Really disappoint I left my phone over night because the guy told me he would have it ready next thing in the morning around 11 or 12 I called him at 2pm and ask about about my phone and said he still didn't have the screen and said he would call me back in 30 min to give me and update it took him 2 hrs to call be back just to tell me he still didn't have the screen I needed. i don't ever write reviews or never want to give a business bad reviews bc i don't believe in that but this place but this place...My brother took my ps4 and his ps4 to get fixed and we were told that it'll take about 3 to 4 days to get both fixed but it took 5 weeks just for us to get them back and them not to be fixed. he kept giving us excuses after excuses & even said that the ps4 was fixed & to pick it up for him but at the end just to say it wasn't fixed at all, it was just pure lies after lies. i saw the reviews and i gave them the benefit of the doubt but i get this after waiting over a month just to have my ps4's not fixed and having my time wasted everyday having my brother call them and them saying "tomorrow"next week" today for sure" it's all just bs. don't ever come to this place i don't want anyone to have their time wasted by this place. i can't lie the guy is very nice but it doesn't change the fact that he wasted our time and didn't just tell us he couldn't fix them or didn't want to fix our ps4's. all he needed was to fix both hdmi ports and he couldn't do that. i do not recommend this place for anything read more

I visited Rick last week to fix my phone. I had accidentally washed my phone in the washer for about 5 minutes and taken it to a different place nearby. They charged me about $90 to get the phone to turn back on.. Unfortunately - they weren't able to troubleshoot my problem with connecting me to AT&T service - they didn't bother to change the antenna anyways. I have to connect to wifi in order to use my phone. I had texted with Rick for a while before I made the trek to lynwood. I arrived on Saturday around 11.. He found that moisture was still on the motherboard so he did what he had to do to clear the moisture. He changed the antenna. After sitting there willingly to revive my phone for over an hour - rick showed me that this was a motherboard issue not an antenna issue.. At the end of my visit he handed me my phone with a new antenna and told me he couldn't solve the issue due to it being related to the motherboard. He was HONEST, PERSONABLE, and ultimately LEGIT. He refused to charge me for the part he did end up replacing because ultimately he couldn't fix my problem - it's important to realize he spent over an hour troubleshooting my issue -- THATS SERVICE AT ITS BEST. Yes- I did tip him because he spent time working on something that ultimately was a loss to shop - yet still I would recommend this place to anyone who needed repairs. There is no doubt that Rick and his team know what they're doing when it comes to electronic repairs. I shattered my phone screen and even dented the side of my Iphone 6. It was a Saturday and I wasn't sure if there was anything that could be done, but Rick got it fixed. I called ahead and he even agreed to hold tight while I made my way over. The process was very quick and efficient. Due to the dent on the phone the screen needed to be adjusted once more. When I stopped by, they were out of screens to re-replace mine, but I was told to return the following Monday. Against my better judgment I waited too long and so the problem worsened. My phone wasn't functional. I stopped by and Rick remembered me and the previous conversation we'd had. Rather than turn me away (for procrastinating like I did) or ask me to pay again (the problem was worse and honestly, probably unrelated to the original issue) he took care of the repair free of charge. To date my phone is working fine!! The customer service that Rick offers is a rarity in this day and age. I have sent several people to him and will continue to do so because I know that he's all about integrity when handling his customers. This type of service cannot be taken for granted and is most definitely appreciated. Don't waste your time and money with other places when Rick can and WILL take care of you. :) read more

This place is a scam, they take apart your phone and take parts from it. Took it a while back to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed and they totally broke my phone, it wouldn't even turn on. They refunded me my money but I was left with a broken phone, when I took it somewhere else to see what the problem was they told me they took out several screws and parts from my phone. I do not recommend this place at all, a bunch of liars. read more

My galaxy s6 was cracked from the back and I called another place other than this one and they were trying to charge me 270 to fix it and these guys charged me 35 dollars and they fixed it in less than 5 minutes. I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S4. Going thru my Sprint insurance I would of been between $100-$150(because they send you a refurbished phone). These guys charged me $55 and my phone was ready in less than an hour. This is a great place to get your phones or tablets fixed. I recommend it to anyone. I brought in my daughter's iPad Mini that had screen cracked. Rick told me he would have it ready in an hour and said he would call me when it was ready. Hours went by, no phone call. I showed up the next day and he told me he was waiting for a part, and the part should be there tomorrow so iPad should be ready tomorrow. The day came and still no phone call, I thought OK maybe he's just really busy. A week went by and no phone call. I stopped by a week later and Rick said the iPad had more problems and that he would fix it and pay for the extra parts himself. After 6 weeks no phone call, I picked up my iPad, he replaced the screen but the device doesn't start at all. I brought in the device functioning fully, the only problem was the cracked screen and now it's worse than before. No communication from Rick or any of his employees during the 6 weeks that my device was here. This looks like a good place, the employees seem like good people, however, I don't think they know what they're doing. I am puzzled by all the good reviews, maybe I just have bad luck. I don't recommend this place. Save yourself the time and headache and take your broken device somewhere else. read more

I could write a whole essay about this place, but I will try my best to keep it short. I talked to the owner through yelp about my iphone 6 plus touch screen issue and the sim card issue. He quoted $100 to fix the screen in two days and he would take a look into the sim card issue as well. Left it there and a week goes by with no update on my phone status. I had to contact the owner to request updates every week for three weeks. He finally tells me the sim card issue was not resolved and tells me to pick it up. I go there to pick it up and he gives me the phone and tells me they couldn't fix the sim card issue. I ask if he fixed the touch screen issue and he replies yes, so I ask him how much I owe him and he replies $20. Assuming that he is giving me a discount due to the sim card issue not being fixed, which makes the phone worthless, I pay him. When I try to test out the screen issue in front of him and the battery dies, I felt that he tried to rush me out and tells me it should be fine. So I go to my car charge the phone a little bit and find out that the touch screen issue have not been fixed. I go back to him and show him that the touch screen issue is not fixed. After trying to prove that it's working, and me proving him that it's not working, he suddenly tells me that they didn't do anything about the touch screen issue. I ask him why did you charge me $20, he tells me for the parts. I ask him what part, he tells me it's for labor. LOL. At this point, I see sweat coming down his forehead and he's hating life. Then he tells me he needs another week to fix the touch screen issue and I tell him I will take it somewhere else. Rick, you seem like a nice guy but obviously have no idea what you are doing. Take the $20 that I gave you and buy some iphone repair videos so that you can actually fix something before you charge your customers. Good Luck! read more

Only reason this place is even getting 1 star is because there is no zero star option. I was quoted a great price to get a new screen on my tablet, drop it off when he tells me to and hear nothing from him for 3 weeks, I have to call to find out that he ordered the wrong part. So he tells me the parts going to take 3 to 6 weeks to get. I have to call at 3 weeks, at 4 weeks, and at 5 weeks to find out what is taking so long, no follow up and communication from him at all. finally, he tells me he's going to have it finished on Thursday, I show up on Friday to pick it up and its not even ready, it's still in pieces and he does no communication to tell me what's going on. This could potentially be a great business, but unfortunately the lack of communication has been nothing but shove myself and the many other tech people that I know away from utilizing his services. If you can't take on this kind of work, don't advertise for it. Better yet, be a better communicator with people's expensive items. So, finally after 2 months, I picked up my tablet in pieces, and decided to look for help elsewhere. Too bad. read more

i cracked the screen of my Galaxy S5 two days after I bought. I had insurance but I had to mail the phone and had to wait atleast a week to get it back. I have a business and I couldn't afford to be without a phone for a week. I googled for screen repair and i found "It Can Be Fixed". I called aand ws told they would do it in a coupple of hours. I went in talk to RICK and he told me to come back in an hour an a half. Unfortunately when I went back he had barely started on it. And I could see why, people just keep coming with phine repair issued. I waited for my phone to be repaired and he applogized antelast 10 times if not more for the delay. Galaxy S5 screen repair is not easy I saw the whole process the patience RICK has is incredible. Rick was very courteous and helpful. I even had tempered glass installed on not only my phone but also my wife's Galaxy S5. The charges were beyond reasonable. I reccomend this place to everyone.
