Get their Ube Latte, get their Almond Croissant. Yum

I feel like the outside doesn't match the inside in that the outside seems so unassuming. I couldn't even find it at first, but thankfully I did because the inside is quite cute...it's long and there's plenty of space that feels like it's heading towards the back. You can see people working or just chilling...very LA remote/studying vibe. The Ube Latte is wonderful...smooth, perfectly sweet (not overly) and you can taste the Ube and coffee balance. I enjoyed. I also loved their Almond Croissant. In fact, I kind of think about once in a while randomly and since I'm not a local, I don't have ready access to it. LOL. So, if you're local, have one for me. Anyway, support this coffee shop.

A nice coffee/tea shop. There's limited parking in the back of the building, but I was able to find a spot on the street. The service was very nice, and they asked me about sugar level and milk option, which I appreciated. The room was spacious, and there was plenty of seating when I was there. My friend and I got the Ethiopia Drip Coffee and Thai Tea to try. The Thai Tea was very good. I was not a big fan of the Ethiopian Coffee...Will try the other ones next time.

    Casablanca and Lavender Lattes

They are supposed to open on near me in Monterey Park but it's taking so long! So I tried the temple city location. I had the lavender latte and my sister had the Casablanca tea. Both were very delicious and refreshing.

I usually go to Fika Fika in Arcadia, but the Temple City one is actually closer to me, so needing a caffeine fix, I stopped by a little after lunch for an iced drink. It was a hot day, but you couldn't tell from the inside. Temple City Fika Fika is spacious and had just the right vibes for a mellow study/work environment with easy going music and easy going lighting (none of that harsh fluorescent office lighting). Good amount of tables inside with a bench for those waiting for their orders to go. My go to orders have been the lavender or other flavored latte, but I tried something different this time. I got the iced brown sugar roasted oolong tea espresso latte ($6.20), large size with half sugar, mellow wave blend, and half & half. You get a choice of either Fika Fika blend or mellow wave blend. I chose the one with the higher caffeine content to help me get through the rest of the work day. Very refreshing and I can taste the roasted oolong in the drink. Also appreciate that they are cool with using my personal cup for the drink to save on single use plastic. Just FYI -- their iced drinks come in regular 16 oz or large 24 oz size. Hot drinks are regular 12 oz or large 16 oz. There's a parking lot in the back if you can't find any street parking in the front. Also may be easier to get in and out with the parking lot in the back.

While Fika Fika does have great coffee and tea latte drinks, I enjoy coming here for their unique and fun ice cream flavors! This time I tried their Okinawa Brown Sugar ice cream, and it was delightfully sweet, almost like a boba drink. Their paw cakes are also a great snack, I particularly like their matcha and black sesame fillings. They're nice and crispy on the outside, but you can really get the mochi texture on the inside. Note they do take around 5-10 minutes to make.

So many things to choose from, got something for everyone ~ coffees, matcha, ice cream, desserts, and even food. Good study spot and there's parking behind

Osmanthus Floral Latte with Fika Fika Blend (small size, iced, regular sweetness)
    Grace L.

Checked out this coffee shop after my orthodontist appointment nearby, and it wasn't crowded when I came by on a Wednesday at around 12:30pm. The space is big with lots of seating and outlets, so it seems like a great place to study! I ordered a small Osmanthus Floral Latte, and you get to choose between hot/iced, espresso type, a sweetness level, and milk. I chose iced, their Fika Fika blend, regular sweetness, and half-and-half as the milk. My order came out very quick, and I thought the drink was really yummy! It was not too sweet, and the latte was smooth and not bitter. However, I wished the osmanthus was stronger as the flavor was very subtle, like on some sips, I couldn't really taste it. Overall though, a solid drink! I will for sure come back again to try their other drinks, and I saw they even sell food and ice cream, so I'd try those on my next visit. Would recommend giving Fika Fika a try!

I was looking for a place to study and I stumbled upon this place! I couldn't decide between the Jasmine matcha and the Jasmine coffee, and the barista recommended the coffee. It was delicious! I got it with whole milk and the flavors blend super nicely. There's a decent amount of seating and couple of outlets. The seats aren't the most comfortable, this is overall this is a solid WFH place! Parking: Theres street parking out front. The Jasmine coffee is something I'd def come back for!

    Alyssa L.

Nice and spacious with easy parking in the back and lots of seats for studying. No outlets on one side of the wall though so can see it being tough during peak studying times. Biggest complaint is with my drink. I got the earl grey latte with 50% sweetness (my go to drink at the Arcadia location) and it has so many clumps in it! I'm not sure how it was made but it definitely ruins the drinking experience. If we ever come back, we'd probably just stick with the easy teas.

    Tabby brown sugar latte

I'm a big fan of fika fika and was so excited that they opened one near me instead of having to drive to the one near H mart. I always get the tabby brown sugar latte or the hazelnut latte with the mellow blend because it's lighter than the fika fika blend. It's my favorite place to grab coffee. The place is pretty spacious and there are a couple of tables and chairs that you can study or get some work done. Parking isn't too bad in the morning but by the afternoon, it is usually full. There is parking on the street as well. Service is friendly and efficient.

Welcome to FIKA * FIKA coffee.

Fika Fika is a modern coffee shop that offers great breakfast and coffee/teas. It's located in a plaza along Las Tunas drive in Temple city. From the outside you couldn't tell that it has a huge space. I have been to their Pasadena location and it's definitely smaller compared to Temple. Once you've entered you can sense the relaxing atmosphere with a modern interior layout and minimalist design. It's well lit, organized and neat. Staff was amiable, laconic and professional. They have good variety of coffee/tea and breakfast on their menu. I ordered a Fruit Mango Green Tea. It was refreshing. Prices were relatively fair. Rear parking lot is modest and easy to find a spot. Overall, I highly recommend this coffee shop and will definitely come back.

My coffee was ok, not sure if it was me and I didn't order correctly but it was ok. The staff didn't seem too pleasant, maybe it was just too early in the morning on a Saturday. Inside is cute and has seating to have your coffee and food items that they sell.

I ordered the Cloud Cold Brew Coffee with Matcha Foam ($6.45). It's functional, clean coffee. I appreciated the faint but enduring caffeine. I arrived at Fika Fika Coffee (Temple City) on Thursday (around 12:07PM). It's walking distance from City Hall (Temple City). Parking is plentiful & busy, but it's hidden. There's street parking; however, there's a rear public parking lot ("2 Hour Parking - 7AM to 6PM - except Sunday"). The lot's entrances are accessible from Kauffman Ave and Camellia Ave. Fika Fika Coffee (Temple City) has a backside and front entrance. Unfortunately, Staff was aggressive and terse. Staff attempts friendly greetings; however, Staff disliked questions ("What do you recommend?" "Do you have Customer Wifi with Password?"). Staff wanted to rush me along despite no line. New arrivals might be put off by the terseness and frustration exuding from Staff. My drink took three minutes and 53 seconds. Fairly quick. As mentioned, I ordered the Cloud Cold Brew Coffee with Matcha Foam ($6.45). I appreciated its utility and mild flavor. This coffee is not bitter nor too sweet. The Matcha Foam is creamy, sweet, and soft. When thoroughly stirred, I appreciated how the iced coffee thickens. The caffeine is subtle but felt. Regarding ambiance, Fika Fika Coffee (Temple City) is an exemplary study/work spot. This location is surprisingly spacious! The interior includes 15 tables with chairs, one long counter with tall chairs, and one long bench. The front's outside patio also has three small tables. Fika Fika Coffee (Temple City) also has six available electric outlets for devices. The location has a gender neutral restroom, and there's customer internet and password. However, Staff snappily told me that there's no sign; rather, the internet information is only available from talking to Staff. The location is also very clean (ex: shiny floors & tables); it's well-ventilated ("I love the tall ceiling!"); and its music is upbeat and perky. Most impressive is the acoustics because Fika Fika Coffee (Temple City) did not feel echoey. The location felt subdued and quiet despite the busy chatter from working college students. Overall, I had a decent experience at Fika Fika Coffee (Temple City). It's a good spot to work & study. There's utility in these walls. 4.5 out of 5

Nice counter with a bench to sit while we wait for our orders.

    yes

Anybody ever bought their coffee beans? Are they freshly roasted before they're put on the shelf? There's no marking of roasting date or expiration on the packaging.

The shop feels very nice and clean with a simple interior design. My top drink is probably the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea, which has an oolong tea base with floral notes and a kick of sweet white peach. I like how creamy and fragrant it is. At 50% sweetness, I feel like there is the perfect balance of sugar, tea, and milk. Another solid drink is the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, which is easily one of their best sellers. This drink is creamy, rich, and indulgent. The layer of cheese foam deepens the flavor of the matcha, making it extra creamy with an enjoyable contrast. Aside from drinks, there are also some snack food options like popcorn chicken and fries. The savory snacks would pair perfectly alongside the sweet drinks. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
