Super fun experience. We did a space missile escape room and it was so fun! The staff was so kind and welcoming, despite us being a few minutes late. They have a 5 minute grace period, so come earlier so you can find it and be on time! This is in zone 2!!! Make sure you look for zone 2!!! We were in zone 1 and had to make a trek over to zone 2, and ended up being lost and then late oops. The experience was fun overall. They are watching you most of the time. There was a weird fridge sounding thing, and they told us to ignore the sound LOL. So they are really watching you. Each room was well put together and very fun and interesting. There were a few times where there were too many cooks in the kitchen, but we still had so much fun! We had a few hints but were able to finish in with 6 minutes left! Staff are amazing! Grist another attraction accidentally redeemed our passes, but they still let us book, no issues. Next my wife wasn't feeling well and they let us reschedule twice. Then when we arrived a group of was joining us. We were not able to do anything but watch them. So we quietly exited and when we came out of elevator we were asked how it went and told them what happed. Not only did they let us choose another upcoming room, they put us straight in. Room was great. High production value. At the end Adan even told us to grab a couple of shirts because of the experience. No issues were caused by staff and they went above and beyond to make the experience beyond amazing! read more

After doing another escape room before this one, The Escape Game really highlights the difference of quality and interactivity between the two! Me and my best friend had a great time doing Prison Break, the room was challenging, but thanks to the hint button and our generous host, we were able to get out within the last minute. The thing that sets this escape experience apart from others that I've experienced is how interactive some of the puzzles are. They make you think out of the box and you even have to put in some physical labor haha! The service was also great and the staff was personable. Overall, I would highly recommend The Escape Game to anyone visiting Vegas, their late night hours also are awesome! read more

Our First Escape Room just the two of us! Located in Area 15 Zone 2! It's surrounded by a bunch of new attractions! We did the Legend of the Yeti! And it was honestly a lot more difficult than we anticipated. You really have to be a detective and look through everything in the room. What I am most grateful for is our game master Brooklyn who helped us with all the hints! We probably wouldn't have gotten to the last room without her! So we are grateful for all the guidance in each room we got into! Each room was thoughtfully put together and honestly I was impressed on how everything worked and connected together. Even though we didn't finish in time, we had a lot of fun go through this together. I think for next time we will definitely get a group of people together for more help! Overall great experience and I can't wait to tell all of our friends and family to come with us so we can do all the escape rooms! This place is fantastic! The staff there is fantastic and some of the best customer service I've had in many different escape rooms. Brandon was extremely helpful in setting us up and the guy that ran the game was so nice and helpful! I will 100% be back again and again to try all the rooms. One of my favorite escape experiences I've had to date. One warning: this specific company doesn't do private rooms unless you pay a ton of money for it. But you can just show up right before a room that currently doesn't have anyone booked and typically get lucky with not having anyone else in it. The only negative I've had with this company since most other escape rooms are now private rooms cause frankly, i don't know anyone that actually wants to share this with people they don't know. Yeti - I love the theming of this room. It's so immersive and there's so more active puzzles which is so much fun. Definitely one of the best themed rooms from this company. Special ops - another really well themed room that really takes you through an experience and changes so much from start to finish. Prison break - one of my favorite themes and you start out in 2 separate rooms which is really unique and makes for a super cool experience. read more

I've done two escape rooms so far at The Escape Game at Area15 (my first escape rooms ever!) And they were super fun!! Back in January and February, I did: Ruins: Forbidden Temple and Special Ops: Mysterious Market. And they were both so awesome!!! Very hard, but won both games with either a few seconds or a few minutes remaining. You have an hour for the game. And it's a really great teambuilding exercise. The rooms are so incredibly detailed! And we're a really great introduction into doing escape games and now I really love them! I definitely will be going back because at some point I want to do all of their escape rooms there because the rest of them look super cool! The staff there are super friendly and kind. Incredibly efficient and strong time management, they are really diligent about getting you on time and starting your game as soon as possible, they don't make you wait in the lobby for a long time (unless you purchased a game that's not for like another 30 minutes to an hour+ I would say at that point go walk around and come back later.) Depending when you go, you can either get a room for yourself or you might be working with other people who have booked a room that have spots available. It really just depends. Some people can rent out the whole room if they have enough people. So you might make new friends in the process. When doing the escape room, You have a designated person who takes you to the room and explains everything to you and is also monitoring you on the cameras to help you out if you're having any issues or need any help... I definitely needed a lot of help and they were super helpful! Rylee was our first "voice of God" when we went back in January and she was so sweet! Very charismatic and communicative! She really helped us out a lot! We went for my friend's birthday, and she really did go above and beyond to make it a really special experience. I would say the only downside is apparently there is a local discount, but some of the staff wasn't aware of it at the time, so I paid full price versus the local price both times that I went. The staff was aware that I was local, but the discount was not mentioned until I brought it up later that they should be doing that to get more local business. They were super apologetic about that and next time I go, I will make sure to let them know about that discount, they did take down my information for the next time I go. There was a bit of confusion between staff members, so I don't think it was widely known at the time, I don't know how it is now, they had recently opened when I went. I really love The Escape Game and cannot wait to go back in the near future! 10/10! read more

SUPER FUN!!!!!!! Highly recommend! We went on a random day just for fun since we are locals and the whole experience was amazing

This location will group you with randoms last minute. We were doing multiple rooms but were told 45 minutes before our next one that two people would be joining us. These two had also done this room before! We've done a lot of rooms here but this last experience left a sour note. This is a word of warning for anyone trying to book here. Their prison break room was a bit underwhelming too for being their hardest room on top of the fact we got paired with randoms who had already done the room before. Not to mention including a mechanic that requires the game host's intervention if someone wasn't able to complete the "throw". Overall, after doing 50+ rooms this past year. This was definitely near the bottom for me. read more

The Great Escape Game was sooo fun! I have done a few different escape rooms but this one was by far my favorite. We did the room Prison Break, and we (2) were partnered with two other groups of 3. The challenges required us to all work together and it was honestly super fun this way. In the end, we solved the room with about a minute left and it felt like the house just flew by. Definitely would recommend this escape room as it is fun, nice, clean, exciting, and such a fun time!! read more

We did Legend of the Yeti and it has to be the best escape room we've ever done. We've almost completed all of the ones in the LA and LV locations, but my husband and I have never had as amazing of an experience as the one we did with Abraham! He was an awesome game master and was so helpful during the game. This game had tons of cool surprises and fun contraptions. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone! 10/10 read more

First off this is a review for the Area 15 location just to be clear! Okay onto the review! So i'm super new to escape rooms, I think ive done one with a random group and honestly didn't love that one. However I kept seeing the "Ruins" room advertised on Instagram. I had no plans on a Thursday night and i'm obsessed with anything Indiana Jones, Clive Cussler, and Expedition Unknown so I bought a ticket. Nobody was in my group so I went into the room solo. Honestly this was the most fun I've ever had in a long time. My game master (Abraham I believe was his name) was just as big of an adventure geek as me and we were nerding out about how it was a full Indy solo adventure. I even had to dress the part hahaha. I'm not ashamed to say I did need the unlimited hints but the hints were done in such a way to help but not make you feel like it was cheating (hey the room is meant for up to 8 people I was alone lol). The Immersion was INSANE. I won't spoil it for you but the walls move, the jungle feels alive, and the puzzles dont feel like something out of some backwoods theme park. It feels real. It all feels like you're an explorer genuinely solving puzzles to unlock a real treasure. The aesthetics and effects were movie level quality. I've already told friends and we're planning to come back in March to do the Yeti and re-explore the Ruins. read more

My daughter and I signed up an hour in advance for a fun escape room on Christmas to continue a tradition of ours. About 30 minutes later, another 4 signed up. At the last second, another pair signed up for that same room as well. 8 people seems like a lot, but we went in open minded and eager to have fun. However, 8 people is far too many for the room we were in. We were "locked in" with very loud people with no personal space considerations. They kept screaming and yelling, then every time I'd move one of their kids bumped into me. This wasn't the company's fault except that packing 8 strangers into a room built for 6 at the most (4 is highly recommended) is obviously a money-making deal and not for the comfort of guests. After my ears ringing and getting shoved by kids the entire time, my daughter and I were welcomed by Karleigh. She was very kind, noticing our issues with the crowd, and offered compensation. She went above and beyond, which is highly appreciated! She saved this from being a 1 star review and should be given something for her amazing customer service. My daughter and I love escape games and have done about 60 rooms so far. This wasn't the worst, but ensures we won't go back. Sorry, but too crowded! read more
