I do not eat KFC often, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and quick service. I received a coupon for a free chicken sandwich with a $1 or more order. I decided to get a coleslaw and then got a spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the sandwich had a good amount of smoke and spice, not super over powering or salty at all. Ordered 2 chicken strip meals that came out to over $30.00. If I hadn't been too tired to drive back I definitely would've returned the meal. Chicken was over cooked. If we're going to pay restaurant prices for fast food, the quality should be better. This place is terrible! I'm surprised it's even a two star should be a 1 star if that!!! Need a COMPLETE management overhaul!!!! Every time we go there, there's always an issue. They might as well close the doors at 8 p.m., because after that time they clearly stop caring--and stop cooking chicken! They close at 10 p.m., but when we arrived at 8:40, the staff said, "We're out of food," while laughing in the background. This was the last and final time I'll ever go there. I ordered extra crispy chicken, but what I got was not crispy at all--it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I called, and they told me to come back for a new bucket. I drove 15 minutes each way, only to be told when I got there that they were out of crispy chicken! It honestly felt like they were messing with me. They refunded me for the chicken only, but by then it was 9:30 p.m., everything else was closing, and my family of eight was left hungry. We will never go there again. So the food is decent. It's KFC you know what to expect. I tried the waffles and chicken for the first time. They were out of waffles. They gave me a bunt cake instead. The place cis extremely clean . That's something I like. But I had a problem with the kiosk. It didn't responded very easily to my touch in fact it sucked big time. I don't know why it was so hard to use. I know they aren't suppose to be difficult to use. But this one was. But it's late they filled my belly with comfort food so what can you do? It has been almost a year since we last visited this KC location and hoped there would have been an improvement in the stores operation, but unfortunately, there hasn't been. We arrived at 5:00 P.M. in order that they wouldn't be sold out of chicken but that was not early enough. They told us that all of the chicken was frozen and they wouldn't have any ready until 6:00 P.M.. We arrived at 6, only to be told it would not be ready until 6:20. Well, WORST KFC i have ever been to. Been here in Casa Grande for 4 months. Been to this KFC 3X, 1st 2, they gave me a completely wrong order. Tonight, they left out the gravy, had to wait 15 min for chicken and the biscuits were EXTRA crispy. Hard as a rock. They dont even try. The management is a joke. This is the worst KFC I've ever been in, and the worst experience I've had with KFC as well. The person helping us order left for a minute without letting us know what was happening. When she returned, we were able to order. Then the manager started yelling that they were out of chicken when it was 7pm on a Friday night. We went in to the KFC due to the ad they had posted stating there was a buffet 7 days a week. When we got inside, there was no buffet. It apparently only goes until 4 PM. The food was alright. The mashed potatoes were okay. I didnt care for the chicken. I was super disappointed with the marquis advertisement. They should have had better service. I dont feel like I could recommend them to anyone. My husband tried the water and said it tasted like seltzer. He said it tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Your new store is very nice.went up super fast.have been going to kfc for many years. Went to your new store thursday April 25th. The girl at the conter was very nice. New employee and was good to order from. Your manager and an older lady were the mont rude people I have ever incounterd in any fast food or restaurant in my life. We ordered to go but the older lady made it to eat in .when I said I needed to go she said why didn't you say so. The lady taking the order told her that it was a to go order..the older lady then stood around for 5 minutes and talked to the manager about something. Finally I asked if I could please have my order and was told by the manager that it was coming. Then the other lady put my order in a bag and threw it up on the counter tipping it over and walker off. I love kfc but when your manager and employees are so rude it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that is hard to overcome.
