Nice little local spot for Asian food. Crab Rangoons were good not burned like other reviews mein fun was not the most flavorful (meat had no flavor) but the portion is large. I will definitely go back and try other menu items. Service was quick I wouldn't say friendly or unfriendly just quick and to the point.

The food was burnt and greasy. They are calling these spring rolls. They are burnt huge and disgusting. Called to tell them the food was burnt they laughed

Lunch special $8.95: salad, salmon roll, and eel avocado roll
    Melissa O.

Eel avocado roll was freaking delicious and cooked fresh. Big points there. That was the highlight though. The salmon roll was fine, the fish tasted nice and fresh, but it was just a salmon only roll, no other flavors. The rice wasn't even seasoned so it was pretty blah. The salad dressing was great but the salad was nothing but lettuce, some of it brown and wilted. Super cheap lunch option ($8.95 for two rolls and choice of soup, salad, or egg roll; $6.25 with rice and egg roll for most of the Chinese options), convenient, with friendly service. I'll keep it in mind if I am in the area again during the weekdays.

Food portions aren't larger than any other place with a similar menu but the food is good and I've always had decent customer service.

Hoping this is some decent Chinese take out

Oh my goodness, finally a place with some decent Chinese food! One thing is for certain in the DFW you will find an abundance of amazing Vietnamese food, but I cannot say the same about Chinese. So I'm really glad this spot is close to me. I can skip the egg rolls and crab rangoon next time but the rest got the spot. Good fried rice, good garlic chicken, and the best was their Mei Fun. So many people love Lo Mein and I understand it. But the rice noodles and crispy vegetable that come with Mei Fun are my preference. And here the noodles have a good flavor so they don't disappoint. My husband even liked the chicken wings were tasty. He got his hot and spicy. Lastly the 2 young sons were helping to take my order and help my daughter to bring the food out and held the door for her. Great first impression, I will be back.

Great food at affordable prices. Always hot and fresh. Great to have this option in our neighborhood of fast food places. 12/31/18 - happy to see them going strong! Happy New Year!

Worst asian food I have ever tasted. We came here after the 4 star review. First when you walk in absolutely no air. It felt so stuffy. We ordered Hibachi Beef with fried rice,Shrimp Tempura, and an Alaskan roll. The fried rice had a really funny smell. It smelled rotten and sour. If you are asian you know the smell when rice has been sitting in a rice cooker for 3 days. The meat smelled sour and the sauce was too thick. It was more beef broccoli than hibachi. The Alaskan roll the salmon was warm, not pink. The only thing good was the shrimp tempura. Another thing was the menu. Too many different asian food.

It's located in Hurst in a little strip mall that's mostly empty but you can see the concentration of business and cars in the corner on the side where this restaurant is, when we first walked in we both noticed a bit of a strange smell like I would describe as mildew and I think that's because they were running two portable air conditioner units inside so I don't think this is something that's on the regular and after we sat down neither of us noticed it again. As we walked in I also noticed That this place has a nice little cozy feel to it with some interesting decor, beautiful paintings on the wall and kind of an old school feel which I enjoy, there's an upstairs section that's pretty cool looking also where you can have private events or family style gatherings. Right off the bat the service was very friendly and attentive, we ordered two appetizers the shrimp Yakitori and an order of the pork and vegetable egg rolls both appetizers were fresh and delicious, I also had upon the servers recommendation their honey lemon ice tea which was very good. For our entrees My girlfriend ordered the spicy beef bulgogi and I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi, our food came out in a timely manner and was fresh and hot. The portion size was very good and I was happy to see the ratio of meat to vegetable was about 90% meat to 10% vegetable which is what I expect in a bulgogi. Overall I really liked this place and if I'm in Hurst I wouldn't hesitate to drop back in for some more delicious Korean food at Yori! P.s. No table grills just FYI

Taipo is a little speakeasy restaurant behind a hidden entrance and it's a fun vibe, especially for date night. We stopped in one evening and Rasham was bartending while Mia was shadowing on her first day but her actions let us know she's an industry pro - which she was. They both gave great recommendations for food and drinks. We got Nepali Reaper Momos, Sichuan momos, chicken chow mein, mango habanero tofu, an old fashion and a strawberry margarita. Everything was flavorful, but my favorites were the Nepali-style fries, the sichuan momos, and the chicken chow mein. The reaper momos were good but they were pretty spicy (coming from people who ordered most of the spicy things on the menu haha). The interior was ornate and beautiful but again, the service is what couldn't be beat. Rasham went above and beyond to provide an experience for us showering us with bubbles for a nice photo and adding some flare and glitter to my strawberry margarita. Mia was knowledgeable of their menu and overall nice to talk to while we sat and ate at the bar. Definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back soon!

The interior of the restaurant is very anime-esque. You order at the counter once you're ready. I got the Tori-Mayu. My friend (thanks Andy!) got us apps - takoyaki and karage. Both were excellent! I made the classic mistake, as usual, of eating the takoyaki while it was still pretty hot. Despite the burns to the inside of my mouth, it was definitely worth it. The karage was was absolutely delicious as well. Perfect amount of crunch with moist chicken on the inside. Pairs very well with the spicy mayo that is served on the side. For my main, I got the Tori-mayi - the chicken ramen broth with garlic oil. The broth was rich and flavorful. The chashu was meaty and savory. All of the extra toppings were of great quality. Though, what was undoubtedly the star of the show were the noodles. The texture was nice and springy - they served as the perfect medium for the broth and everything else. Service was great as well. They have a nice cute robot to help deliver everything which I thought fit within the theme. Would certainly come again!
