wow i can't believe the lack of respect they have at this company... with that said, yes they are cheap for repair! however, i got my phone fixed here yesterday so i thought & now my phone is freezing up on me and does not work at all & its a brand new iphone 11!!! i called him back and said why is it freezing it was never like this before!? & the asian that works there started yelling and using profanity towards me!!!! dont come here its not worth saving $20-$30 stay away you'll be glad you did! they use cheap shitty party and have shitty customer service! read more

I would like to give 0 stars.... I got the screen changed for my iPhone XS Max 38 days ago, and today my phone goes nuts... the touch screen does not work, the face recognition wont work, it keeps opening and closing apps.... it even went as far as to dial Emergency 911. The asian guy working refused to check it out stating I had to pay for services again. This man has no integrity or work ethic... wouldn't recommend going through the hassle that I did... And theres no clever enough response to ever justify what happened. read more

I'm currently waiting for the police at this store. I asked them to give me a quote on repairing my 2008 MacBook Pro and/or restoring the memory. They called me with the quotes of $250 or $70. I said "no thank you". I will come pick it up. When I come to pick up he says, "We already do the work and you have to pay $70 or I will either erase all of the memory and/or not give you your MacBook back". Crooks. read more

Tri did a great job! The screen on my Galaxy Note 8 was smashed so I took it in to get replaced. The pricing was super competitive, the work was done quickly and he even unjammed my stylist at no extra charge! Needed an iPhone 6s cracked screen repair. Went in around 1pm and was greeted by a man named Tri. He was very helpful and assured that he could fix my screen same-day and for only 89$. I came back less than two hours later and it was fixed! He even replaced the tempered glass screen for me so I didn't have to go out and buy a new one (normally they're upwards of 30$). Very happy with the quick service and will come back here for all iPhone repairs. Highly recommend! read more

I took my I-phone 8 plus in for repair and the owner did a fantastic job at fixing my phone problem and charged a very nominal fair rate. I popped out the tray on the side that contains the sim card and I took the sim card out of the tray, but when I put it back in, I stupidly forgot to put the sim card back in the tray first. I just put the sim card back in without it being in the tray. Ok, so of course, the little sim card was stuck inside and I could not get it back out because it was held in by spring tension. I tried desperately to get it back out, but no success. So, I took it to iSolution Repair, and the owner quickly got the sim card back out and put back in with the tray. He charged me a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this company. read more

They claimed the screen was cracked even though I only removed the protector to help them see the freezing issue. As an Uber driver, I couldn't be without a phone, so I had to settle for a broken, taped-up LCD for another $10. That also failed within two weeks. I eventually had to go to another branch listed on their card, where a low-quality, non-original LCD was installed. The phone still freezes constantly. I have wasted time, money, and gas. I expect a full refund for the faulty parts and the terrible experience I've had to endure. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

Just got out of this store. Completely satisfied with their service. Fast, nice clean store, friendly staff. Basically this review over a $10 that they add on after I came with my broken iPhone 6. Have no idea what's broken inside or outside... I just Ask on the phone : "Need a new screen, how much is the flat fee to fix it?" - it's a $59 -I'm on my way. By the time I get there, the guy from a store took a quick look, saying, it's not a screen, it's a something more... and add $10 Really??? A friend recommended me to come to iSolution, telling me other places I want to go would just stare at my phone for a week and having it sit on a shelf and never get to it. Which during this heat I thought the glue that mended the phone was coming off. The real reason Tri explained was that my screen was separating on the phone was because the battery was expanding and he said it was very fortunate that the battery did not explode. He fixed the two batteries and glued the screen back on within an hour. Tri offered fast and reliable service. I'm satisfied with my phone. read more

I'm sorry but buyer beware! This vendor uses unscrupulous business tactics. Devices listed as fraudulent are recycled through this business by deceiving the buyer by providing temporary unlock features in order to sell a phone device. In the end you will have a device that has been listed as fraudulent i.e. Stolen or lost reported to the police department and cannot therefore be unlocked by the buyer owner. read more

Literally just got my phone done, and it was super quick and easy to deal with. I called in the morning to verify pricing and to see if I needed an appointment, and they told me to just come in whenever and gave me an accurate pricing. I asked for his email and he said he had my phone number and would send to me. I asked again because it made no sense to not share. And it turns out my gut was right, he was blowing me off. this cell phone repair shop is great deal with honest service, he fixed my iphone 6 lcd very fast just about 20-25 mins, look like new again, i just say WOWWW! so satisfied with the service he gave me, thanks and suggest any one with phone problem just come to this shop, they are awesome!! read more

I needed my charger port replaced on my iPhone 5s and after looking at different places decided to go to iSolution. Tri had it fixed within 30min. Price for the service was fair the same as all the places I called actually but worth it. I definitely recommend going to with iSolution. read more

These guys saved me after my daughter obliterated my phone by pushing it off the counter, as kids do. Called them and they were open about the prices, process, and due date. No bs. I don't usually leave reviews unless a place deserves it and these guys do, trust me. Thanks again. read more

I broke my iPhone 6 screen and LCD and within 30 minutes it was completely fixed and looked as good as new... And it cost less than $100! Kept me from spending a fortune, waiting in the long Apple lines and it looks just as good! I highly recommend getting your screen fixed here. read more

I initially found this place on yelp so it's only appropriate that I leave a review. Fast, easy I came for a screen repair for my iPhone 6 Plus. I grabbed lunch while they were fixing it and came back to a brand new screen that's fully functional. Definitely worth the money. read more

Tri did an exellent job fixing my LG g2 phone friday no longer than 1 hour to 2 but the screen was lose when I got it., went right back sunday and he fixed it no extra charge within an hour! I'll be coming to this place again. Great pricing and done within and 1hour! read more
