I chose the basic pedicure, but I certainly didn't expect to be rushed through the entire service in about 15 minutes. I'm not exaggerating, it was over almost as soon as it started. The cuticles were not cleaned properly, and the polish was applied carelessly, bubbling and flooding over my cuticles. The entire service felt rushed, and the quality reflected that. Honestly, I could have given myself a better pedicure at home. I've attached photos because they truly speak for themselves. The man got in several fights with his staff in front of a full room of clients and hen proceeded to chase two clients down the street accusing them of not paying. To be honest I would have not even come back after being chased down the street. Fighting with a customer is absolutely unacceptable on any level and to then have a screaming match in front of other customers not once but 3 times, mortifying. I feel terrible for the staff who have to work for someone like this. Don't attempt to walk in or make an appointment, you'll sit for 2 hours.
