According to the new owner, they're not associated with the last one in any way. Chapter 25 has its own theme that I love which is "kindness". You'll see stickers, art works, and signs both inside the store and outside that promoting kindness. I am obsessed with matcha drinks and matcha anything! If the place offers matcha drinks or desserts, I'd have to try it. From all the pictures on Yelp, their strawberry matcha seems like the most popular item, so of course I had to try it my first time here. The matcha is ceremonial quality, whisked and made as ordered, then pair with fresh strawberry puree pieces and milk.
