Update on my review, my screen popped off in the corner 3weeks later. Got it "fixed" then the whole damn screen came off making my phone unusable/unfixable! It was in a case after I got it fixed, only reason I discovered the screen came off was when I took it out to clean the case. So yeah they are nice & friendly, but honestly go spend the money at the Apple store to fix your Apple products. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP. My watch's screen was shattered by an accident so my husband took it here to be fixed. Ok great, it's fixed for my birthday and we go on vacation, to a water park for a day. That night the screen is black and won't charge. Mind you, these watches are water resistant. Ya I go down a few slides with my daughter and float down a river, no big deal for my watch that I've been wakeboarding and water skiing with every summer. Nope, not after this repair. It doesn't turn back on or charge. So my husband takes it back to this place. After a week, they say sorry nothing we can do. So we go somewhere to replace a screen, and hope it's back to normal, but after their "repair" it's now "un-fixable". If it was no longer water resistant, we should've been notified. After spending a certain amount, and the watch is broken, at least refund what we payed for the repair. So unprofessional and absolutely no customer service. Stopped in to get my daughters iPhone 6 screen repaired and battery replaced. I had other errands to run in the area so thought I would do those since I figured it would be about an hour. Nope! In and out in 10minutes! To be fair, there was only one person when we arrived but her repair was just about done. Cost was reasonable and service was great. Friendly and efficient. I am very upset. I went here to get my cracked screen replaced. Everything was completely fine when I got my phone back but when I got home, I started to notice that my screen started to become unresponsive and laggy. This happened especially towards the sides of my screen. Typing this right now is almost like a chore because most keys don't ever respond when I tap them anymore. The tap to open feature doesn't even work anymore and I'm honestly so upset. I would rather had kept the cracked screen then deal with this. read more

After ordering and replacing my son's ipad mini screen on amazon for $21 and roughly 30 minutes I decided to write about my family's experience with this place. My son broken the screen on his ipad last year. We took it in to have the screen replaced. For $130 they replaced the screen and said the screen had a lifetime warranty against defect and anything except cracking. Fair enough. We got it back and it worked for about 2 days. The screen had really bad ghosting and the home button didn't work. We took it back and they replaced it at no charge. A few weeks later the screen started to come up from case as the adhesive was bad. Brought it back a 2nd time, 3rd screen and it worked intermittently and eventually the home screen button started to become loose. His case wasn't working with the new screen and consequently broke the screen. They told us this time it wasn't covered under warranty because the screen had broken it was only covered from ghosting and defects. My son lived with the cracked screen until the screen just stopped working completely. Nothing could be done and iPad was a paperweight. I ordered a screen from amazon and had it within the week. I'm pretty handy and felt pretty comfortable replacing the screen. Watched a video on you tube and we started. Here's where I get super pissed. There are 4 screws that hold in the touch screen behind the glass. 1 screw was missing. Not a big deal really.... until we removed that and the shield that protects the motherboard and battery needed to be removed. There should be 16 screws holding that shield on. There were only 2. That's right 14 screws that protect the motherboard and battery were missing. That is completely unacceptable. The fact that the screen had to be replaced 3 times and still didn't work was bad enough but when we took apart the iPad and there were screws missing I was pissed. So now it's been 2 weeks and my son's ipad works fantastic and the case works as well without a hitch. When you spend $130 on something you would expect a decent product. Brought my phone in a while back for a cracked screen which they replaced very quickly a couple months later, my screen started to pop off so I brought it in again and they fixed free of charge in under thirty minutes. Unreliable, fixed an iPad on Feb 2016. changed the glass, offered life time warranty. the glass developed a crack at the control button. Upon taking it there he claimed its because the button was pushed to hard it cracked... never seen this happen on the 5 units we have. Offered to repair for half the price paid ... this is a swindlers scheme read more

Wish I could leave a no star. Took these guys 3 times in 2 weeks to get a simple screen replaced and set. Cheap parts and horrible customer service. Santee location. After being very displeased with their service and talked to the manager his words you don't like my service F off. I'll probably be back in their next week to fix my phone again. Refund I squad??? Excellent service! I walked in desperate and in a hurry. I had cracked my iphone 4s and had to be out as fast as they could repair my phone. Michael and Eric teamed up and answered all my questions. While I waited, they played rad lounge music and had a couch that was comfortable. They also had a wall full of accessories. There was no extra fees and they fixed my phone in less than 30 mins! What is even better is my service came with a warranty...no other places I searched offered that. Took my nephew here for a new screen for his iPhone 5C- white. I called a few weeks prior to get a quote, and it was for $79.99. We didn't get it fixed until it was closer to his birthday. His screen was terrible, cracked the same way I cracked mine months before - fell off the freezer in the garage, we vow to never put our phones there ever again. We used the yelp check-in for $10 off which was good. Unfortunately, my nephew's home button was missing, they were able to replace that for an additional $10...WHY RYAN (nephew's name)!?! -- haha there goes the $10 check in deal, cancelled out. He said it would take about 45 minutes, but it really only took 30! This team is amazing...they are quick, they are accurate and they are kind. My nephew took off his phone case for them, and the back of it was DISGUSTING -- it had dirt, pen marks..and they cleaned it off for us! They even said the ribbon cable was missing from the phone and they replaced it for free, but it was really worth $20. I appreciate all their hard work! I will definitely go here for all my iPhone screen needs, although i hope i don't need to!. I've been the Mira Mesa location and they are just as great! read more

Had a cracked iPhone screen and went to iSquad Repair at Santee, after looking at the other Yelp reviews. They offer warranty for the parts they've replaced, which I find as a big plus. I had a problem with the home button two weeks after the screen repair, which was partly my fault. Without question they ordered the part, and fixed the home button for free. I would really recommend iSquad at Santee, because of their amazing customer service. The prices are cheap as well. read more

I cannot recommend this business. Their prices are competitive, but you don't get close to what you pay for. I've come here twice now. Twice they have returned my phone much later than they quoted me. To make matters worse, on my second visit I purchased a case. The case was damaged and I was hurried out of the store.
