So yelpers said they were the best cookie you can put in your mouth. I said, I MUST try!! So Far I had only tried the Mantinee. Oatmeal cookies with raisins AND Chocolate covered raisins. :-) Very oatmeal. If you like oatmeal, you must try it! I can't wait to try the Paddy which is the mint chocochips. They are sold at Whole Foods Market. When I went last week, they had took down the stand because they were sold out! ~ I digged my way through the bakery, and found the stand behind their coffee beans stand. I asked the staff, why they are not selling the few bags that was left on the stand. She said they are for sale, but they don't like to put an almost empty stand out and was waiting for a fresh batch the next day... This is how good their cookies were??! I wondered.. and grab a bag!

Good Lord I have died and gone to heaven by the hands of Jennifer Palmer. She is the brains behinds Isabella's Cookie Company. I'm very very picky when it comes to cookies. My deal breaker? If the cookie isn't soft, then you suck. I was strolling around Whole Foods and miraculously found myself in the dessert section when I was really there for oranges and lemons. Dozens of items caught my attention but it was the simple cookie display of clear plastic bags of Isabella's Cookie Company that physically drew me to take a closer look. There are a number of different kinds of cookies to choose from. I was personally smitten with the The Shortcake so I snagged myself a bag. The cookies are made with white chocolate chunks, dried strawberries and milk chocolate covered strawberries. They were so so soft. Putting any amount of pressure on them and you'll be sure to make some sort of damage to them. The cookies weren't overly sweet and they weren't oily on the bottom. You get huge chunks of chocolates and strawberries in each cookie. Check out their site and see if the cookies are being sold at a store near you. If not, you can order online. They also have other options like gift baskets and frozen cookie dough! I have fallen head over heels for these dang cookies!

REMEMBER MUFFIN TOPS ON SEINFELD? That's the best part of a muffin. Imagine this in cookie form. I am in love. After seeing my fave yelpers Ciara G, Lucy Y and Craig R all rate these cookies the coveted 5 stars, i knew i would love them and i have to tell you, these are fabulous! Although these cookies are prepackaged, they are so moist and pillowy, yet rich and full of flavor with all natural ingredients. no preservatives! I thought the redondo location was a store, but it's actually the mothership whole sale location, where u can call 24 hours ahead to order gift boxes and baskets. i picked up a menu and actually met Isabella herself. i should have hugged her knowing that i would fall in love with her creations that i picked up later at whole foods! At whole foods, we bought the Maui Wowie (mac nuts, pineapple, coconut and white chocolate) and my fave so far the Shortcake (strawberries, white chocolate chips) At 7 bucks a bag, i'll go broke wanting to try all the flavors (which i will eventually) but they are so worth it!!! You can find their bite size packs at many stores, including Whole Foods, Bay Cities Deli, Famima, Vicente's Foods, Mother's Market (check website for more listings). You can order online and pick up at these locations also. They also have 1/3 pound cookies! I can't wait to try the Muffy (blueberries), Rocky Road, Cranapple Fritter and Pom Pom (dark choco, pistachio and pomegranate!)

The Muffy and Maui Wowie are my new favorite what? A. Cookies B. Strippers C. Alcoholic Beverages If you answered A then you are correct, although I think they these names would also work well with either B or C. I bet your all wondering how can a prepacked cookie that you get from a grocery store be my new favorite cookie? Especially seeing that I frequent so many bakeries that make cookies fresh daily. The answer to that question is simple. Isabella, whoever she is, makes the most tasty, flavor packed, and moist cookies EVER. After I read the few reviews about these cookies, and after checking out Isabelle's official website, I knew I had to buy a bag of these cookies ASAP. But if you know me at all then you know one bag would never be enough. After I located these cookies at the Whole Foods in El Segundo and after scanning through all the flavors that were available I knew I was in trouble. These are the cookies I left the store with. The Muffy- This cookie is jammed packed with dried blueberries, milk chocolate covered blueberries, and white chocolate chips. Maui Wowie- This cookie is made with macadamia nuts, pineapple, coconut, and chunks of white chocolate. The CranApple Fritter Cookie - A mixture of oatmeal, soft apples, tart cranberries, white chocolate chips and a hint of cinnamon baked into a huge cookie. Peanut Butter Bomb- A soft peanut butter cookie crammed with peanut butter chips and peanut butter candies. The Twister- Chocolate toffee pieces and chunks of milk chocolate melted together. Every single one of these cookies was phenomenal. Even though they were prepackaged they were all super moist and tasted like they had just been freshly made. As I said above, my favorites were The Muffy and the Maui Wowie. The Muffy tasted just like a blueberry muffin from Costco and the Maui Wowie tasted like a pineapple coconut smoothie with nuts in it. These cookies are not that cheap but since they are so incredibly delicious and packed full of their respected ingredients I will forgive Isabella for charging almost seven dollars for a package of nine cookies. If your ever have the chance to get your hands on some of these cookies then I highly recommend you do so. These cookies are perfect.

Lucy Y. made me cheat. Sure, like most flings it started out innocent enough before she tempted me and I succumbed last week. I had been loyal for years to Scottie with no intention of every straying. I made this clear but Lucy was relentless in her praise of Muffy and how good she was. I declined yet again but when she said that Scottie would allow me to give Muffy a try, I'll admit, I was both confused and excited at the same time. Last week in DTLA I slipped into Famima!! but she wasn't there. I figured she was playing a game and was willing to play along. Off to another Famima!! with the same results. Determined at this point knew there was one last Famima!! she could be hiding in so I passed the counter and there she was. Sitting next to Sugar Rush, she was just waiting for me to grab her, with another Muffy the shelf below keeping watch over me. I looked around with no Scottie in sight, paid for her pleasure, and quickly left the store. I made my way into the parking garage and wondered if this was where our moment would happen but held out. She looked up at me from the passenger seat as I drove back to work, wanting me to open her bag. I turned away as I left the car and went back into the office, knowing I could hold out for only so much longer. And then it happened. At 2:18, I snuck back outside for my first taste of Muffy. She was packed with blueberries, white chocolate chips and even blueberries covered in white chocolate. I couldn't stop at just one. Or two. I had never tasted anything this good and the bag was gone within minutes. When I got home, my wife discovered my indiscretion and expressed her disappointment in not getting to try Muffy too. I promised that next time I would share Muffy with her which got me a smile. I then not only reached out to Lucy (who said how easy Muffy had become) but to Ciara G. as well. Instead of receiving the support I needed Ciara told me how aggressive I was in trying to find Muffy and then suggested I should give Maui Wowie a try next. After falling in love with Muffy and feeling guilt about Scottie, she now suggests I look elsewhere too? I promised her I would but at this point expect the Cheaters surveillance cameras to be following me next time I enter Famima!! To allow what little is left of my dignity, might try mail order to a PO box instead. Oh what the hell....these cookies are too good to be loyal to just one. While my heart belongs to Muffy, I'm now looking for a Caligula of Isabella's Cookies!

I am the pickiest cookie eater ever. For example, I only like chocolate chip cookies if they are warm. Remember I was the only grandchild for 10 years so Grams loved me. Enough said right??? q: I have been on a look out for these cookies since reading FTR Lucy Y's awhile back and then from reading Craig R's recent. I was finally going to somewhere where I knew they sold them (you can find this useful info out via there website) so I picked some up today on my trip to Bay Cities Deli in SM. They had a good selection to choose from. I'd say at least 8 flavors. I really wanted the Maui Wowie but they didn't have any. ): So I went for the Original with walnuts and the Shortcake. I would say that 2 of these cookies would be equivalent to a cupcake so with 9-10 cookies at $6 a bag I don't think it's a bad price. But if you are like Craig R and have trouble restraining yourself then yes these little cookies can carry a big price tag. q: First I tried the Original (choc chips, pb chips, walnuts) and oh boy was this cookie good! And it wasn't even warm! I even brought some to the fam and both my Aunt and Uncle after one bite said "Wow this is a good cookie". Next was the Shortcake (white choc chips, choc covered and reg strawberries) which was also sooo good! This one surprisingly, was super rich I wasn't able to finish my whole small cookie. Maybe it would have been a different story if I had some milk. Best prepackaged cookies out there! Both cookies were super soft and super fresh with the right amount of mix ins. The flavor combos were right on and I am intrigued now to try all the flavors Isabella's has to offer. And if you can't finish them all in one sitting bust out your snapware to keep the fresh for days to come. Anyway, if you are ever anywhere and you see these cookies pick your poison and take a bag or two home with you.

These are some dangerous cookies. They're so delicious that you can never eat just one, and before you know it, the entire bag of cookies disappear in just one night and you're covered in cookie crumbs! I first stumbled upon these sweet treats at Abbot's Pizza Company. Tempted but too cheap to pay the $3 for a singular giant cookie, I looked into the company to see what other stores sold them. On my search I discovered that Whole Foods stores sold bags of mini cookies for almost $7. An even better deal I discovered was the Famima store on Overland/Venice sold the same bag for $6! So I bought a bag of Maui Wowies (pineapple, coconut, white chocolate, macadamia nuts) and The Muffy cookies (blueberries, chocolate covered blueberries, white chocolate). The Maui Wowies are not for those who don't enjoy coconut, because there's a lot of coconut flakes in these cookies. Good thing I like coconut! Wish I tasted more pineapple to balance the coconut out though. The Muffy cookies were absolutely wonderful. It was like having a blueberry muffin in the form of a cookie! Isabella cookies are great because they have 26 different cookies, each tempting in their own way. But even cooler thing is that they are all homemade with real ingredients and no preservatives! Gotta love a cookie that attempts to be healthy for you!

    OMG SAMPLES in the store!

The interior is minimalist with vintage-looking posters of the business. They have WiFi and complimentary water. We ordered matcha and mango flavored bingsoo. Both had a tall pile of ice with ample toppings and more syrup layered inside the ice which I think is an important very often overlooked step. I can't wait to return to try out more flavors!
