This is a sweet little spot in Jacksonville. We walked in and there was only one other person in the restaurant. Within 10 minutes they were packed! I feel like it is intimate, but not frilly or fancy. We were in a group of six. To start..My husbandhad bao and I had a squid salad. Normally, I would take a bite of whatever he had but before I could, he had devoured it! He absolutely loved it. I quite enjoyed my squid salad as well. It was standard. We each had a different type of Ramen. Mine had pork in it and his had chicken. His had a really great spice level and I wish I would've gotten mine a little bit spicy as well. Solid Ramen. Great service. Not a ton of seating, but the perfect amount! The location is in a strip in the Publix shopping center.

I love the tonkatsu broth! It has that good creamy and smooth taste. The chashu is delicious and has a good charred pork taste that I love about chashu. The poke is good too. The server was friendly, and apologized and explain why the poke was taking a while. I love the ambience and decor of the spot. Reminds me of a hole in the wall in Tokyo haha.

Tokyo Ramen & Poke is absolutely amazing! This local restaurant is in Neptune Beach, in the same plaza as Publix. The place is small but charming, with a Tokyo ramen restaurant kind-of-vibe. They have a nice selection of ramen, sushi and poke, with the option to build your own poke bowl. For my first time I decided to start with their spicy tuna roll and Shoyu Ramen with a side of spicy oil. My husband ordered their pork buns and Hawaiian Poke bowl, and for my kid I asked for the chicken tonkatsu. The sushi was perfection and exactly what I wanted to satisfy my sushi craving. However, the broth in the ramen was the main winner of the evening! It was so tasty and with the side of spicy oil, it was a 10/10. My only note was that the noodles weren't cooked all the way, but frankly I was enjoying the broth too much to care. Also, the pork they added to the ramen was the same as the buns, and it is stellar! The pieces are thick and also very flavorful. My husband also enjoyed both of his items and said everything was excellent (he cleaned the plate so I believe him). Last but not least, the staff was very kind and accommodating. They were very quick to bring my kid's order first and also brought some training chopsticks for him, which I thought was really cute. Needless to say, we will definitely be coming back to the restaurant.

This spot made Yelp's top ramen spots in the US and I had to go back again to celebrate that! Still so yummy and cozy. The food came out quickly and service was good. We got the dumplings, Philly rolls, and ramen. Delicious!

Went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it was busy, but there was still a table available. The service was quick and friendly, the food was good and not overpriced, the atmosphere was very casual and laid back. Nothing fancy, just a good, clean, chill place to get some yummy food. I would go back!

This one of our favorite ramen spots in Jacksonville. The broth is amazing! We also really enjoy the appetizers and rolls. The spicy tuna roll is my favorite! They also have the perfect proportion fish to rice. The ambiance is good and so is the service. The location is also perfect, as it's really close to the beach. There's plenty of parking.

I have to come here everytime I'm in Atlantic beach. This is some of the best sushi I've ever had and it's very consistent. Rolls are great, service is fast and wonderful and it's a really nice place to sit down. My favorite restaurant in the area!

Poke bowls are amazing. Everything we saw come out looked good as well. Restaurant is small but clean and welcoming. Wait staff super helpful. Great place for lunch!

I like that there is both ramen for my husband and sushi for me! The sushi is tasty and my husband really likes the ramen. The place is on the smaller side, but they are able to get people in and out quickly. This is one of our spots due to the variety of food they offer.

I was a little incredulous that a former Sailor could run an Asian restaurant with such awesome ramen! Well, now I believe everything I heard. As a former sailor, upon entry I immediately fell in love with the Navy decor, pictures, and even the tables in the dining area had the seals of ships and other commands past and present on the table top art that gave a tremendous nostalgic feel to an old sea warrior like me! OK, I was a Chaps - I gave spiritual support to those warriors. Nevertheless, the ramen bowls here are a work of artistic beauty! I felt like I needed to stare at my meal for an hour before daring to touch it! On this day, we had the Bayou Ramen and the Traditional Ramen. The Bayou Ramen has a real Cajun spicing to it - unmistakable in every way. It has some heat to it, but not heavy - I'd say it was just about right for my taste. The shrimp and sausage in it were perfectly prepped - I could have taken some home but didn't - just couldn't stop eating this! It also included carrots, corn, a seasoned egg, scallions, ramen noodles in chicken bayou broth. If you like ramen of a Cajun variety, you'll love this! The traditional ramen bowl was pretty basic. You could have a choice of broth, but the basic version has little to no heat factor. It comes with roast pork, bok choy, carrots, corn, seasoned eggs, scallions, ramen noodles. I had the leftovers of this ramen bowl the next day and it was outstanding too! In addition, when you come here, you MUST get the fried chicken! It's among the best I've ever tasted. It's definitely bested KFC in my book! Anyone who wants to try a solid ramen restaurant which classic offerings and some creative versions of ramen, must visit Hangar Bay! I will add that the service we received as terrific! For a little while, I felt like I was eating on the mess deck again! I'll surely be back! Recommend: VERY HIGH!

The vibe is fantastic and the staff matches it perfectly, friendly, warm, and attentive. We went twice in the late afternoon and never waited for a table, which is a huge bonus for a spot this good. The small plates alone are worth the visit. The Katsu Sando Sliders feature crispy chicken katsu on soft potato bread with fresh cabbage, katsu sauce, Japanese mayo, red onion, and sweet pickle peppers, every element working in perfect harmony. The Potato Korokke was equally incredible, perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with katsu fried potato and vegetables paired with katsu sauce and Japanese mayo. The Gyoza were perfectly crispy Japanese fried chicken dumplings, and the Harumaki was a great addition too. Everything fried here is done with real skill, the crunch is always there and never overdone. If you love spice, the KakuKara Ramen is an absolute must. A rich, creamy sesame broth made from chicken and pork stock with Japanese hot sauce and red miso, it is spicy, deeply flavorful, and completely addictive. Loaded with pork belly kakuni, homemade pickled peppers, cabbage, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds on those perfect curly noodles, it is everything you hope ramen will be. If you prefer something milder, the Katsu Shio Ramen is a beautiful classic, a delicate Japanese sea salt and dashi seasoned chicken broth with shiitake mushrooms, katsu chicken, red and green onions, and the most wonderful onsen tamago custard egg that takes the whole bowl to another level!

Both were amazinggggg but the best was the Brussels sprouts. I always thought I didn't like them but after eating these I found out I do! That sauce is amazing. For my entree, I got the chimichurri steak. It had great flavor, but was a little cold.
