My Jeep is the black one with the fresh alignment.
Kenneth K.

They did an alignment on my lifted Jeep with 37s, they had super competitive rates and they backed up their work. Honest shop that I would recommend to my family.

Front shocks replaced.

Solid work done! Honest assessment of what was needed for my old Dodge Ram 2500 and I'm impressed mightily by the high level of competence, knowledge, and expertise demonstrated! You want the best for your vehicle and you will find it here! Highly recommend!!!

Prompt, professional and fairly-priced service. Shop replaced the tire rods and aligned my daughter's Prius.

How much does an oil change cost?

I have wide 20" tires on my BMW Z4 and I need an alignment. Two shops said I cannot get a digital alignment because my tires are too wide. Is this true?

Hi, yes this is true. Come visit us for a manual alignment.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO…read moreBUTCH'S! My experience with this shop was nothing short of a nightmare. The mechanics are completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I initially brought my car in for overheating issues. They diagnosed the problem and charged me $500 to replace two hoses and a thermostat. I was told they drove the car for 100 miles and that everything was working fine. I picked up the car, drove just a block, and it overheated again. I brought it back, and they admitted to installing the wrong size hose. After supposedly fixing that, I picked the car up again--only for it to overheat yet again on my way to work, right before getting on the freeway. This was now the third time I had to bring it back. They said they'd re-diagnose the issue. Later, they called and told me the real problem was now the water pump and timing belt, and quoted me $3,000 to fix it. At that point, I told them I'd be picking up my car and wanted a refund, as they had failed to fix the issue from the start. The employee was defensive and only apologized after I pointed out how unprofessional and careless their service had been. I explained that driving a car while it's overheating is dangerous, especially since I have children in the vehicle. This place is shady, dishonest, and lacks any accountability. I truly hope the Better Business Bureau investigates them, because businesses like this are what give San Pedro a bad reputation.

I'm so glad I took the recommendation because it led me to Eli and his incredible team. From the very beginning, Eli has gone above and beyond. He personally picked me up and dropped me off, and while my car is being repaired, he even offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. What impressed me most wasn't the convenience--it was his honesty and integrity. I originally came in thinking I needed one repair based on what the Ford dealership had told me after a recent inspection. Instead of simply doing what I asked for, Eli performed a thorough inspection and found a much more serious safety issue that needed immediate attention. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me the findings, and helped me understand what truly needed to be prioritized. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. It was obvious that his priority was making sure my vehicle was safe--not selling me unnecessary repairs. You can tell Eli genuinely cares about his customers, and that kind of trust is priceless. In such a short amount of time, he's earned the confidence of my family and me, and I've already started referring family members to A&D Auto Clinic. If you're looking for a mechanic who is honest, knowledgeable, fair, and truly treats people with respect, I can't recommend A&D Auto Clinic enough. Thank you, Eli, for taking such great care of us. You've earned customers for life.

I chose this shop because the owner ("Johnny") appeared knowledgeable about engines, like how one could get damaged, and how to best fix it. I had my vehicle towed to his shop, late 2023, from a different shop, after getting a quote of around $9k to replace the engine block. As the replacement and repairs were done, the price kept increasing. I borrowed and spent over $10,757 for the replacement of the engine and various components. I got a Cashier's check for $8,500 and was going to pay the rest by card and cash. He insisted I take the Cashier's check back to the bank and pay him in ALL CASH or he would not release my vehicle! That, to me, was a SHAKEDOWN. If he lies and states it didn't happen, I'll PROVE UP! I took the Cashier's check back to the bank and handed him cash. I got the keys to my car and left. After driving it for a couple of minutes, I realized how peculiar it drove. I pulled over, checked the engine and called Johnny. He asked me to bring it back & they'd run a diagnostic. I did and he told me "no codes" were detected. He lied. His manager told me there were codes. **By doing that, he simply confirmed what I had suspected (once repairs began) I couldn't TRUST that street urchin.*** I replaced the catalytic converter, all of the ignition coils and nothing cured the MISFIRE codes I continued to get. I even took it to Ford and they had it for THREE (3) days, unable to detect the issue on the NEW engine I'd paid Johnny over $10k for. They (Ford) suggested I take my car back to his shop, but I didn't trust him/them to treat me fairly and/or to make a good faith effort in locating the root of the issue. Especially because I felt like whatever the issue was, had been intentionally done by them. I recommend anyone considering this shop, look elsewhere. I wouldn't trust taking a Tonka Toy there, let alone your primary vehicle. After he demanded I pay him in cash, threatened to withhold my vehicle and gave me a car with a misfiring engine, he had the GALL to ask me to write him a review. Here you go, boy.

They also gave me a ride back home. Labor is a normal $110 per hour. It was determined that the problem was the aftermarket Textar pads squeaking in the rear. The recommended procedure for this car is to replace the brake rotors along with the pads. I didn't know that. Now I do. Bummer, but OK. My problem is that the shop decided to also replace the front pads and rotors, which increased the job by $429 plus tax on parts. While I also authorized this work to be done, if needed, these non-squeaking OEM pads still had about 40% life remaining. I would have appreciated a bit more overall stewardship of my maintenance and being involved in the decision to replacing parts that were still good. I'm also bothered by the "oopsies" on both the labor and parts estimates. I was told that they would "make it up to me" on the next job, but I'm just not feeling comfortable enough to go back. While the mechanical skills seem solid, these guys have to overcome some growing pains on the business skills side.
