This is my first time coming here and when I arrived, I was greeted by nice employees. The ordering process was pretty simple. There was someone at the counter, but you can also order at their kiosk, but I'm not sure what is preferred by the business. Our food came out quickly, and I was a little thrown off by the portion size compared to the price I paid, but the food was really good. My beef rice bowl was really good, I really liked the beef and the seasoning was super good on it. We ordered two Boba's and I really like that you can control the sweetness level because I really am not a fan of overly sweet Boba. Pricing is pretty high here in my opinion, but they do serve your food with accuracy and it was a quick and good experience overall. This may just be my new favorite ramen! We recently ordered delivery from here with a doordash coupon, and were so impressed! I went with the miso seafood ramen: Shrimp Tempura, Imitation Crab, Fish Cake, Half Marinated Egg, Corn, Seaweed, Scallion, Red Onion and Itokiri Togarashi (shredded chili pepper) in Tonkotsu Broth With Curly Noodles. My boyfriend ordered the shoyu ramen: A soy-based, creamy chicken broth topped with Braised beef, half marinated egg*,Naruto( fish cake), corn, red onions, scallions, and crispy onions. Looking at the color of the broth, you'd think it's a shio broth, but nope, no salt. Literally water. I added a lot of chili oil to add more flavor. In addition, I asked for my noodles to be al dente, but instead It was overcooked and soggy. Yes, the worst ramen I've ever had, and I've dined at a lot of Ramen joints in different cities. Also, the Poke bowl was horrible. Ordered 2 proteins which we ordered Ahi Tuna and Spicy Ahi Tuna with extra spicy mayo on the side. The spicy mayo was not even mixed with the tuna but drizzled on top instead. If I wanted that, I would've ordered Ahi Tuna with Spicy Mayo on the side. Also, the cucumbers were sliced thick instead of diced smaller to enjoy it with every bite. Granted, if they were Persian cucumbers, then those are smaller and would've been perfect if it was sliced thinly. They were, however, generous with the fried onions and red onion. Paid self-serve drinks as well so literally minimal contact which I'm fine with no big deal. Lots of space and tables, I happened to go on a day when it was pretty empty but it was in the middle of the day on a weekday so can't say that I know what it's like when it's busy. The ramen, gyoza and shrimp tempura were good. If I remember correctly I got the tonkatsu ramen with extra egg. Been a while since I had a decent bowl of ramen. Half a hard boiled egg was very saddening. It's just not a great ramen. If you're hungry it'll do the job but if you LOVE ramen, it's a pass for sure. I really enjoyed the flavor of their takoyaki ! First time trying out this new Black Tonkotsu Ramen, which is actually good, it has great flavor, just a tad bit salty for me. The pork charsiu is delish, egg is cooked just enough so very soft. Overall, I would get this ramen again, but it doesn't scream amazing to me. Brown sugar milk tea tasted like mostly milk no tea and even with only 50% sugar. It is still way too sweet. I enjoyed lunch here. Decided to try a place I've never been and this place didnt disappoint. Although the food was good and flavorful, there were a few observations that stuck out to me. They have a kiosk for ordering food. But have 2 employees standing there watching you use the kiosk. This seems pointless to me. It takes a few moments to browse through the food selection, and you're literally staring at me lol. I think a "do you need help with anything" or, "we're really slow, I'll take your order" would have been in order. Especially if it's taking me a few extra moments to order. They use the food delivery robot. While those same employees are chilling and texting away. Is the robot cool? Yeah sure..but when you think about cost of the technology... the prices of the food is elevated to pay that stuff off. All of it is 100% unnecessary... and employees that talk and engage can enhance the total customer experience. The place is very clean, however. Everything is well kept and the modern Chinese aura is pretty dope! Now that that's out the way, the food is good. Flavorful. I had been having a scratchy throat, so a nice warm bowl of spicy Tonkotsu ramen did the trick. My table mate ordered noodles in shrimp, which was equally as flavorful. We both got boba, which was awesome also. I got my usual... milk tea with brown sugar and we ordered a mango tea with pineapple boba. It was great. In total, my ramen, boba, plus the other entree ordered and boba, with an appetizer, was $72 with tip. In my mind, that's on the pricier side. I'd definitely come back... Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the crab rangoons and the seasonal Malibu Barbie drink is my girlfriend's new favorite drink in the world. (She also suggests adding heart shaped jellies.) The ambiance inside was cute and calm. There were clips of final fantasy playing on a TV near the entrance and they were playing songs from anime openings and Japanese pop culture over the speakers. The ingredients seemed more rationed out than other poke bowls that I have had - for example there were two (good sized) tempura shrimp in my bowl and two sticks of crab meat - a little smaller than a piece of string cheese each. It offered a nice presentation I suppose versus globs of each topping being added into the bowls. I added the iso iso sauce which is a tame spicy mayo and the teriyaki sauce. Both had a good flavor and overall I enjoyed my bowl! I like that you can get green seaweed salad as one of the toppings. The mango and cucumbers were very fresh as well. This Tiramiso boba was one of my favorite boba drinks that I have tried in Jacksonville. It was awesome! I added the Biscoff cookie crumble and milk foam . My husband on the other hand decided to try the Malibu barbie drink (lol - seemed fun with potential for sure). ISO ISO Ramen seems to be a family owned and operated ramen place that has a nice variety of ramen and other Asian dishes. It's located in a small plaza but has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. The Hispanic restaurant next door really likes to crank up the music so I found dining inside was more relaxing. Despite having people at the kiosks, they instruct you to order on the two kiosks located in the front. The ordering is pretty self-explanatory. They have a wall of printed out pictures of each menu item to give you an idea of what to expect. I've only ordered some ramen and takoyaki from here and was pleasantly surprised by the ramen. Their broths are very flavorful and creamy. I am partial to the tonkotsu or black garlic tonkotsu. If you are worried to order to-go ramen, they separate their noodles from the soup so you don't have to worry about it not transporting well. They have many other dishes such as poke bowls and Asian appetizers but I've only tried the takoyaki and I found them to be a little under so I wasn't a fan of those. I took this to go - will not sit alone in a restaurant. I will say I was very disappointed in the experience. I ordered extra Bok Choy , so if the one piece is considered extra, I don't know that it was worth the extra fee. I also asked for extra chicken, which I have to admit was disappointing because it was not fresh chicken rather processed chicken. I tried ISOISO Ramen for the first time today and was so happy with what I ordered. Since my husband was at home, I ordered everything to go; my order came out very quickly and was well packaged for travel in my car. Their flavors are great! I had a poke bowl (which you can personalize 100%) with diced chicken, onions, fried garlic & teriyaki sauce. My only "complaint" is that it could have used some more sauce, but the other stuff was so good. My husband had the Tonkatsu Ramen bowl to which I added extra beef. He said the flavor was fabulous and it was still quite warm after 15 minutes of being in my car. Finally, the best part, the bao buns. They were so amazing I was mad I only got myself one - next time I'm ordering at least three! We also had boba milk tea, which can be customized as well. I got us each a regular milk tea with crushed Bischoff cookies and milk foam - they call it a Cloud Chaser and I will be getting it again. The Bischoff cookies added such a nice flavor.
