Came here for the first time today and oh my gosh why did I not come here before? This place is in the middle of shopping centers around glade so it might be hard to find for first comers but trust me it's worth it. The whole ambiance of it is cool. It reminds me of a coffee shop. It's a good place for you to just chill on your own and do some work or hangout with friends. they also have cool arts in the wall that will make your day. Now for their menu, they have a wide variety of drinks, they have smoothies, teas, coffee and all sorts of fruit jellies and boba. I got a plain milk tea but it was the best milk tea I have had. Service was fast and friendly. My drink was creamy and the boba was fine but didn't taste any Avocado. They have many flavors which I'd be interested to try, but paying $5 for my drink and it not having any flavor, I don't plan on getting that again from here. I believe I've found a new drink obsession and a wonderful alternative to afternoon SB's. Trust me, your belly will be crushing hard after one of their fresh ingredient iced beverages. They have hot items too Until now I've yet to have a boba beverage or Thai drink of any kind outside of SB. And not for lack of trying. My limited exposure was due to other establishments telling me their ingredients are powdered, processed or artificial. But iTea uses all fresh ingredients and has an amazing menu of over 150 printed combos plus several optional add-ins and sinkers to personalize it even further. (Learned what Sinkers are today :) After taking 10+ mins to digest the extensive list of mouthwatering delights, I opted for a Coconut Green Tea with Cream and added boba and mango gelatin Sinkers. Sounds funky but it was all kinds of yummm! Here's a brief overview of the menu: - 19 Milk Teas, 22 Green Teas, 20 Black Teas, 12 Coffees, 27 Juice blends, 33 Cream blends, 21 ice blends, 20 Sinkers/extras. Prices range from $2.75 to $4.75 (sinkers are extra) and sweetness can be adjusted to taste. They also carry a few snack items like chips and crackers, have free wifi, a TV plus comfy chairs, sofas, and table/chair combos. Appears to be family run, friendly service and genuine TLC given to each hand blended delight. On a side note, Siri had me on the wrong side of the highway. The shopfront is the standard lounge-style room with couches. I got a regular milk tea with boba for myself, and a taro milk tea with boba for my husband. Probably wouldn't have bought 2 if not for the bogo, as one drink cost $4. I've seen better value than that for milk teas. However, good bubble tea stores are few and far between in the HEB area, so I can't complain too much! My regular milk tea was good, but not amazing, and the boba seemed a little overcooked. On the other hand, I sneaked a taste of my husband's taro tea and it was awesome! Really good and the boba was perfect. I'm not in Euless often, but I may try them again. Great experience with iTea Lounge. We are new to the area and saw this place and thought we would try it. We had a Red Bean Taro Coconut Cream with Bobo. It was amazing. The staff was personable and listened to my mom express her food concerns since she has different food sensitivities. We went back and tried a number of different ones which were all good but the Red Bean Taro Coconut was my favorite. My four year old daughter liked the Watermelon Ice which was just fresh watermelon mixed with honey and ice. We'll be trying a bunch of different flavors. One trip I spent some time working on a paper and using their wi-fi. It was quiet and comfortable. I was able to get a lot done. We are glad they are in our neighborhood!! read more

The family atmosphere of the place is inviting and the woman who is always there, is sweet and friendly, and willing to help you make a selection, or change it if it is not to your liking. Contrary to previous reviews, there is a lot of selection (especially for the area, especially considering it is Not Taiwan/Asia and the area has little to begin with). Alas, it is all relative. The owners are very nice and it's a laid back atmosphere. My favorite is the dried plum frozen. The couches are very comfortable and they always have something interesting on the tv. The employees made us feel like family in sense, they actually had compassion for what they did and it showed it what they represent. I had a passion fruit and kiwi ice blend and I love how I could actually taste the passion fruit in this compared to other places who usually skimp on the passion fruit and give tons of fruit juice in place of it.
