I ordered the 3 in 1 trimmer. It worked weakly for less than 5 minutes then died. I didn't want to mess with it further and immediately contacted the company to get a return address to send it back and I asked for a refund. Thus began almost 8 weeks of the company getting back to me after long delays and refusing to provide a return address and refund. I initiated a chargeback with my CC company and finally got it. Do not buy from them- they will try and stall you forever with wanting to "help resolve" your issues by troubleshooting, offering discounts, asking you to cancel the dispute, etc. I even got a call from someone referencing the dispute and saying they were my CC company and wanting info- I checked with my CC and it wasn't them. IToolMax is a purveyor of cheap plastic garbage that doesn't run and they will try and get out of refunding you. TOTAL SCAM. Their strategy is to run out the 30 day return clock. Persevere with your chargeback and keep detailed email exchanges for the CC company if you are indeed unlucky enough to have not see these reviews beforehand. This is the second bad review I'm posting about this company. They are a scam company through and through. When I received my steel trimmer head and it didn't fit the trimmer I emailed them about returning it. They replied and told me what trimmer head I needed. They also said when I pay the difference for the correct trimmer head they will send it out and give me instructions of where to send the incorrect trimmer head. They also asked me to remove the previous bad review I posted about them which I haven't done. I told them I have found another correct trimmer head through another vendor and would like to return the trimmer head I purchased from them and get my $36.00 refund. They wanted pictures of the trimmer head and a picture of the shipping label. The address they gave me was at some guy's house in Wisconsin which sent red flags to me. I shipped it any way and the package was delivered. I doubt this person is involved with iTool Max and is one of the crooks from this elaborate operation. Don't fall for their polished ads. They're crooks! To add salt to the wound the trimmer, which I used only a couple times, stopped working. They sell junk and rip you off. I purchased a 16" Cordless Snow Shovel from iToolMAX (Order 4746180-192191), and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product was not as advertised -- the listing claimed it included 21V x2 4000mAh batteries, but the fine print and the batteries I received were only 20V x2 3000mAh, with no labeling at all. The manual even references 18V Makita batteries, which doesn't match the advertised specs. Paddle broke trying to remove 2" of fresh powder snow on a smooth blacktop driveway upon 1st use. Where should I even begin? It took them a long time to send out the equipment. When I complained they begged for me to give it a few days. Against better judgement I listened and what a disappointment that was. I was given the wrong machine. Customer service was non responsive until I disputed the transaction. Even then they delayed responding. They lied about giving me the correct machine and had no accountability. After it was all said and done, they attempted to offer me 20% off to keep the machine as they said was more than fair. Meanwhile, I was given the wrong equipment which didn't work.
