Took me about 2 years worth of suits to find one I like with the color, pattern and feel. I went with a light grey, window pane theme, twill suit (it was comfortable). Got the bag and had the pants hemmed. About $600 all together. I don't know suits too well but after hunting for what felt like forever, I feel I got a good value on this suit. Service was slow - maybe they were busy? I had to wait often for someone to come to me on both occasions. Good suit selection here, giving it 3 stars because I have a sensitive nose and the right half of the store smells very strongly for some reason. I am always impressed with the service the times I have come to ISW. The sales people are knowledgeable and can help you zero in on fit and styles pretty quickly. Today my salesperson was Mojgan, and I really enjoyed working with her. I wear a size that not many places carry a very good selection of, but ISW had a decent amount to choose from. I ended up finding 3 sports jackets and a suit that I really liked. I think the prices are pretty fair. Often they have a sale going on and that makes the deals even more attractive. This place must have new ownership, and the employees were not dressed well at all. The employees there were not providing good advise, and didn't even measure me properly before assuming they knew what would look good on me. The Women who took care of me and my boyfriend for prom shopping was very rude she would rush me to see my dress ON MY PHONE saying "are you going to show me" when I was looking for the picture. When we asked if we can do returns just in case anything she was very rude about it rolling her eyes when we simply just went in to look. 9/1/22: Had purchased several suits from the Mesquite location years ago, and decided to go to this location on 8/18/22 to purchase a white tuxedo, since it was closer to my home. I met with an older African American gentleman who was not very friendly who showed me some tuxedos and he said that they didn't have my size. He said that the store manager would be the ONLY person who could help me by ordering a tuxedo, but that he was not working that day. This gentleman was not very knowledgeable nor professional. I called on 8/20/22, and spoke to Terry to confirm that Frank, the store manager was available. The reply that I got was that he was there, but that he was busy, and that everyone was busy. When I got to the store, the gentlemen that I had met the first time kind of remembered me. I asked if he was Terry, and he said yes. I told him that he wasn't a very good salesman because he didn't even introduce himself during my first visit. I told him that I was there to meet with Frank, and that I would wait. When I met Frank, I felt a good vibe, as it seemed like he knew his customers, because he greeted a few as they walked in the store. I shared my negative encounter with Terry, and Frank apologized for that. We then discussed what I was looking for and he said that he would place an order and I paid for the tuxedo. He said that he would call me on 8/23/22 to provide an update. When I didn't hear from him by 8/25/22, I called the store and was told that Frank was busy. I sent him an email on 8/25/22 and didn't get a reply. I called the store on 8/30/22 and spoke with a young lady, who said that Frank was there, but that he was busy. I asked her to give him a message to call me. On 9/1/22 I called for Frank, and the same young lady answered. I told her that Frank had not returned my call, and she assured me that she had given him the message. I drove to the store to meet Frank. I told him that I was disappointed with him because he hadn't kept his word to call me back, and hadn't replied to my email or message. He looked surprised, apologized, but at the end of the day, he couldn't provide a good reason for neglecting to follow through. While at the front counter, he made some calls to check the status of my order. Apparently, he wanted me to wait a few more days. I told him that I was not confident in his abilities to follow through, and that it was a shame that I felt that I had to take my business elsewhere, especially when I had told him about my great experiences with the Mesquite location years ago. I told him that if a customer is dealing with a store manager, and that manager failed to follow through with the customer, that the customer would feel as if there were no other recourse for a good experience. I requested a full refund, and he processed it for me. This location failed miserably in following their mission statement: "Our vision is to provide exceptional tailored men's clothing at affordable pricing, while giving our customer the best service they deserve." I would likely never make a purchase from this location, because the Frank, the store manager, lacks integrity in following through with me, as a customer. I did not feel valued and I actually felt disrespected by Frank. read more

Let them know I'd be in next day since I was in a rush for a meeting and some guy there laughed and asked if I didn't have 5minutes to buy the suit and get it done. Had issues with the Groomsman party. All the suits were different shades of blue and stitching since they would just pull them from the floor and not have a specific brand ready to just take measurements. They also gave some of us black socks when they should have been blue. Overall disappointed with the service and how unorganized the sales team were. read more

They have a very nice selection of suits, shoes and dress shirts. Last time I was here, they help me find a one piece leather burgundy dress belt. It cost me $60, but that was ok. That belt will last me easily 15 years. They have dress shirts ranging from $35 to $60. The problem is that those dress shirts are from little known brands. Not sure I would want to spend $60 from a brand I know nothing about. But, the shirts felt good, solid and of good quality, so we'll see. Staff is cordial, as they approached me if I needed assistance. Their selection of ties is very impressive!, and they carry wool dress slacks. We reached out to this place during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they were not only an amazing store with excellent customer service, but they worked with us and got everything that we wanted, and they did so in just a few days. We could not have asked for better service or a better product. They were so good that they even FaceTime with some of the guys that needed suits to help get them the right suit, they researched to help us get our measurements Converted to US measurements because some of the guys had some measurements that were European. The guy that worked with us the most was named Frank- Let me just say he is outstanding at his job, he knows his suits, he also knows how to measure for tailoring, I would Recommend him and his store hands down. If you need suits or tuxedo's he is the guy to go to. We even received a discount after purchasing 19 suits, and they did some of our tailoring for us, we could not be happier. I would never go through this company for anything ever again. Getting my fiancé's suit and his groomsmen's suits was a complete and utter pain in the ass. It's like the store is operating in the 90s. They write everything down on paper and keep it in binders, and don't even try to speak to an employee other than the one who has your information in his binder because everyone else is completely unaware of how to check someone else's binder for information. We had the hardest time trying to submit sizes for our out of town guys, and I felt like the staff members weren't being transparent with me about how to submit their credit card info for payment. Andre took care of us, and the only time we got anything done is when he was working. Anytime I tried to get info from another staff member it was like I called the wrong store entirely, and they were hopelessly lost as to how to help me. The boys who were in town to get sized at ISW got suits that didn't completely fit the way they wanted, and one of our out of towners got pants that looked 4 SIZES SMALL ON HIM. Whats the point in paying them to taylor a suit if we just have to do it ourselves anyways!?!? There is one week left until our wedding, so we're doing major damage control. If you'd like to have a smooth wedding experience, just go to Men's Warehouse like I wish I had. I should have seen the writing on the wall and backed out earlier, but my fiancé procrastinated on getting the suits. Frankly, we were in a hurry and didn't do our homework. I needed to get a suit for a funeral and Frank was very understanding, instead of trying to upscale me on everything he simply showed me the perfect suit for the occasion at a price I could afford, it wasn't anything fancy but since I rarely wear suits it was perfect for my needs. They have the worst customer service by far. We had to purchase a suit for a wedding and they created such a headache. Wrong shoes ordered, wrong suits/wrong sizes. The wedding is in 4 days and we are still at the store trying to figure things out. The manager started yelling at us and said that we were in the wrong when we told her she charged us $70 more than any of the other groomsmen. She said "customer is never right".
