Just had my first service with SouthCal Cleaners. We used them for their move in cleaning and are amazed by how well they cleaned our place. It's been vacant for a few years and did some painting before they came in to clean so it was dusty and had spiderwebs. By the time they finished, it was sparkly clean! When I was searching for quotes, I was in communication with Monika and she was very easy to work with and the quote was reasonable. The day before, she confirmed the service and provided me with the names of the ladies coming in. On the day of, Rosa and Maria arrived 15 mins early and they got straight to work. I showed them around and they did their thing. Really impressed with how well they did and we couldn't not be even more excited to move in now. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service the next time we need our place cleaned. read more

We needed a move out deep clean and they had the best quote compared to other business. We didn't want to return since we had moved over an hour away so they were able to let themselves in with a lockbox and even sent a video with great results. I requested a deep cleaning for my one-room apartment on Tuesday 1/13 and was offered availability for the next day quickly. Note that this review is not about any actual cleaning - they may provide an excellent service for all I know. I reached out inquiring about a recurring residential cleaning for my home. I confirmed with Monika on Yelp that they would come a week later, on a Monday at 2 PM. At this time, I gave them my full address. On Sunday around 8 PM - merely 18 hours on a weekend night before the scheduled time - the company reached out and informed me that they would be unable to come because I am out of their service are. This was mind-boggling to me, because they had literally confirmed the booking 6 days prior, and they had tons of time to look up where the address actually was. Giving less than 24 hours cancellation notice is absolutely unacceptable and put me in a difficult bind. I think this is extremely unprofessional, and I urge any of you to double-check before relying on them that they can actually come to your place. read more

My wife and I needed a move-out cleaning on Sunday 8/31 (the last day of our lease), but had trouble finding cleaners that would come on a Sunday, especially during Labor Day weekend. Thankfully, Monika was willing to accommodate! She gave us a very good flat rate based on the details I gave her. She sent 2 cleaners and they did an AMAZING job. They cleaned everything carefully and thoroughly, even cleaning the blinds and the insides of all the kitchen appliances.
