Customer service is outstanding. Seriously, best I've encountered in quite a while. I called IScreenFix up after I dropped my Tablet and cracked the screen. I talked to Brandon, and he assured me that he would get it back up and running. I couldn't actually go out to the store, busy schedule and like 40 minutes away from me. So they emailed me a prepaid shipping label so I could send it out to them. As it turned out, they needed a special screen for this particular tablet and they replaced it at no additional charge. Just the amount I was quoted to begin with, which I was extremely grateful for! I am so glad I decided to go with them and I now have my tablet good as new--couldn't be more happier! I have never had better service or been more pleased with my outcome, from an electronics company, than I was today with IScreenFix. It is so hard to be without one's phone and the folks at this fine establishment went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for to get my phone back in my hands working as well as new. It's very refreshing these days when you find a business and owners who are friendly, accommodating, and competent at what they do. I brought 2 phones to them for repair: They replaced the screen for me on the first one. The second, an iPhone 4s, was beyond repair due to extreme salt water damage/corrosion, but they were able to offer me a refurbished iPhone 5 for a fraction of the cost I would've paid online. I wasn't sure whether to cry to scream when I dropped my 3rd gen iPad smack face down on a piece of granite. What's worse is being for. The guys at screen fix are amazing! They are professional and courteous but above all they turn out an excellent product. I called one morning to have my son's IPad screen replaced, dropped it off the same day and picked it up a couple of hours later. They are top notch! This is an excellent business with exceptional customer service. My husband's screen cracked on his Nexus and it was taken care of that day. And when there was a minor issue post-operation, they completed it no questions asked without any charge. This Place made my day!! I dropped my iPhone and was told it would never work again. I was not taking no for a answer I didn't want to loose all my pics and sweet messages from friends. I'm embarrassed to say how often I have had to use their services (3 times for the same phone - I'm a mess) but they have always been crazy fast at replacing the screen and for a reasonable price.
