They need to change the voice message when you call the theatre. Sounds like the girl has a mouthful of rocks in her mouth.

I'm a regal member, so ordering through the app is easy, as is redeeming vouchers. The standard seating is great - reclining seats, a table and multiple cups holders! My kids really liked the comfort of the seats. The whole place is very clean with well stocked bathrooms. Although this won't be our go-to movie theatre because it's well out of our way, we are glad to have stopped here.

There were 11 of us, which already made it feel like an event, full of energy, excitement, and a lot of curiosity about what a 4D movie would actually feel like. From the moment we walked in, there was a buzz in the air. None of us really knew what to expect beyond moving seats and special effects, so the anticipation kept building. Like any movie outing, we stopped for snacks, because you can't go to movies without snacks, but wow, they were definitely on the pricey side. Still, we went for it, thinking it would complete our experience. Once the movie started, everything changed. The seats began moving, jolting, and vibrating along with the action, and suddenly it felt like we were part of the movie rather than just watching it. Air bursts, water sprays, and all the unexpected effects made it so exciting, but also a little intense. That's when things got interesting for me and my daughter. About halfway through, we both started feeling a bit of motion sickness . It wasn't anything too bad, but definitely enough to make us sit back and try to steady ourselves while everyone else was still reacting to the action. It became one of those moments where you're half-laughing, but still enjoying the experience. Meanwhile, the whole group was dealing with an entirely different struggle with our snacks. With all the movement, holding onto popcorn and drinks turned into a challenge. Popcorn was flying everywhere, sodas were spilling, and every sudden motion made it worse. At one point, it felt like people were more focused on saving their snacks than watching the movie. The next roll over lost all their popcorn . Honestly, it was hilarious. Even while trying to manage the motion sickness, I couldn't help but laugh at the chaos around us. It quickly became clear: 4D movies and snacks do NOT mix. By the time we walked out, we were all still laughing and talking about everything that happened. It wasn't just the movie, it was the whole experience, from the motion effects to the unexpected moments and the shared laughs. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable outing. Next time, though, we'll definitely go in a little wiser, maybe skip the snacks... and I might think twice before sitting through all that motion again! Lol Absolutely not! I really enjoyed the experience and the movie was enjoyable.

The bathrooms were clean, which is always a huge plus for us. There was popcorn everywhere in the halls though. Snacks: Popcorn is refillable no matter the size, so think that through before sizing up... You get to fill your own bucket as many times as you want. Staff: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our visit. Parking: There is tons of parking in a huge shared lot, and they have a wheelchair ramp available if you need it. PRO TIPS: 1-The main entrance does not face the road. Don't make the same mistake I did--you don't need to climb the outside stairs! 2- It was a bit warm in the hallways while we waited for the show. The theater itself was a little cooler, but during the heatwave, it struggled just a little bit to totally beat the heat. I would definitely tweak that during 90+ degrees. Overall, excellent prices and highly recommend!

Small theaters though, and if you pay on line, there is no assigned seats. So if you come , you may not get seats together. No fancy bars but clean concession stand in the lobby area. I went for first showing of the day, but being Tuesday and during summer vacation, there were plenty of moviegoers. I didn't realize from the seating chart that the back row is against the wall and doesn't recline as much as the regular recliner seats. I also sat right under the projection booth, so the whirling can be distracting but I thought it was also pretty cool. But the seats are very comfortable. I'm not sure about if the film screen quality is really that much different for IMAX, but i did appreciate the sound quality and overall cleanliness of the space. Overall, I realize the tremendous privilege of living near a theater that even has the IMAX 70mm screen. The parking is ample, the staff are nice, and I will be back if I find another film I want to watch in this format.

I signed up right away to the drive-in site for future events notification. We are familiar in the area so getting to the drive-in is not a hassle at all. The movie theater location is in the New York Hall of Science parking lot and the screen is fronting a good view of Terrace on the Park. To have one right in our borough, in our very crowded city, is such a treat. And it was all free. The second time we went we even got free treats left on our windshield. The staff was amazing. They led us through the maze of metal barricades and cones to the viewing area, made sure we were parked appropriately on the lawn, good enough to view the screen perfectly straight on, and helped us to turn all of our lights off. When we weren't able to tune them all off while still listening to the movie audio on our radio, they came around and lent us a portable radio. That way we could turn the car completely off and listen to the movie audio from their borrowed radio. There was also a food stand, but we had dinner beforehand and brought our own snacks, so we didn't order from them. All in all, a pretty awesome experience for the whole family. Thanks to all the staff and organizations that made it possible!
