. The bed cost more than $1200 and is made to order, so we intentionally looked for a professional to install it. I confirmed that he had experience working with murphy beds, and provided the product link and installation video in advance of his visit. Upon arrival, he didn't come with all the necessary tools or any protective blankets for the brand new hardwood floors we just installed (that I told him we're brand new). He spent 7 hours "installing" the bed, only for us to discover was now broken and/or damaged in multiple places. The frame was installed too narrow, the springs were installed incorrectly and resulted in the bed flinging up when opened. He installed the built-in LED lights with the wiring wrapped around the frame. Multiple large, deep scratches were put into our floors. Simply put: he was not qualified to be doing this install and had ample opportunity to come to that realization and let us know. Instead he continued drilling, forcing pieces together and resulting in us having to entirely disassemble the bed, spend another $500 in replacement parts and shipping costs, and hire another installer. I'm sure he's a nice guy and means well, but is far from what I'd consider to be a professional hanger or installer. Look elsewhere is my advice. read more

We had an excellent experience with Ercan! From the minute we contacted him after seeing his yelp reviews, he was super-responsive. We had a few things we wanted taken care of. We had our backsplash and baseboards replaced a couple years back, so we needed some caulking because the original company did such a poor job. We had Ercan caulk all our baseboards and also he repaired some caulking that needed repair in our bathrooms free of charge! Thanks Ercan! Now that's service! In talking with him as he was doing these repairs, we really learned that he's a jack of all trades so-to-speak! He told us he really does almost anything - flooring, painting, plumbing, an all-around handyman. We quickly realized when he was here we should have had him paint our baseboards....So he came back and painted our baseboards a couple days later. I cannot say enough about the overall experience!!
