This place is freaking horrible. There's a old guy Mexican that works there who is rude and horrible. I had to ignore him cause he was so rude a and used suck horrible language and I guess he didn't think I spoke Spanish cause I never responded to him but I understood every he said. And before entering the car wash when they scrub the car first they just smack it on there and barely even scrub they do nothing. I've been in Pearland for 12 years. This is the FIRST time I have gotten my money's worth on a detail. These guys are great. They have relatively new management and it shows. They cleaned every door jam, ever compartment, every crack in or on my car. Wheels and tires look awesome.I couldn't be more pleased. Give them a try. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Ordered a Super Clean for $39.99 because there was a "3rd row" they charged an additional $10.00. OK fine with that. After I'm waiting they come in and state it would be an additional $10.00 because the dog hair was excessive. They were NOT busy at all 1 car prior to my arrival and 3 after. After waiting over an hour, still significant dog hair found. I took my lint roller and gathered most of it yet they want an additional $10.00. NO mention of dog hair additional money. read more

Pretty basic machine wash. I didn't get the detail wash because I was in a hurry. Some of the vacuums are weak on the suction side so you have to find one that's pretty strong. Not sure if I'll come back but maybe if I have more time I'll try the full detail. read more

I have had a membership for at least 3 years. Pull up from being out of town to get the bugs off my truck, my credit card expired. I didn't realize it, didn't have a credit card on me, George, the "manager" wouldn't take the time to look up my account and do a courtesy wash. So much for a home town feel. The customer service here has went down 100% since opening! 1/2 the time 25% of the truck/cars are not fully washed. read more

Had to keep coming back (3 times to be specific) because none of their car wash machinery were working. The manager was also rude and aggravated for some reason, especially for a mistake caused by their team. Most of the workers didn't seem like they were taking their jobs seriously. By far the best car wash in the Friendswood/Pearland area. I am a car wash fanatic and have never been happier with their membership program. The management is beyond helpful and the staff are friendly and do a great job. With three kids sometimes I elect for them to do the detail and my car literally feels & smells like new every time. If I could give this car wash zero stars I would. My first time going to this car wash and was excited because it would be the first time getting my Audi A7 washed since purchasing it from the dealer, so my dealer tags are still on the car. I was going to purchase the unlimited plan so the guy says if I purchase the monthly unlimited plan they'd cover today's wash. So I'm like sure let's do it. After it was wash I got of my car to use their vacuum to vacuum out my car and to my surprise my new Audi A7 with dealer tags still on the car was scratched up on the hood were the big brush goes over the hood and down the back of the trunk. I was livid. So I go inside and I explain to the I guess the manager I don't want the unlimited plan I'll just pay for this and I'm never coming back. So he asks why and I tell him that I think your brushes are too rough because they scratched up my car. He explains to me well we get all kinds of cars that come through here. I felt that was very distasteful to say when my car paint is damaged. Not to mention again it is an Audi A7 with dealer tags still on it and a paint job won't be cheap. He didn't even apologize or anything. This is unacceptable and this place needs to be held accountable. I did the moral thing and paid even though I should not have but the least he could have done was offered to try and get it buffed. I guess that would've been too much like right. If you have a high end car or any car with expensive paint, don't go here. The brushes will screw your paint up. read more

I have been here three times now and everytime the quality of the work along with the customer service has been A+! I'm picky about where I take my car and have been to other big name car washes and they do not come close to the friendly, professional experience at I Shine and THE CAR IS SPOTLESS! Horrible place. Brought our newer car in for detail and wash and they broke off piece of dash. They "found" the piece and told us to get a quote and wrote up an incident report but Jorge, the "manager" didn't like the quote so insists on fixing our car himself- we are taking them to small claims because they are not authorized dealers or mechanics. Good customer service before we drove through the regular car wash. The truck still had grime and a dirty windshield when we finished the wash... Would not recommend it... Maybe the detail is much better. read more

What a car wash facility should be. Fast, friendly with options for quick detailing. Chose the 39.95 package so I could get my interior detailed. Wash was good and my interior is spotless. They even have snacks and drinks for detail customers which is a nice touch. Thank you... I will be back! read more

Did a great job but I moved clear across the country 2 1/2 months ago. I cancelled my automatic billing in person prior to leaving and they assured me it would stop. For the second month in a row they billed my credit card. Had to dispute charge "again" as well as add a block. Frustrating! read more

GREAT SERVICE! No matter what time a day or who you speak with, everyone that works there is very polite, helpful and respectful. Everything is pretty much self explanatory and they have a great deal, unlimited car washes for 20 bucks and vacuum use is FREE :) Definitely would recommend to anyone, even if you do not use the unlimited service or if you want your vehicle detailed, they have great prices and do a VERY GOOD job. read more

I dislike this place. I came in last week for a detail and got it back halfway done. While I was waiting, there were two girls and a manager just playing around and that's been everytime I've been in there. People upfront are basically harrasing you to get a vip. The owner really needs to do some changes. read more
