I had a great time - our server was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, consistently bringing out new drinks and dishes and clearing our table. I really liked their chips and salsa, the salsa is different from your typical Mexican restaurant, in a good way! The chips were crunchy. All of our food came out hot, fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the enchiladas verdes and snuck a few bites of the tacos too, both delicious :). For a nice restaurant in Wilmington I think this is fairly priced, it would be expensive in other areas but I felt like the value was there. Looking forward to any chance to return!

Our friends are both vegetarian and they both got the veggie burrito. Large portions and they said it was delicious! We had sides of rice and beans, although I did get rice and beans, I did not order that, they do charge extra for it. Not a big deal, only 2.99, so I tried some. The service was a little lacking. The server was asked what chicken tinga was, and she didn't know. Strange for a server in a Mexican restaurant, but hey. After our plates were cleared, we asked to see a dessert menu and waited even longer for the check. We had to ask. We didn't order dessert, so the slow pace was a little frustrating. He brought our drinks and then didn't come back with any chips or salsa. Another gentlemen noticed that and ran to grab chips and salsa for us which we greatly appreciated. The entire time though our waiter was just shooting the breeze at the host stand right by us. He definitely didn't have any interest in us and wasn't friendly at all.
