I went through a number of search engines and ended up choosing Israel Professional Cleaners due to some reviews I read and their immediate response. Israel showed up right on time with 2 wonderful girls who went right to work and I left them ( and my cat hiding under the couch ), hoping they could clean my cabinets and appliance fronts, windows, floors and dust the other surfaces. I am very old and cannot keep it up by myself. It was agreed with Israel, ( who is very nice) that the girls could finish in 3 hours. They did just that, leaving the place, which is a small single apartment, looking great, and I was surprised to find that they got into places I hadn't expected, under items, and on top of moldings and baseboards that had not been dusted in years. I was very happy with them, and the only problem now is that I don't want to touch things, like my black stove and frig fronts, because I'm afraid I will leave a fingerprint! I was somewhat on a deadline to find cleaning help for my father's house before family came to town and was searching aimlessly for a responsible, affordable service to help us out. I took a gamble and opened a Yelp "Project," filled out a form and it was sent to about five companies. The ones who got back to me aside from Israel himself quoted me these out-of-this world prices. But Israel got back to me by the end of the day, provided his phone number, his list of services included in his Deep Cleaning package and quoted me $55/hr per hour per cleaner which is a fair rate. On top of that, there's a 15% discount for first time clients via Yelp! I booked two cleaners for the next Saturday: fast forward to that day, I got a text message from one of the cleaners explaining it was going to be her-only because her partner was exposed to Covid. Naturally, she was behind and let us know she was to be an hour late which is a communication we really appreciated! It was no problem - once Nancy arrived, we re-negotiated the service up to a 4th hour which she was super accommodating with (yay)! Let me tell you, Nancy was amazing just by herself! The downstairs feels so clean - and she got a lot of hard to reach areas like ceilings and baseboards. My mom had left a lot of stuff out and Nancy stacked and arranged everything so nicely. She actually stayed 4.5 hours which we appreciated, I am 100% satisfied, as is my dad and I plan to use Israel's service again not only for my house, but recommend to my family and anyone who asks. If I could give Israel a million stars I would. Israel accepted my bid to both clean and haul a bunch of trash from a tenant I had to evict. This tenant had left my apt in shambles. There was filth and grime everywhere and on everything. Wouldn't recommend.. his service was not professional he provided a quote and then raised the price $300 more from the first price, the house was empty no furniture or appliances,, I needed two restrooms to be cleaned and white blinds and doors to be wiped off well the pictures says it all... Also all I heard was complaints the lighting made the blinds look dirty but according to his ladies who clean they were clean.. very disappointed... don't waste your money also all the cleaning products are from target $5 bottles not worth it.. save your money read more

I was happy with the service but on my last request, they said they could no longer accomodate me. 1st time i used them: service was grrat. Cleanest my apartment looked. 2nd time: excellent cleaning and i requested pet safe cleaning products for our dog. She accomodated and fumes werent as strong this time. 1 problem i never mentioned to them was afterward, one of my cabinet doors in the kitchen was coming off the wall and hanging by its nail (top left side of a kitchen cabinet door). Im fine with this though as I didnt bring it up and i can have maintenance fix it. 3rd time: cleaning excellent again- notes: she had moved from having 1 person for 2 hours to 2 people for 1 hour with same pay of $110 (the rate of 1 person 2hrs). They were able to do the same amount of cleaning so thats fine. This time, the bottom piece that holds my sliding shower doors in place was broken off. (KEY PART- REMEMBER THIS) but again i didnt mention it because i could still slide the doors. 4th time (THEY CANCEL HERE) I asked a week before to setup sat as usual. Israel replies no prob. I checked on a few request options this time: hypoallergenic products if possible. I also let him know i like krogers lemon wipes (optional) - no problem so far. I also mentioned, ants in the kitchen, they said that was out of their scope- i said no worries. Last text i sent today was this: "2morrow will start in bathroom. Something in there is making me cough everytime entered. Need her to be careful with shower door though. The bottom piece that the doors slide through was broken off after her last visit" ISREALS RESPONSE: Unfortunately we will need to cancel your cleaning. While we appreciate your business, we are no longer able to meet all your requests. Please feel free to look for another cleaning company that can accommodate all your needs.
