This is my second repair at ISquad. First one was my charging port on my IPad. I was very nervous after I found out what was involved but ISquad did the repair and the IPad is still going strong. This week I dropped my IPhone in the bathtub so I paid ISquad a visit. They had me up and back to normal in no time. Since water damage is so devastating to electronics who know what will happen over time but for now all is good. Took my comouter to have some files tranfered to a external hardrive but the tech calls me and tell me that the order is ready, I drive there to pick up my laptop just to find out that the tech lied and my laptop is still not ready, this is super frusrating. At this point I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone. read more

These guys are great when you break your iPhone screen and don't have insurance. They charge about $80 to replace the entire screen and offer a warranty on their work. I had dropped my iPhone from the second story of my condo onto the pavement downstairs. I had a cheap plastic (more decorative than anything) case on it, which flew off upon impact. I contemplated switching to another carrier who paid off my remaining cell phone plan, but thought I would try this repair shop first. I had heard good things about them from the cell phone sales guy at Costco. In any case, my screen was replaced and it seemed fine after the fact, but I quickly noticed that it was "ghosting" (pressing buttons and scrolling when I wasn't even touching the touch screen). I called them and they told me to just bring it back and they would fix it, so I did. Less than 30 minutes later, my iPhone 5s had a brand new screen (they had to replace it again since the defect was with the screen they had initially put on) and thus far, my phone is as good as new again. I totally recommend these guys at iSquad (Santee) when you are in a bind and your iPhone screen is shattered to bits. read more

Broke the screen on my Apple Watch series 3 and it was a gift so I did not want to buy a new one. They charged me $140 to fix a $170 watch which is quite ridiculous for the tiny screen. They did an okay job there is a weird dot in the middle of the screen now and you can tell it was broken from the edges. Should have just bought a new one. read more

I do not know where to begin. I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired because of a cracked screen. Well that repair took 2 weeks! John said the screen replacement would take 1.5 hours. Initially, he stuck to his word. My screen was replaced in under 1.5 hours. However, the home button did not work. I brought this to John's attn. He immediately took the phone apart and fixed the home button issue. As I went on my way I connected my phone to the charger and it would not charge. I called John and let him know of the problem, He said no worries bring it in, (nice guy) I went in dropped the phone off and he took it apart. He could not solve the problem immediately so he offered to give me a loaner phone for the day and to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day, and he still did not know what was wrong with the phone. This then became a trend," come back another day and the phone not be repaired." VERY LONG STORY SHORT...... John called me and kept me updated with my phone, However the days he promised to have the phone ready it never was. And for some reason the days he would tell me to come in were the days he was not working and the people filling in never knew what was going on with the phone. They would call John and he wouldnt answer. I went in for a screen replacement and ended up waiting 2 weeks for my phone. Im thankful they gave me a loaner phone for the time being, but the fact that I had to call a total of 20 times and physically show up to the office on 7 different occasions to find out about my phone because I could never get a straight answer. I would have rated this place 1 star However i gave an additional star for the loaner. ***Look for my review on google and BBB*** Edit: changing to one star. One of the Components they repaired is the battery. Now my phone heats up on a constant basis. something it did not do before this debacle. P.S. I've gone here twice for phone repairs, I have an iPhone 6, anyways, the first time it was severely cracked screen (think missing chunks) and the second (just this morning) was a dead battery. I cracked my Samsung S9 screen Friday morning. There were 3 fine cracks and I was upset because I just paid off the phone. So I called around to see how much it costs to replace the screen. It cost as much as $250 to replace it. I called iSquad and they offered it at a lower price, but I asked they had an alternative solution. John suggested to put on screen protector with a liquid adhesive that could fill in the crack screen and it worked great. I could barely see the cracks. I highly recommend them. read more

DO NOT EVER go here. I have tried using this location on two separate occasions for an iphone and later a samsung note 5. Both times they were courteous and seemed helpful in the beginning but after that absolutely no communication. No follow up calls. Nothing. After two weeks the iphone was determined unfixable due to water damage. Not really a surprise as I new it had water damage but again if I wanted a status update I had to call. The Samsung took them 6 weeks and sending it to another shop to determine it was unfixable. Once again no communication from the store unless I called. I understand that some phones are beyond repair however CPR repair in Poway fixed the phone in less than a week. read more

Unprofessional. I was pretty upset with this establishment. I dropped my phone off with an hour wait time. I left to eat breakfast and by the time I returned (1 hour 1/2 later) my phone was still not finished. Including not being finished the original associate who was helping me was no where to be seen and the new associate was trying to charge me double the price then what I was quote saying the pervious associate must have been mistake. I really didn't enjoy this unorganized experience so I will take my phone and business else where. read more

My wife had taken her iPhone 7 to a different phone repair place. Over a week and no luck, I brought the phone here. In two hours he was able to get farther than the other place did in a week. I dropped my phone this morning going into work and the screen cracked along with those streaking bars going down the screen. Half of the screen did not work. I thought it was gonna cost a lot and take up half my day to fix it, but I went to John at iSquad Repair in santee and he replaced my screen in about 20 minutes. Went in for screen replacement and these guys were prompt and pricing was reasonable. I went home to find that my iPhone 7 Plus earpiece stopped working after the repair (common). I returned the next day and was in and out in 10 mins with a fully functional phone and speaker. The guy who fixed the earpiece was very apologetic. I was just glad he was able to fix it because I was leaving town the next day. These guys are a life saver! read more
