The Awesome: TJ and Lauren were absolutely awesome and we had a ball. The event space is small where you can have food and drinks. The facility is very bare minimum in regard to extras but definitely provides a space for a quick party we were in and out in 2 hours. You can bring your own food and drinks too. The smash room was so fun and I even worked up a sweat. Definitely coming back and do not wear your best clothes/shoes either. The not so awesome: That's where the issue comes in. The 2nd half of 2025 was sh*t! A Vegas trip is needed. We wanted to do a rage room by us but, since we had a trip planned, I suggested that we do this in Vegas. I search places nearby and found this one! My friend booked it for the 4 of us. It was cathartic to say the least! The amount of items they give you to smash is more than enough. Mood- CPTSD, Trauma, Rage, and Healing So we all have our way of healing, some talk, some journal, and then there is my family and I- we break ish. Not all traumas are talked about, and usually we walk around with a smile on our face not wanting to be a burden to anyone. This occasion marked a finality for me. And what better way than to go to a rage room. Upon entering we were quickly greeted and given the run down of the packages. Opted for the Omega of course, and the Mega. You fill out your waivers online, pay, and voile it's time to release and heal. Interior depends on the package you get. I had alot going on, so we got the group room with over 100 items to break in 55 mins worth of time. Everything was very organized and well put together. Make sure you wear solid closed toe shoes, and you have the option to wear the jumpsuit if you have on short sleeve shirt and or shorts. Safety is a priority here while your enjoying the room. The team here is fantastic! We purchased a Groupon and did not make a reservation. They took us on a Sunday anyways. We had a group of 5 of us and all abilities. The youngest was a HUGE fan of this paint with no boundaries activity. Highly recommend you add on the poncho packs to stay clean. Also add the glitter bombs on for some extra fun! Great activity for littles and in our case kiddos with autism. This was engaging and fun but we also don't mind getting messy, wet or sticky with paint. read more

My wife wanted to come here for her birthday vs. Other options. They are very easy to work with. There was some challenges with redeeming groupon. They worked with us and did not give up or say " I dunno what to do". Firdt two visits was axe throwing. Listen our people are axe throwing people and I thought " how much fun can you really have throwing axes?" Well i was wrong as heck. We had so much fun, we came back to do it again. They offer activities such as Smash Sessions, Splatter Paint, and Axe Throwing. There's a special deal on Thursdays for kids age 12 and under where it's 50% off on splatter paint sessions. I chose 60-minutes of Axe Session ($30). Closed-toed shoes is required. There is a sign waiver and safety video to watch prior to the activity. I booked a reservation way ahead of time for my husband because they emphasize that they run a tight schedule on their website. When my husband showed up for his appointment, the room was not ready, nor was an expeditious effort made to make up for lost time. My husband said the front desk employee was taking personal calls and not showing any signs of at least trying to speedily prepare the delayed room, which is incredibly frustrating. When my husband said he just wanted to leave and asked for our money back, he was told they do not give out refunds, that they can't just "manifest the money" and offered a gift card which if this was already a bad experience, why would either one of us want to come back???? We have since made several attempts to contact whoever is mainly responsible for our money back (emails, phone calls, voicemail) with no attempt at communication with us. Not allowing a refund for a service we paid for that my husband was on time for, that didn't happen at no fault of his own, is an unethical business practice. It's a shame cause I have been here before and had a good time. Things happen but If they were running behind, they should have A) communicated that B) taken accountability c) made more of an effort to be speedier about getting back on time. D) also when someone's already frustrated about a delay, maybe don't take personal calls in public? It's been over a week and like I said, they have not attempted any communication with us leaving us no choice but to open a dispute. ---------------------------------------------- UPDATE 12/15/25: Upon reading the reply to my complaint, I say this: both my husband and I have attempted calling / emailing several times. Only once has he been able to speak to a human - that time he left his number and asked for an owner call which he hasn't received to this day. You should have our information so asking us to attempt to get ahold of you again, despite our previous best efforts, isn't okay. Additionally you are mentioning your cancellation policy and that it's a limitation to being able to offer a customer refund. Your cancellation policy copied and pasted from your website on the booking screen states "Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email us at nv01@ismashusa.com to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price." Your operation running late is an "unforeseen circumstance" and at no fault of our own. You should be able to honor a customer refund without all this pushback. read more

We booked a "rage room" online - a very easy process. When compared to other similar sites in Vegas, this place is by far the most affordable. When we showed up for our appointed time, we were met by friendly staff who took the time to make sure we understood the process and helped us suit up with all the safety gear. Then we were escorted to our private room, where we hooked up our music of choice to their bluetooth and got to work expending our rage! We spent 30 minutes using baseball bats and crowbars and our gloved hands to destroy plates, glassware, and electronics. So cathartic. Found ISmash while on Groupon. I had questions and called to inquiry. All my questions were answered by a friendly voice. Upon arriving, that friendly voice remembered me! ISmash is located on Eastern not too far from Flamingo. They offer Axe throwing, splatter paint rooms and a break room. Walking in, the music is on to get you in the mood. The owners, sisters I believe, greeted us with smiles. It was nice to be remembered from a phone call a few days prior. Being my partner was uncertain as which activity she was feeling we were given a tour or the activities. SUPER helpful! Each activity was explained on what each activity consisted of. The splatter paint room is just that. You are provided ponchos and shoe covers. The paint is easy to wash off. You're provided with paint brushes and paint to paint the canvas (which you get to take home), the walls and each other. You can even connect to the bluetooth speaker to listen to your own music while splattering. As a surprise, we were emailed a video of our splattering. Great bonus! We had such a great time! Thank you to the staff of ISmash for such a fun date night. They've only been open a month. Go out and show them some love! You'll be glad you did! read more

It was my first time in a smash room. I choose this company based off the yelp reviews. I completely agree as well- 5 stars all the way! The location is fantastic. Just a little bit off the freeway and close to many good restaurants to go to afterwards. We were created by Asha (sp?). She was very friendly and helpful. She explained the process, got us set up in our PPE, we watched a 5 min video and we were off to go smash! They have a Bluetooth speaker in the room and you can blast whatever music you want. Tip for next time- make a specific playlist for smashing! My friend and I had a lot of emotions to get out so we had a blast singing at the top of our lungs and screaming! We were just able to let go and it felt SOOOOO good! We got the mega pack - 50 mins. It was unexpected that different items gave me different levels of satisfaction. I liked breaking the dishes much more than beating on the electronics. But it was all fun! After about 20 mins we were out of breath and sweating! Who knew this was also a good workout?!? 50 minutes was definitely long enough and 30-40 would have probably been ideal for the first time. We made sure to tip well because that's a lot of mess to clean up! As a mom, it felt so weird leaving a mess and now cleaning it up. But it was also awesome! I plan on going here with other friends that would enjoy handling their stress this way. But I can't stress enough - awesome customer service, awesome staff, awesome facility and such a GREAT time!!!! read more

We had my 4-year-old twins' birthday party here with about 15 of their friends, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was easy. Booking breeze, the facility was clean and fun, and our host, JONEA was incredible. She was so friendly and organized, setting up karaoke, Jenga, and even axe throwing to keep the kids busy while we got food and cake ready. When it was time for the paint splashing, she somehow got all the kids' attention (no small feat with a room full of preschoolers!) and gave a quick, clear safety brief before herding them into the splash room. Once inside, chaos turned into colorful joy, the kids splashed paint everywhere (mostly on themselves, less on the canvas ) and had an absolute blast!
