After finishing our meal, we went outside and discovered that my mom and stepdad's car had a dead battery. The manager, Saul, along with several others, immediately stepped in to help. They spent quite a while trying to jump the car, and after several attempts, they finally got it started! We were incredibly grateful for how patient and willing everyone was to help. While we were waiting, my daughter Ellie was able to paint at their paint station and even build her own ice cream sundae, all complimentary. They also refilled her drink before we left and gave us three bottles of water for the road. It's one thing to receive great service during a meal, but the kindness we received after our meal was already over really stood out. Saul and the team could have simply wished us luck, but instead they stayed outside and worked together until they got us back on the road. Thank you, Saul and the Casa Grande Texas Roadhouse team, for going above and beyond for our family. We truly appreciated your kindness and hospitality! Definitely a 5-star experience!

The waffle was light and fluffy and heart shaped. Their fried tenders are seasoned nicely and, compared to other fast food fried chicken I've had, these were so good I didn't even need any sauce. When you think about other places for fried tenders, I always get their "special" sauce or something like Buffalo. I was bummed I forgot to ask for a sauce, but I didn't even need it. We also got a banana jar dessert, which is banana cream pie in a cute mason jar that I get to take home as a "free" souvenir. The banana dessert was really sweet and a nice blend of each ingredient. The girl helping at the drive thru was really nice and welcoming, and it was a great experience. We will definitely need to stop by again before flying home.

We weren't asked what spice level we want and luckily I thought of it in time because it would have been way too mild for us if I hadn't. We ordered it with fried tofu instead of the shrimp, extra spicy , and it was pretty good, especially with the chilly crisp. It does have some shrimp paste here in the broth so not vegetarian. No chicken broth or beef broth otherwise, just the shrimp paste. Service was pretty good. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good.
