Stopped here this morning for breakfast since the farmers market was a bust. My cousin was visiting, and didn't know what she wanted- so this spot looked good. I spoke with our waitress Jayla who suggests the cacio Pepe scrambled egg/toast for me, and since my cousin wanted something spicy- Jayla suggested the spicy rigatoni. My scrambled egg toast was delicious! Initially I was worried about the truffle oil- I like truffle oil okay, just not an overload. It was just right!!! The eggs were delicately scrambled and super creamy! Loved it!! My cousin on the other hand was a bit disappointed with her rigatoni. It was more sweet than spicy. A friend and I stopped here on a recent Sunday night for a night cap after a fun afternoon exploring Lincoln Road. The original plan to enjoy an espresso martini at Segafredo side quested into a neighboring bar, hence the spot. It was late enough that it wasn't that crowded. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our drinks. My friend enjoyed an espresso martini, which I also sampled while I sipped on a well blended mojito. It even had a sugarcane stick, as this drink should be done!! In addition to bar seating, it has a full floor as well as a mezzanine. Our bartender was really pleasant and I would come back. Romantic and cozy spot on Lincoln Rd. The service was very friendly and everyone in our party was happy with the dishes we ordered. We tried the spicy feta appetizer, the citrus grilled salmon, the greek salad, the spicy rigatoni, and the meatball linguine. Both pasta dishes were great and the salmon was very delicious (but a bit overcooked) Portions were rather small, particularly the salmon and the salad, but I was still overall full and satisfied. Ate here for a work lunch. The layout is a bit funny, reminds me of a hotel but it looks cool either way. I'd say the rugs under the table a tiny big annoying as they make sliding in and out a bit weird but otherwise im not phased by it. The service was really good. From the hostess to sat us, to the waitress who took our orders and a server who provided the food. The waitress and server (maybe he isn't a server fyi but its how im differentiating the two) checked up on us periodically. For food I only ordered one thing. Spicy rigatoni. It was delicious ! The server put parmesan on it and I ate it. The spiciness isn't crazy spicy, just a flavorful spiciness that compliments the creaminess of the dish. Its definitely worth the money considering how good it is and really the location of the place (miami beach right in the center of tourist town). Enjoyed New Year's Eve with family. Matthew was our server and he was excellent. He really listened, made good recommendations. He is the reason there are 5 stars. I had the grilled octopus which was delicious but for the portion it was overpriced. Two members of the family ordered sides of chicken breast which was overcooked, dry and not edible. Restaurants on Lincoln Road are a hit or miss, a mainly miss. Issabella's fortunately was a pleasant experience. The service was mediocre and very slow. I sat inside, it was quite empty with only one table across from me being served. Food was good 7 out 10. They have happy hour after 3pm daily and the menu is pretty diverse. I may give them another try. The decor is very nice, chic and comfortable. Only miss is that the bathrooms are all upstairs. I have a slight disability therefore walking up those steep stairs is a no for me. Hoping the next I decide to come, I'll have similar to a better overall experience. read more

They brought out crostini and olive tapenade and it was so delicious. We started with the Gambas al Ajillo and it was incredible. I could have licked the bowl clean. My husband ordered the swordfish and he said it was fantastic so I tried it (I'm not a big fish person) HOLY CRAP! It was incredible!! I ate over half of his fish. I must start by saying how amazing the staff and service is at Issabella's. Starting with the reservation process, I had mentioned we would be there to celebrate my BF's birthday, and they replied immediately noting they would help me celebrate and how happy they were I chose them to do so. I also asked for bar seating and that was reserved without any issues. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted, our spots are the bar were ready, and the manager came over to welcome us and wish my BF a Happy Birthday. Our server/ bartender was equally attentive, recommending drinks and dishes. There was even a person who came in a bit intoxicated, and they immediately took care of it and apologized several times for it (not their fault at all but shows how good care they take care of their customers). To start I gave him a profile of the wines I like and he found one for me that I really enjoyed, and he made a rum drink for the birthday boy that you could taste the fresh juice and ingredients. As an appetizer we got the Hokkaido Scallop, and as my entrée I went with the steamed mussels. He had the Linguini Carbonara, and honestly can't say which dish was best. We kept saying how amazing each bite was. To end, we ordered the ricotta cheesecake, and they added a candle and chocolate ribbon to say Happy Birthday, this was brought out by the manager to again wish him the best on his day. Can't say enough good things about Issabella's. The food and service is amazing, if you visit you need to get that truffle carbonara pasta wow I could eat 14 of those. Now Thomas also told us that the octopus was a must and that it would be so tender we could cut it with a spoon. He wasn't wrong. For dinner we opted for the daily fish which is served tableside with a side of fresh paccheri pasta. Thomas expertly sliced and prepped the fish ensuring not one bone was left behind. Issabella's is a wonderful brunch spot. First and foremost, we had the absolute kindest, most patient server, Onur, who had the biggest smile on his face. He made our brunch experience a 10/10. The location is perfect as it's located inside Lincoln road (with plenty of parking), and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We arrived first thing on a Saturday morning and were able to choose our preference for seating without a reservation. We opted to sit inside (the vibes are great) and the bar/ coffee area has its own aesthetic. We tried a few things off the menu and everything from flavor to presentation was absolutely wonderful. Had the most amazing dinner here on my trip to Miami! The restaurant is conveniently located in the Lincoln Rd outdoor mall. The interior is gorgeous - I've never been to Greece but eating here transported me to what I imagine it would be like. We started with the meze platter, which came with normal hummus, Muhammara (spicy hummus), and tzatziki sauce and fresh laffe bread for dipping. We ended up getting a second piece of bread! For entrees, my fiance got the chicken skewers and I got the pesto pasta - both were excellent! The shining star was the service - everyone working there had a very welcoming and positive attitude, and they were amazingly attentive to detail. Batter wasn't super crispy. The Isabella's board was a nice way to sample a little bit of everything. The aranchini is packed with seafood flavors. It was a Friday evening so I'm not sure if they were hoping for a slow night, but the hostess seemed visibly upset and annoyed. Service was rushed and not welcoming. They began clearing the table prematurely on items we didn't even finish yet. It seemed as if their goal was to get us in and out - however the inside was full of people even up to closing. The hostess interrupted our conversation saying, "sorry but we need to close" so we left but the outside tables in the patio were still being put away and inside was fully packed. On top of that, 18% was already included for a table of 4 which if I didn't take a look over the bill I would've added more tip on top of that on accident the way we were being rushed out. Came for Miami Spice Brunch and Issabella's did not disappoint. The interior is beautiful and feels spacious. I love the vibe in here. We each had different starters so we could try a bit of everything. The tortilla was perfection. The muhamarra was so different and lighter than I expected. As my friend Sally described it, it's reminiscent of the bacadito paste in the Cuban bocaditos. And the calamari was lightly battered and the batter was really good. For the main course we all had the eggs benedict and it was good. The eggs were perfectly poached, and to end brunch, we have the basque cheesecake which was well worth the calories.
