Delicious! Well worth it! Ice cream was great! Ordered the cookie dough and it had the perfect amount of candy to cream! FANTASTIC! Our first day at AMI we went to Joe's Eats and had a terrible experience as the shop was very dirty and an unenthusiastic staff. We were looking for another place to get ice-cream a few days later and stumbled upon this little gem!! The store is so cute, very clean, amazing ice-cream, and the kids loved it. This is by far the best ice cream I've had in all of anna Maria. But! It took 32 minutes to get my ice cream. They had ONE very nice lady working on a Friday night and the line was out the door. They should really have more employees working - especially on the weekends! read more

Nice location on the beach. My issue with this place is the lady that works and runs it. She obviously works too many hours. On the three occasions I have been in there, she has been tired and grumpy. It isn't pleasant to buy ice cream of a person that's very grumpy. My advice to her for what it's worth, would be to hire somebody part time so that she could rest a little. read more

Island Scoops has been implementing some great new Social Distancing procedures. With everyone vacationing to the island this summer and the island being the busiest it's ever been, they are working hard to enter this confusing season with grace. They have placed the feet stickers on the ground, have the 10 person in line limit sign out front, are printing a whole list of flavors for people to read while waiting out front, and they even have a staff member inform those waiting out front that they are promoting that each party stays six feet apart! They have an all teenager staff which truly inspires that homey-welcoming feel they are going for. These kids work hard to serve the line out the door, while also juggling three different online ordering systems. They try their best to serve every customer with a laugh and top-notch customer service. Seeing young people learn the skills of multitasking with a smile, is so encouraging. Please be patient with this team, as they are trying their hardest, like every other business, to adjust during these difficult times. I love this place so much! Everyone should try it out read more

Tried Tyler's and Cream while on the island. Both ice creams were of similar quality so I would just go to whichever you are closest to. Cream had larger portions for a single and didn't charge extra for more than one flavor. Tyler's charged extra if you wanted more than one flavor on a single cone. Tyler's makes their ice cream on site but again, similar quality to Cream. The girls at this place were really nice and gave me the cup of ice cream left at the bottom of a container before they switched it to the new one since they were going to throw it out anyways.
