Note that this review is not about any actual cleaning - they may provide an excellent service for all I know. I reached out inquiring about a recurring residential cleaning for my home. I confirmed with Monika on Yelp that they would come a week later, on a Monday at 2 PM. At this time, I gave them my full address. On Sunday around 8 PM - merely 18 hours on a weekend night before the scheduled time - the company reached out and informed me that they would be unable to come because I am out of their service are. This was mind-boggling to me, because they had literally confirmed the booking 6 days prior, and they had tons of time to look up where the address actually was. Giving less than 24 hours cancellation notice is absolutely unacceptable and put me in a difficult bind. I think this is extremely unprofessional, and I urge any of you to double-check before relying on them that they can actually come to your place. read more
