Again, I have only work this dress once and it was never anywhere near bleach. When I picked it up, the bleach stains on the back were the very first thing I noticed. I asked why there were bleach stains on my dress and he claimed I brought it in that way. I insisted I did not, there was no way. It's so noticeable the woman who took the dress would have noticed and I would have noticed when I dropped it off. He said it was noted on the ticket. I told him it was not as it wasn't on my ticket and it wasn't noted when I dropped it off. He said they noted it after I dropped it off. He refused to do anything about it insisting it was my fault. I could feel by how quiet he was and the way he avoided eye contact with me that he knew they had messed it up. I am livid. My nice dress is ruined. And it's so obvious that I saw it as soon as he handed it to me. Wih no way to prove they ruined it, I'm stuck with the damaged dress. So please, avoid this place. There are enough other places to go that it's not worth l the risk.

I was just a bit concerned about that as I wasn't told upon dropping them off. I was given the option of how quickly these needed to be turned around. Overall a very good experience. Nothing to do with Herman Jackson's, but parking is always an adventure in San Marco and it would be nice if they had their own parking. It would also be nice to have an idea of what the cost was going to be before leaving the drop off but the fact that it was reasonable more than made up for that.
