Took my iPhone in to replace a broken screen. I was quoted a really good price. When I went to pick up my iPhone he told me that the screen wasn't broken, it was just the screen saver. He could have replaced the screen and I wouldn't have known it did not need to be replaced. This is an honest man. I highly recommend him and will go there with all my future needs. read more

I didn't wanna give these guys a one star cause they're cool and nice. But they left the plastic covering on the back of my new screen which caused it to inflate. Not only ruining my battery but making the glass pop off my phone, I got my phone fixed about a year ago and 2 weeks ago my phone literally fell apart. Five stars for being able to fix my cracked screen (cracked to the point where every swipe could result in a bloody massacre of my fingers) without giving them any warning to my arrival or the state of my phone in a quick 30 minutes. Five stars for having a Yelp Deal, which is what drew me in to this location after another location (cheaper) down the road didn't have the iPhone 5S screen in stock. Something off about the whole visit though, as the $100 rate to fix the phone seemed to come out of thin air, as if the gentleman figured he'd just shoot a number out and see if I'd flinch. I did because I knew the place down the street was substantially cheaper, but even though I worked at the Saugus Speedway Swap Meet for pretty much all of my teenage years, I just don't have it in me to play the game, so I acquiesced to his original offer. With the Yelp Deal it was $80, plus a $2 fee to use my CC since they use Square to process their transactions and instead of absorbing the cost or adding it to the price, they blatantly charge their customers for it. Kind of a turn off. All in all, my phone feels and looks brand new and it cost me $92 total. Not too shabby, but I know it could have been less shabbier (more shabbier?) elsewhere. read more

I cracked my brand new iPhone screen and I decided to take it to this shop to fix it after looking at the 5 star reviews. Once I started using it I had to press the screen harder for it to work. Three day's after my phone started glitching at the bottom. Waste of $70 :) He also tends to scam people, ESPECIALLY old people that have no clue about technology. So be careful, do your research and ask around before you decide to take it to this place. read more
