Just got out of this store. Completely satisfied with their service. Fast, nice clean store, friendly staff. Basically this review over a $10 that they add on after I came with my broken iPhone 6. Have no idea what's broken inside or outside... I just Ask on the phone : "Need a new screen, how much is the flat fee to fix it?" - it's a $59 -I'm on my way. By the time I get there, the guy from a store took a quick look, saying, it's not a screen, it's a something more... and add $10 Really??? Enjoy your $10 When you ask for a new screen and a price on the phone, everything should be exactly as was suggested! I got the new screen, the store got $69 Fair price, fair review! A friend recommended me to come to iSolution, telling me other places I want to go would just stare at my phone for a week and having it sit on a shelf and never get to it. Which during this heat I thought the glue that mended the phone was coming off. The real reason Tri explained was that my screen was separating on the phone was because the battery was expanding and he said it was very fortunate that the battery did not explode. I'm sorry but buyer beware! This vendor uses unscrupulous business tactics. Devices listed as fraudulent are recycled through this business by deceiving the buyer by providing temporary unlock features in order to sell a phone device. In the end you will have a device that has been listed as fraudulent i.e. Stolen or lost reported to the police department and cannot therefore be unlocked by the buyer owner. read more

Literally just got my phone done, and it was super quick and easy to deal with. I called in the morning to verify pricing and to see if I needed an appointment, and they told me to just come in whenever and gave me an accurate pricing. I came in around 1230pm and my phone was done in 40 mins exactly, which is what the guy quoted me. I would def come here again, as I tend to break my phone a lot. Lol. read more

Brought in s4 for lcd repair. Was replaced with cheap version. Darks and colors way off. I called shop owner asking if I could send pics to ask if correct. I asked for his email and he said he had my phone number and would send to me. I asked again because it made no sense to not share. And it turns out my gut was right, he was blowing me off. Great customer service and solution for my apple watch repair (cracked screen). Phone was answered promptly and established my watch was repairable. I dropped off my watch and two hours later got a call that it was ready. I would highly recommend! Don't believe the "if it's cracked just get a new watch" that's propagated on review sites. read more
