I went last Friday and good thing I got there right before 1900 as they had a sign on the door saying they were closing early, at 1900. I went today and got there just before 1800, to find another sign stating they were closing at 1700 and yet there were at least two employees inside ignoring me standing at the door. It's very frustrating having an unlimited membership where I schedule my sprays around important events, that I cannot use because you continue to close your establishment early. Had I known you were closing early, I would have come earlier, as I'm sure I'm not the only customer who feels this way.

They offer other services too, so I recommend stopping in and speaking to the front desk. They will direct you to the best option for you. My only real issue was the price of all the products. They were outrageous and you're better off purchasing them from another shop or website. One of the lotions was over $100. I paid $15 for a sample tube of lotion, that's insane. They also sell Obagi products which is a high end professional line of skincare that should be sold by those in the specific field like a Medispa or dermatologist.

One of the girls told me my hair was fine to bleach, I came in with the lightest blue hair ever in very long roots so I wanted to go back to blonde and have my roots back simple as that if things didn't go well put an orange toner over it and it saves the damn day, anyway she put 40 volume developer and bleach on my hair fried my hair so damn bad it was so stringy and put black dye all over it and I paid $500 for it... when I could've went to Walgreens and picked up a black box tie for five dollars. And it's not even what I wanted. I'm so sorry but they just seemed very money hungry and especially because I am kind of young. I am 17 years old and it was the money that I saved up from working Hella hard at my first job. My hair is green now.
